Claims (24)
- 熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体と、
前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体に現場で共に接着された第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体と、
を備える複合機体構造部分。 - 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体の反対側で前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体に現場で共に接着された第2の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体および前記第2の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体の一方に組み合わされた熱可塑性外側外板をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスグリッド構造体および前記第2の熱可塑性マトリックスグリッド構造体の一方が、前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体の約10%を覆い、前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体および前記第2の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体の他方が、前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体の約100%を覆うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体が、多数の熱可塑性フレームに接合された多数の熱可塑性ビームを備え、該多数の熱可塑性ビームの少なくとも1つが、前記多数の熱可塑性フレームの少なくとも1つを実質的に交差して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体が、多数の熱可塑性フレームに接合された多数の熱可塑性ビームを備え、該多数の熱可塑性ビームの少なくとも1つが、前記多数の熱可塑性フレームの少なくとも1つを実質的に交差して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記多数の熱可塑性ビームおよび前記多数の熱可塑性フレームが、現場で該多数の熱可塑性ビームおよび前記多数の熱可塑性フレームに共に接着される熱可塑性外板を受けるために、概ね同一平面をなす外側面を画定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体の反対側で前記多数の熱可塑性ビームおよび前記多数の熱可塑性フレームに接着された熱可塑性外板をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体は、本質的に平面構造体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性マトリックスキャップグリッド構造体は、多数の直線状帯片を備え、前記多数の直線状帯片の少なくとも2つは、実質的に互いに交差することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体と熱可塑性外板との間に接着された第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体に現場で共に接着される多数の縦材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合機体構造部分。
- 複合機体構造部分を製造する方法であって、
(A)グリッドの形態にある基礎構造体を組み立てるステップと、
(B)前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体に熱可塑性マトリックス外板を現場で共に接着するステップと、
(C)前記熱可塑性外板の反対側で、前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体に熱可塑性内側キャップグリッド構造体を現場で共に接着するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(A)が、
(a)多数の熱可塑性ビームを多数の熱可塑性フレームに接着することをさらに含み、
前記多数の熱可塑性ビームの少なくとも1つが、前記熱可塑性マトリックス基礎構造体が前記熱可塑性外板を受ける実質的に同一の平面を形成するように、前記多数の熱可塑性フレームの少なくとも1つを実質的に交差して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(B)が、前記熱可塑性マトリックス外板に縦材を現場で接着することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 複合機体構造部分を製造する方法であって、
(A)熱可塑性ビーム部材をビーム部材用一次加工品から所定の長さに切り取るステップと、
(B)熱可塑性フレーム部材をフレーム部材用一次加工品から所定の長さに切り取るステップと、
(C)前記熱可塑性ビーム部材の第1の面および前記熱可塑性フレーム部材の第1の面に、熱可塑性外側外板構造体を現場で共に接着するステップと、
(D)前記熱可塑性ビーム部材の第2の面および前記熱可塑性フレーム部材の第2の面に熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を現場で共に接着するステップと、
を含む方法。 - (E)前記ステップ(3)の前に、前記熱可塑性ビーム部材を前記熱可塑性フレーム部材に接合するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- (E)熱可塑性外側外板を第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体に取り付けるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(E)は、
(a)前記第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を前記熱可塑性外側外板に機械的に締め付けることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(E)は、
(a)前記第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を前記熱可塑性外側外板に接着することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(E)は、
(a)前記第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を前記熱可塑性外側外板にオートクレーブ処理によって接着するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(E)は、
(a)前記第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を前記熱可塑性外側外板と一体化することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。 - (E)前記熱可塑性ビーム部材の前記第1の面および前記熱可塑性フレーム部材の前記第1の面と、前記熱可塑性外側外板構造体との間に、第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体を現場で共に接着するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の熱可塑性キャップグリッド構造体が、前記熱可塑性外側外板構造体に組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
