Claims (10)
- 軟組織の部分を保持する結合を破壊するためのシステムであって、
前記システムが、
前記軟組織を取り囲む複数の電極を含むプローブと、
前記複数の電極の複数対間に高速パルス破壊電場を生成するシステムと、
前記プローブに付随する吸引システムと、
を備え、
前記高速パルス破壊電場が蛋白性複合体を部分的に液化させ、前記軟組織の構成部分間の付着メカニズムの一時的解離を生じさせ、前記吸引システムが前記解離された組織を除去することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記高速パルス破壊電場が、
解離対象である前記軟組織に対して実質的に直交すること、
電極極性の連続的逆転及び活性電極の順次変化によって生成されること、
電極極性の逆転によって、活性電極の切替によって、またはその両方の組合せによって生成されること、
のいずれかが行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記吸引システムが、解離時に前記解離された軟組織を除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の電極が、伝導媒体に浸漬されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の電極間に安定したインピーダンスを維持するために、灌注液が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記パルス形状、前記パルス反復速度及び前記パルス列長が、前記解離対象である組織に合わせて調節されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プローブは、所定量の組織を取り囲む外科用中空プローブの先端の複数の電極間に強力超短パルス電場を生成するために用いられ、
前記システムは、
パルスパワー発生器と、
前記パルスパワー発生器に接続されるパルス形成網と、
前記パルス形成網に接続されるスィッチング回路であって、前記電極間の電気パルスの持続時間及び周波数を制御するスィッチング回路と、
を備え、
前記強力超短パルス電場は、蛋白性液状複合体を生成して前記所定量の組織を一時的に解離できるようにするのに充分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記スィッチング回路が、
前記電極の活性化シーケンスを変化させること、
前記電極の極性を変化させること、
電極間の場の方向を変化させること、
パルスバーストサイクルごとに電圧振幅を変化させること、
パルスバーストサイクルごとに周波数を変化させること、
パルスバーストサイクルごとにデューティサイクルを変化させること、
パルスバーストサイクルごとにパルスパターンを変化させること、
のいずれかを行うことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。 - さらに、
前記電極間に伝導媒体を含むこと、
安定した電気環境を維持する前記電極間の流体を含むこと、
前記解離時に前記解離された組織を除去するために吸引システムを含むこと、
のいずれかを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。 - さらに、蛋白性組織の電場誘導解離を導くpH特性を持つ灌注液、および蛋白性組織の電場誘導解離を導く成分を持つ灌注液、のいずれかを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシステム。
