Description
本発明は、さらに、小型空気乾燥機の製造方法に関する。
i. 複数の伝熱板を積重ねて、一次熱交換器を形成する第一積重体をなし、
ii. 前記第一積重体上に構成要素を積重ねて、凝縮トラップを形成し、
iii. 凝縮トラップを形成する構成要素上に伝熱板を積重ねて、二次熱交換器を形成する第二積重体をなし、
iv. 伝熱板と凝縮トラップの構成要素とからなる積重体を蝋付け用オーブン内に配置し、積重体を蝋付けして単一の構成要素である空気乾燥機をなす空気乾燥機の製造方法によって前述の課題を解決する。
一次熱交換器と二次熱交換器との間の熱伝達を最小限にするために、凝縮トラップが一次熱交換器と二次熱交換器との間に配置されるのが有利である。
酸化及び錆付きを回避するために、伝熱板は、好ましくはステンレス鋼から作製される。
以下の説明において、本発明による装置は、空気乾燥機と呼ばれるものである。しかしながら、本発明による装置が、より高い凝縮温度を有する気体媒質から凝縮可能な物質を分離するのに使用できることは当業者にとって明らであろう。
本発明の好ましい実施形態においては、8枚の伝熱板310が二次熱交換器300を形成するのに使用され、8枚の伝熱板210が一次熱交換器200を形成するのに使用されている。好ましくは、これらの伝熱板は約70〜120mmの幅及び190〜290mmの高さである。伝熱板の厚さは好ましくは0.3〜0.4mmである。伝熱板210、310とハウジング460と側板450、470と捕獲手段412、420との好ましい材料はステンレス鋼であり、例えばAISI304またはAISI316と呼ばれる種類のものである。
Claims (10)
- 小型空気乾燥機(100)であって、
高温の流入する汚染された気体媒質と流出する乾燥した低温の気体媒質との間を熱交換する一次熱交換器(200)と、
前記一次熱交換器(200)から流入する低温の気体媒質と冷媒との間を熱交換する二次熱交換器(300)と、
前記二次熱交換器(300)から流出した、冷却された前記気体媒質内の凝縮可能な物質を捕獲する凝縮トラップ(400)とを備えていて、物質を捕獲後、前記乾燥した低温の気体媒質が前記一次熱交換器(200)内で前記流入する汚染された気体媒質と熱交換する小型空気乾燥機において、
前記一次熱交換器(200)と前記二次熱交換器(300)と前記凝縮トラップ(400)とが単一のユニット(100)をなすように結合されることを特徴とする小型空気乾燥機。 - 前記結合された単一のユニット(100)は、一体部材をなすように蝋付けされる請求項1に記載の小型空気乾燥機。
- 前記凝縮トラップ(400)は、前記一次及び二次熱交換器(200,300)の間に配置される請求項1または2に記載の小型空気乾燥機。
- 前記蝋付け用材料は、銅またはニッケルである請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の小型空気乾燥機。
- 前記一次及び二次熱交換器(200,300)は、複数の同一の伝熱板(210、310)から製造される請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の小型空気乾燥機。
- 前記伝熱板(210,310)はステンレス鋼により作製される請求項5に記載の小型空気乾燥機。
- i. 複数の伝熱板(210)を積重ねて、一次熱交換器(200)を形成する第一積重体をなし、
ii. 前記第一積重体上に構成要素(470,450,410,420,460,200−300)を積重ねて、凝縮トラップ(400)を形成し、
iii. 前記凝縮トラップ(400)を形成する前記構成要素(470,450,410,420,460,200−300)上に伝熱板(310)を積重ねて、二次熱交換器(300)を形成する第二積重体をなし、
iv. 前記伝熱板(210、310)と凝縮トラップの構成要素(470,450,410,420,460,200−300)とからなる積重体を蝋付け用オーブン内に配置し、前記積重体を蝋付けして単一の構成要素である空気乾燥機(100)をなすことを特徴とする空気乾燥機(100)の製造方法。 - 蝋付け用材料からなるシートを、前記伝熱板(210、310)の間に配置する請求項7による製造方法。
- 前記蝋付け用材料のシートは、銅またはニッケルから作製される請求項8による製造方法。
- 前記伝熱板(210,310)と前記凝縮トラップ(400)の構成要素(470,450,410,420,460,200−300)とはステンレス鋼から作製される請求項7乃至9の何れか一項による製造方法。
