Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 構造物を覆うタイルシステムであって、
前記構造物に固定される少なくとも1つのトラックを含むタイル搭載用トラックシステムと、
少なくとも1枚のタイルと、
前記少なくとも1つのトラックに沿って摺動できるように前記少なくとも1枚のタイルを当該トラックに固定する手段と
からなることを特徴とするタイルシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1枚のタイルが、光電池を備えている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトラックが導電体を有しており、前記システムが、光電池を前記導電体に電気的に接続する手段をさらに備えている請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的に接続する手段が、分離型の配線された突起、突出物及び貫通するコネクタのうちの1つを含んでいる請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のタイルを前記少なくとも1つのトラックに固定するのにスナップ式係止部が用いられ、このスナップ式係止部は、前記少なくとも1枚のタイルがトラックに沿って摺動すること及び当該少なくとも1枚のタイルがトラックから取り除かれることを許容するように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のタイルを前記少なくとも1つのトラックに固定するのにスナップ式係止部が用いられ、このスナップ式係止部は、前記少なくとも1枚のタイルがトラックに沿って摺動することを許容するように構成されており、且つ、電気的な接続手段を用いた光電池と導電体との電気的接続を容易にしつつ前記少なくとも1枚のタイルの前記少なくとも1つのトラックへの固定を許容するように構成されている請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のタイル及び前記少なくとも1つのトラックが、金属、ポリマー、熱可塑性エラストマー材料、又はこれらの組み合わせからなる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のタイル及び前記少なくとも1つのトラックが、成形方法により形成されてなる請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記光電池が前記少なくとも1枚のタイルに固定されてなる請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記光電池が、一体成形、積層成形、インサート成形、アプリケット成形、ポスト成形、又はこれらの組み合わせにより前記少なくとも1枚のタイルに固定されてなる請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのトラックが第1のスナップ式係止部を有しており、前記少なくとも1枚のタイルが第2のスナップ式係止部を有しており、当該第1及び第2のスナップ式係止部が固定及び摺動のために係合されてなる請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のスナップ式係止部が少なくとも1対の突出物を有しており、前記第2のスナップ式係止部が、前記少なくとも1枚のタイルと前記少なくとも1つのトラックとの接続を維持するために前記突出物を受け入れる凹部を有している請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的な接続手段が、タイルに搭載され且つ第3のスナップ式係止部及び接続ピンを有するコネクタからなっており、前記第1及び第3のスナップ式係止部が、前記コネクタを摺動自在にトラックに固定するとともに前記接続ピンとトラックの母線との間の電気的接続を維持するように構成されている請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 屋根を有する構造物であって、当該屋根に請求項1記載のシステムが搭載されてなることを特徴とする構造物。
- 前記少なくとも1枚のタイルが光電池を含んでなる請求項14に記載の構造物。
