Description
Claims (15)
- 第1部材の第1面にシム材を付加することにより、航空機部品の組立てのために前記第1部材を準備する方法であって、
前記第1部材の前記第1面を、第2部材の第2面に近接させて配置する段階と、
前記第1面と前記第2面の間の間隙に固体シム材を挿入し、該固体シム材を挿入位置に保持する段階と、
次いで、前記第1部材と前記固体シム材との間の領域に、前記第1部材を通じて液体シム材を導入する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記固体シム材が前記第1部材上に取り付けられ、前記固体シム材と前記第1部材の前記第1面との間に前記液体シム材が存在する状態で、前記第1部材と前記第2部材を分離する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1部材は、前記液体シム材を前記第1部材を通じて導入可能とするために、前記第1面から前記第1部材の厚みを通じて延びる1つ又は複数の通路を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記固体シム材は、該固体シム材を前記第2部材に対して仮固定することによって前記挿入位置に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体シム材の突出部分上に粘着テープが配置され、該粘着テープが前記第2部材の前記第2面に固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記固体シム材は、1つ又は複数の外方に突出する分離可能なタブ部を有し、該タブ部によって前記第2部材に対して仮固定されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記液体シム材は、前記第1部材内に圧力をかけて注入することによって導入されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- シム材を備えた前記第1部材を前記第2部材に接合する後続の段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1部材を前記第2部材に接合する際に、前記固体シム材と前記第2部材との間に追加の液体シム材が供給されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1部材は、複数の前記第1面を有し、それぞれの前記第1面に対して、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって、それぞれのシム材が付加されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1部材は、1つ又は複数のリブ脚部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記航空機部品は、主翼ボックスであることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1部材の第1面にシム材を付加することによって、航空機部品の組立てのために前記第1部材を準備する方法であって、
前記第1部材の前記第1面に近接させて固体シム材を配置する段階と、
前記第1部材の前記第1面と前記固体シム材との間の領域に液体シム材を導入する段階と、
前記固体シム材が前記第1部材の前記第1面上に取り付けられ、前記固体シム材と前記第1部材の前記第1面との間に前記液体シム材が存在する状態で、前記固体シム材が別部材に近接するように、前記第1部材を前記別部材に組み合わせる段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1面を有する第1部材と、前記第1面上に取り付けられた固体シム材と、該固体シム材と前記第1面の間の硬化された液体シム材とを含み、硬化された液体シム材が、前記第1部材の前記第1面から前記第1部材を通じて延びる1つ又は複数の通路内にも存在することを特徴とする航空機部品。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって組み立てられたことを特徴とする航空機部品。
