Claims (8)
- ピクセルの少なくとも2つのロウを有し、前記ピクセルのアドレス指定のための選択線及びデータ線を備えるアクティブマトリックス表示素子であって、
各々のロウ中のピクセルが、リセット信号を送信するための共通のリセット線への結線をそれぞれ備え、前記結線がそれぞれ、ピクセルがアドレス指定される際に、当該ピクセルの前記データ線に相互接続され、前記結線がそれぞれ、前記ピクセルのデータ信号が、前記リセット線を介して同じロウ中のピクセルに伝搬することを防止する信号ブロッキング素子を備えることを特徴とする表示素子。 - あるロウの前記共通のリセット線が、他のロウの選択線に接続される、請求項1に記載の表示素子。
- あるロウの前記共通のリセット線が、別のドライバに接続される、請求項1に記載の表示素子。
- いくつかの共通のリセット線がグループ内に配置され、互いに相互接続され、各々のグループが共通のリセット信号により制御される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の表示素子。
- 前記グループ内の前記いくつかの共通のリセット線が、他のロウの選択線に接続された共通の線に接続される、請求項4に記載の表示素子。
- 前記グループ内の前記いくつかの共通のリセット線が、別のロウドライバに接続された共通の線に接続される、請求項4に記載の表示素子。
- 前記信号ブロッキング素子がダイオードである請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の表示素子。
- エレクトロウェッティング素子である請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の表示素子。
