Abstract
Description
本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート構造のカソード防食の分野に関し、具体的には、コンクリート内に作製された内部のホールまたはスリットへの取り付けに適した、分離型のカソード防食用アノードの設計に関する。
厚さ0.6mmの幅の狭いメッシュネット(サイズは5m2)を、コンクリート中での加工に適した貴金属の触媒性の被覆で活性化し、その後、波形にし、数個の幅150mm、長さ200または400mmの断片に切断した。このようにして得られたアノードは、最大電流密度110A/m2でそれぞれ6.7または13mAの電流容量を有する。このような電流供給は、所定の適用された電流密度に関して従来技術のアノードに比べて高い値を示す。集電体としてチタンロッドを、得られた断片それぞれに中央の位置でスポット溶接した。このようにして形成されたアノードを、特にオーバーレイのための道路舗装からの排水ゾーンにおいて塩化物で汚染された橋の天井および柱にカソード防食システムを取り付ける必要のある建設現場に運んだ。これらのゾーンは、最も汚染された部分(アノードのゾーン)に局所的な特に高い電流を必要とした。
Claims (18)
- 集電体に溶接した波形の金属製平面基板を含むカソード防食用アノード。
- 前記金属製平面基板が、触媒活性を有する層で被覆された弁金属からなる、請求項1に記載のアノード。
- 前記弁金属が純チタンである、請求項2に記載のアノード。
- 前記触媒活性を有する層が、貴金属および/またはそれらの酸化物、および/または、その他の遷移金属の酸化物を含む、請求項2または3に記載のアノード。
- 前記金属製平面基板が、メッシュ、充実シート、有孔シート、発泡シート、若しくは金属フォーム;またはメッシュ、シート若しくはフォームを併置したもの、からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載のアノード。
- 前記金属製平面基板が、0.2〜2mmを含む最初の厚さのメッシュであり、波形にした後に1〜30mmを含む最終的な厚さのメッシュである、請求項5に記載のアノード。
- 前記前記金属製平面基板を波形にすることが、直線の1メートルあたり20〜2000本を含む数の溝の形状を画定する、請求項5に記載のアノード。
- 前記集電体が、金属ロッド、バーまたはストラップである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアノード。
- 円柱形の形状に予め溶接した、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアノード。
- 外部のリング、または、それと等価な絶縁手段がさらに提供される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のアノード。
- コンクリートに埋め込まれた金属製強化材からなる鉄筋コンクリート構造のための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複数のアノードを含むカソード防食システムであって、該アノードは、開口した円柱状にロールされ、前記集電体に平行な軸を有し、コンクリート中に形成された複数のホールに押し込まれている、上記システム。
- コンクリートに埋め込まれた金属製強化材からなる鉄筋コンクリート構造のための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複数のアノードを含むカソード防食システムであって、該アノードは、平坦な状態、または、曲げられて開口した状態で、コンクリート中に穴を開けて形成された複数のスリットに押し込まれる、上記システム。
- 前記アノードは、セメントモルタルの塗布によって、前記ホールまたは前記スリット内部のコンクリート中に埋め込まれる、請求項11または12に記載のカソード防食システム。
- コンクリートに埋め込まれた金属製強化材からなる鉄筋コンクリート構造にカソード防食システムを取り付ける方法であって、コンクリート中に複数のホールを得ること、前記ホールそれぞれの内部に、前記集電体に平行な軸と共に円柱状の形態に巻かれた請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のアノードを押し込むこと、および、セメントモルタルをキャスティングまたは噴霧で塗布して前記アノードを前記ホールの内部に固定することを含む、上記方法。
- コンクリートに埋め込まれた金属製強化材からなる鉄筋コンクリート構造にカソード防食システムを取り付ける方法であって、コンクリート中に複数のホールを得ること、前記ホールそれぞれの内部に、硬質プラスチック製のガイドチューブを押し込むこと、前記チューブそれぞれに、前記集電体に平行な軸と共に円柱状の形態に巻かれた請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のアノードを挿入すること、その場に前記アノードを残して前記ガイドチューブを抽出すること、および、セメントモルタルをキャスティングまたは噴霧で塗布して前記アノードを前記ホールの内部に固定することを含む、上記方法。
- 前記巻かれたアノードは、金属またはプラスチック製のクリップで円柱状の形態で安定化される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記ホールの内部に前記アノードを押し込む前に、前記アノードのそれぞれに、多孔質の電気的に絶縁された材料と、任意にセメントモルタルとを予め充填する、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のカソード防食システムの前記アノードにアノード電位を加えることからなる、鉄筋コンクリート構造のカソード防食のための方法。
