Abstract
Description
人間または動物の体内の血管内への導入に関して、導入器の半径方向に圧縮または制限された状態でそのようなステントグラフトを保持する導入器または展開デバイスが提案されている。一般に、シースの取り出し時に、適切な解放機構の作動により、そのようなステントグラフトを体腔内で解放させる。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、管状本体部分と、その端部から延在し、その間に屈曲部を有する複数のストラットとを備えるステント部材であって、1対のストラットと、1対のストラットの間の屈曲部とが、管状本体部分から遠い方に選択された頂点距離で、頂点を画定し、隣り合う頂点が、管状本体部分から異なる頂点距離であることを特徴とするステント部材が提供される。
図面、特に図1を参照すると、ステントグラフト10は、生物学的適合性グラフト材料からなる管状本体12を有することが分かる。ステントグラフトの近位端14で、露出したジグザグステント16が、縫合18によって管状本体12に固着され、管状本体から遠い方に延在している。露出された自動拡張型ステント16は、ステンレス鋼などの弾性ワイヤからなるストラット20から形成され、隣接するストラット間に近位屈曲部22および遠位屈曲部24を有する。ステントグラフトの近位端に露出したステントを保持する縫合18は、遠位屈曲部24の領域に配置される。バーブ26は、交互のストラット20の上に装着され、バーブ26の点27は遠位に延在している。さらに、ジグザグステントは

Claims (19)
- 管状本体部分と、その端部から延在し、その間に屈曲部を有する複数のストラットとを備えるステント部材であって、1対のストラットと、1対のストラットの間の屈曲部とが、管状本体部分から遠い方に選択された頂点距離で頂点を画定し、隣り合う頂点が、管状本体部分から異なる頂点距離であることを特徴とするステント部材。
- 3つの頂点距離は、より短い距離、中程度の距離およびより長い距離である請求項1に記載のステント部材。
- 3つの頂点距離は、ステント部材の周囲に連続的に配置される請求項2に記載のステント部材。
- ステント部材の周囲に連続的に配置される3つの頂点距離の4つの集合を含む12個の頂点を有する請求項2に記載のステント部材。
- 前記ストラットの少なくとも一部にバーブをさらに含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のステント部材。
- バーブは、ステント部材の交互のストラット上に設けられる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のステント部材。
- 異なるストラット上のバーブは、管状本体部分から選択された距離に離隔され、隣り合うバーブが管状本体部分から異なる距離であるようにする請求項5または6に記載のステント部材。
- 自動拡張型ステントである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のステント部材。

- グラフト材料の管状本体と、グラフトの一端で露出される少なくともそのストラットを有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のステント部材を含む1つまたは複数のステントと、を備えるステントグラフト。
- ステント導入器およびその上に解放可能に保持されるステント部材からなる結合体であって、導入器は、トリガワイヤカテーテルおよび少なくとも1つのトリガワイヤを備え、1つまたはそれぞれのトリガワイヤは、トリガワイヤカテーテルからループ状に延在しており、ステント部材は、管状本体部分と、管状本体部分の一端から延在し、その間に屈曲部を有する複数のストラットとを備え、1対のストラットと、1対のストラットの間の屈曲部とが、管状本体部分から遠い方に選択された頂点距離で、頂点を画定し、隣り合う頂点が、管状本体部分から異なる頂点距離であり、ステント部材は、管状本体部分から異なる頂点距離で複数の頂点を通過する1つまたはそれぞれのトリガワイヤによって、導入器上に保持されることを特徴とする結合体。
