図1によれば、歯付きディスクスターラー1は、12〜45m/sの周速度で、強力撹拌機として操作される。歯付きディスクスターラー1は、歯付きディスク2を有し、かつ時計回りに回転する。容器3は、円筒部分4および円錐部分5を有する。円筒4の直径と円錐5の直径との比は1〜0.3である。円錐5と強力撹拌機との比は0.9〜0.3である。円筒4の高さと直径との比は1〜2である。円錐5の高さと直径との比は1〜3である。
Claims (4)
- 個々の液滴径が5μm未満であることを特徴とする、疎水性の熱分解法シリカを含有する乾燥液体。
- 液体および疎水性の熱分解法シリカを容器中に導入し、かつここで強力撹拌機によって混合し、その際、ウォール−チャネリングスターラーを同時に動かし、かつ強力撹拌機をその軸方向に動かすことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の乾燥液体の製造方法。
- 強力撹拌機(1)、容器(3)および撹拌機(10)から成り、その際、強力撹拌機(1)を、軸方向に動かすことが可能であるように配置することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法を実施するための装置。
