Claims (21)
- 凹所もしくは突出部の形態で浮き彫りとされた複数個の特定構造を備える組織構造を自身の表面上に有する透明材料製のプレートであって、
上記特定構造は、相互に平行でない第1面および第2面を備え、
これらの面の底辺における輪郭線は平行であり、
上記第1面は上記プレートの全体的平面に対し、上記プレートの上記全体的平面に対して上記第2面により形成される角度よりも大きな角度を形成し、
該当する上記角度は、上記特定構造が突出部であれば上記材料の内側の角度、または、上記特定構造が凹所であれば上記材料の外側の角度である、
透明材料製のプレート。 - 前記特定構造はピラミッドであることを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のプレート。
- 前記ピラミッドは菱形の底面を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のプレート。
- 前記特定構造はプリズムであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のプレート。
- 前記各面の底辺に平行な前記輪郭線は湾曲していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 前記各面は円滑であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートの前記全体的平面に対して前記第1面により形成される前記角度は50°〜130°の範囲であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートの前記全体的平面に対して前記第1面により形成される前記角度は70°〜88°の範囲であることを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートの前記全体的平面に対して前記第2面により形成される前記角度は10°〜60°の範囲であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートの前記全体的平面に対して前記第2面により形成される前記角度は20°〜50°の範囲であることを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートの前記全体的平面に対して前記第1面により形成される前記角度は90°より大きく、且つ、当該プレートの上記全体的平面に対して前記第2面により形成される前記角度は45°より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 当該プレートは、前記表面上に0.1〜10mmの範囲のピッチを以て複数個の前記特定構造を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 前記特定構造は複数種の異なる形状を有するか、または、同一種類の特定構造が当該プレート上で異なる様に配向されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 前記各特定構造は、それらの深度、それらの高さ、または、それらの基礎表面のパラメータにより区別されることを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のプレート。
- 前記特定構造は、各特定構造の前記第1面に直交する方向の全てが、当該プレートに臨む同一の象限空間内に包含される様に支配的に配向されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレート。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレートと、光起電力電池とを備えるアセンブリであって、
前記プレートの前記組織構造は上記電池とは逆の側面上に配置され、且つ、上記プレートは上記プレートに対して光を透過し得る、アセンブリ。 - 前記光起電力電池は樹脂内に封入されることを特徴とする、先行請求項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載のプレートまたはアセンブリを備える壁部。
- 当該壁部は垂直である、先行請求項に記載の壁部。
- 先行する壁部の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の壁部を備える騒音バリヤ。
- 請求項15記載のプレートを、入射光の方向が前記象限空間内に位置する如き様式で位置決めする段階を備えて成る、光捕捉方法。
