Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸1の軸端部に配した固定ケーシング3に冷媒導入管4,冷媒回収管5を接続し、回転軸側には回転子内部のコイル容器に通じる冷媒供給管路6,冷媒排出管路7を配管し、固定ケーシング3の内周側には冷媒回収管5および冷媒排出管路7の開口ポートを挟んでその両側に磁性流体シール9を設けたものにおいて、回転軸1に配管した冷媒排出管路7の途中に、該管路を通じて排出する冷媒ガスを磁性流体の動作温度範囲に加熱する冷媒昇温ヒータ9を設け、回転子内部から回収する冷媒を回転軸側で加熱昇温した状態で磁性流体シール部に通流させて磁性流体の凍結,シール機能喪失を回避する。

Description
回転子の軸側に配管した前記冷媒排出管路の途中に、該管路を通じてコイル容器から排出する冷媒ガスを磁性流体の動作温度範囲に加熱する冷媒昇温ヒータを設け、回転子内部から回収する冷媒を回転軸側で加熱昇温した状態で磁性流体シール部に通流させるようにする(請求項1)。

Claims (4)
- 超電導コイルを収容するコイル容器を備えた回転子の軸端に装備し、冷媒導入管,冷媒回収管を通じて外部よりコイル冷却用の冷媒を回転子のコイル容器に給排する超電導回転電機の冷媒給排装置であり、前記回転子の軸端部を包囲して配置した固定ケーシングの端面,および周面にそれぞれ冷媒導入管,冷媒回収管を接続し、かつ該冷媒導入管,冷媒回収管の開口端に対向して回転子の軸側には前記コイル容器に通じる冷媒供給管路,冷媒排出管路を配管するとともに、前記固定ケーシングの内周側には前記冷媒回収管および冷媒排出管路の開口ポートを挟んでその左右両側に磁性流体シールを設けたものにおいて、
回転子の軸側に配管した前記冷媒排出管路の途中に、該管路を通じてコイル容器から排出する冷媒ガスを磁性流体の動作温度範囲に加熱する冷媒昇温ヒータを設けたことを特徴とする超電導回転電機の冷媒給排装置。 - 請求項1に記載の冷媒給排装置において、冷媒昇温ヒータが冷媒排出管路の外周に密着して巻装したヒータ線と、該ヒータ線の周域を覆う伝熱カバーとからなることを特徴とする超電導回転電機の冷媒給排装置。
- 請求項1に記載冷媒給排装置において、冷媒導入管を通じて外部から極低温の気相冷媒を回転子のコイル容器に連続供給し、回転子内部を通流した後に冷媒回収管を通じて回収することを特徴とする超電導回転電機の冷媒給排装置。
- 請求項1に記載冷媒給排装置において、冷媒導入管を通じて外部から液相冷媒を回転子のコイル容器に供給し、回転子の内部で蒸発した気相冷媒を冷媒回収管を通じて回収することを特徴とする超電導回転電機の冷媒給排装置。
