Claims (14)
- 二つの交差箇所で容器と交差する計測放射線の第1及び第2の試験経路に沿った放射線の吸収を決定する、例えばPET製のボトル等の容器の壁厚を検出するための方法において、前記二つの試験経路(2、3)は、各々、ほぼ共通の少なくとも一つの交差箇所(6)を有する、ことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記第1試験経路(2)は、前記共通の交差箇所(6)とほぼ同じ高さに第2交差箇所(4)を有する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記第2試験経路(3)は、前記容器(1)の底領域(7)に移行する、前記容器(1)の側壁領域(8)の移行領域(9)に交差箇所(5)を有する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記移行領域(9)の前記壁厚を決定するため、前記共通の交差箇所(6)で検出した壁厚を使用する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記二つの試験経路(2、3)は、15°、20°、30°、40°、45°、50°、60°、70°、又は80°以上の角度を形成する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記二つの試験経路(2、3)は、80°、70°、60°、50°、45°、40°、30°、20°、又は15°以下の角度を形成する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記放射線は、赤外線、可視光、紫外線、テラヘルツ放射線、X線、放射性放射線、又は他の粒子線等の電磁放射線である、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記放射線は、二つの異なる波長の電磁放射線等の二つの異なる種類の放射線を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
検出された前記壁厚の値を使用して前記容器(1)の製造プロセスを調節及び/又は制御する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 例えばPET製のボトル等の容器の壁厚を検出するための方法において、
前記容器(1)の側壁(8)の、前記容器(1)の底領域(7)への移行領域(9)の壁厚を検出する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、
X線管が発生した5keV以下の低エネルギイオン化放射線を用いた吸収法によって前記壁厚を計測する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
検出した容器の壁厚を、製造プロセスで用いられる吹込成形金型及び/又は容器用射出成形用半加工品を吹込成形前に加熱ステーションを通して輸送する保持マンドレルに適用し、必要であれば、半加工品の吹込圧力、延伸速度、温度分布等の製造パラメータを調節する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 例えばPET製のボトル等の容器の壁厚を検出するための装置であって、容器位置と二つの交差箇所で交差する二つの試験経路を提供し、これらの試験経路に沿った計測放射線の吸収を決定できる、装置において、
前記二つの経路(2、3)はほぼ共通の少なくとも一つの交差箇所(6)を有する、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 例えばPET製のボトル等の容器の壁厚を検出するための装置において、
容器(1)の側壁(8)の容器(1)の底領域(7)への移行領域(9)の壁厚を検出するように設計されている、ことを特徴とする装置。
