U−RNTIは長さが32ビットである(b31−b0)。BSR操作に対して、下位の14ビットはユーザIDに用いられる(U−RNTIのbl3−b0)。これは、BSR環境でのマルチキャストでは必要ではないBSR−IDに対するビットb31−b14を残している。したがってビットb31−b28は、マルチキャスト・サービス識別に使用可能であり、残りのビット(b27−b14)は、すべてゼロに設定されてよい。

Claims (10)
- 複数の移動機器群にデータを与える方法であって、
第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の第1の部分にデータを与えるステップと、
第2の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の第2の部分にデータを与えるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、前記第1の複数の移動機器群との通信が事前に選択した値を上回る特徴を有すると判定することに応じて、前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第2の部分にデータを与えるステップは、前記第1の複数の移動機器群との通信が事前に選択した値を下回る特徴を有すると判定することに応じて、前記第2の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第2の部分にデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複数の移動機器群との通信が事前に選択した値を上回る特徴を有すると判定することに応じて、前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、前記第1の複数の移動機器群との通信が前記第1の事前に選択した値を上回るブロック・エラー率を有すると判定することに応じて、前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、第1のマルチキャスト手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、第2のマルチキャスト手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第1のマルチキャスト手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、高速ダウンリンク・パケット・アクセス手法を介するマルチキャストを用いてデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第2のマルチキャスト手法を用いて前記複数の移動機器群の前記第1の部分にデータを与えるステップは、前記第1のマルチキャスト手法により用いられるデータ速度より遅いデータ速度で、高速ダウンリンク・パケット・アクセス手法を介するマルチキャストを用いてデータを与えるステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴が前記事前に選択された値より下に下がるのに応じて前記第1の部分から前記第2の部分の移動機器群へ移動機器を移動するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴が前記事前に選択された値より上に上がるのに応じて前記第2の部分から前記第1の部分の移動機器群へ移動機器を移動するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
