Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- ガスの大量貯蔵および輸送のための統合システムであって、
ガスと、液体の溶媒とを混合して、液体媒体形式でガス溶媒混合物を形成するように適合されているローディングおよび混合システムと、
該ガス溶媒混合物を、該ガス溶媒混合物に対する貯蔵密度と関連する貯蔵圧力および貯蔵温度で貯蔵するように適合されている収容システムであって、該貯蔵密度は、同一の貯蔵圧力および貯蔵温度に対するCNGの貯蔵密度を超える、収容システムと、
該ガスを、該ガス溶媒混合物から分離するための、分離、分別およびオフローディングシステムと
を備えている、システム。 - 前記ローディングおよび混合システム、収容システム、ならびに分離、分別およびオフローディングシステムは、輸送容器上に設置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記輸送容器は、海上ベースの輸送容器である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記輸送容器は、陸上ベースの輸送容器である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記収容システムは、温度および圧力を維持するために再循環設備を有するループパイプライン収容システムを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループパイプライン収容システムは、水平方向にネストされたパイプシステムを備えている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記水平方向にネストされたパイプシステムは、隣接するパイプ間の曲がりくねった流体フローパターンのために構成されている、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループパイプラインシステムは、統合された充填、置換および循環機能のための垂直なディップチューブを装備する、垂直方向にネストされたパイプシステムを備えている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記垂直方向にネストされたパイプシステムは、ハードウェアに据え付けられたトップサイドまたはボトムサイドを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ループパイプラインシステムは、ベントおよび取り付け自由なパイプベースを含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 貯蔵の前に前記ガスを脱水するために脱水手段をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記オフローディングシステムは、前記収容システムから前記ガス溶媒混合物を置換する置換手段を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記脱水および置換手段は、メタノール−水混合物を脱水流体および置換流体として使用することを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記置換手段は、不活性ガスを用いて、前記置換流体を除去する手段をさらに備えている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記オフローディングシステムは、オフロードされたガスの総熱含量を調節するための手段を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記総熱含量は、ガスの1000ft3当たり約950BTUから1260BTUの範囲内で調節可能である、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 輸送されるガスを、輸送容器にロードするステップと、
該ガスを、液体の溶剤と混合して、流体溶媒混合物を形成するステップと、
該ガスを脱水するステップと、
ループパイプラインシステム内を輸送するために該ガス溶媒を貯蔵するステップと、
該ガスを、該ガス溶媒混合物から分離するステップと、
該ガスを、該輸送容器からオフロードするステップと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記パイプラインシステムのパイプ間で置換流体をシャットリングして、該ガス溶媒混合物を、該パイプラインシステムから置換して、該ガスを分離およびオフロードするステップをさらに包含する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵するステップは、前記ガス溶媒混合物を、約華氏−20度から華氏−80度までの範囲の温度、および約1100psigから約2150psigの範囲の圧力で、貯蔵するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記オフロードされたガスの総熱含量を調節するステップをさらに包含する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記総熱含量は、ガスの1000ft3当たり約950から1260BTUの範囲内で調節可能である、請求項20に記載の方法。
