Abstract
Description
(a)排ガス流処理装置の少なくとも1つの往流通路内に排ガス流を供給する過程、
(b)往流通路の後側領域内での発熱反応の結果として排ガス流の温度上昇を引き起こす過程、
(c)排ガス流処理装置の少なくとも1つの復流通路内に排ガス流を戻す過程、および0
(d)前記少なくとも1つの往流通路の前側領域に対して復流通路内の排ガス流の熱交換を引き起こす過程。
この方法は、ここで本発明により述べる構成の装置に特に適している。
Claims (18)
- 排ガス流(2)の処理装置(1)であって、前側領域(4)と後側領域(5)とを備えた少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)と、少なくとも1つの復流通路(6)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)の後側領域(5)内には、排ガス流(2)の発熱反応を促進する第1被覆(7)が設けられており、往流通路(3)の前側領域(4)内には復流通路(6)から熱伝達するための手段が形成されている装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)内に排ガス流(2)用供給手段(8)が設けられており、可変ガス流入部(9)が実現されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 供給手段(8)がバイメタルフラップ(10)を含む請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの復流通路(6)内に第2被覆(11)が設けられている請求項1から3の1つに記載の装置。
- 前側領域(4)の長さ(12)が少なくとも50mmである請求項1から4の1つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)と少なくとも1つの復流通路(6)との間に方向転換領域(13)が設けられており、粒子フィルタ(14)、触媒コンバータ(15)、検出器(17)および反応物入口(18)の少なくとも1つの構成要素が、少なくとも部分的に方向転換領域内に配置されている請求項1から5の1つに記載の装置。
- 多数の往流通路(3)と多数の復流通路(6)が少なくとも1つの層(19)内に配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの層(19)が複数の積層体(20)に配置されている請求項1から6の1つに記載の装置。
- 装置(1)が流入正面(29)の領域に少なくとも90%の自由断面を有する請求項1から7の1つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)が、流入孔(30)から流出孔(31)にかけて低減する流れ断面(32)を有する請求項1から8の1つに記載の装置。
- 多数の往流通路(3)が少なくとも1つの復流通路(6)によって取り囲まれている請求項1から9の1つに記載の装置。
- 排ガス流(2)を処理するための方法であって、少なくとも下記の過程を含む方法。
(a)排ガス流処理装置(1)の少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)内に排ガス流(2)を供給する過程、
(b)往流通路(3)の後側領域(5)内での発熱反応の結果として排ガス流(2)の温度上昇を引き起こす過程、
(c)排ガス流処理装置(1)の少なくとも1つの復流通路(6)内に排ガス流(2)を戻す過程、および
(d)前記少なくとも1つの往流通路(3)の前側領域(4)に対して復流通路(6)内の排ガス流(2)の熱交換を引き起こす過程。 - 過程(a)において、排ガス流(2)のパラメータに応じて変化するガス流入部(9)を設ける請求項11記載の方法。
- 排ガス流(2)のパラメータが、温度、炭化水素含有量、一酸化炭素含有量および酸素含有量の群の少なくとも1つである請求項12記載の方法。
- パラメータを計算する請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 到来する排ガス流(2)のパラメータが変化した際、往流通路(3)からの進出時に所定の排ガス温度を上まわらないように過程(b)を実行する請求項11から14の1つに記載の方法。
- 到来する排ガス流(2)のパラメータを、装置(1)内に存在する諸条件を考慮して調節する請求項11から15の1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10の1つに記載の排ガス流(2)を処理するための装置(11)を有する車両。
- 請求項11から13の1つに従って、排ガス流(2)を処理する請求項1から8の1つに記載の装置(1)を有する車両(21)の排ガス系(22)の運転方法。
