Abstract
【解決手段】集合配置構造の外装体内に、流体搬送パイプ1、該流体搬送パイプ1を内部に収容した冷媒戻りパイプ2、及び冷媒供給パイプ3とを内包させ、冷媒戻りパイプ2と冷媒供給パイプ3が互いに直接熱伝導可能に接触配置されており、各パイプを内包する集合配置構造が外被チューブ4によって被覆されている。

Claims (7)
- 圧縮気体水素を搬送するための集合配置構造の流体搬送導管であって、集合配置構造の外装体内に、流体搬送パイプ(1)と、該流体搬送パイプ(1)を内部に収容した冷媒戻りパイプ(2)と、冷媒供給パイプ(3)とが内包されていることを特徴とする流体搬送導管。
- 冷媒戻りパイプ(2)と冷媒供給パイプ(3)が互いに直接熱伝導可能に接触配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体搬送導管。
- 各パイプを内包する集合配置構造が外被チューブ(4)によって被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流体搬送導管。
- 外被チューブ(4)が可撓チューブとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体搬送導管。
- 外被チューブ(4)と冷媒戻りパイプ(2)との間の空間が部分的又は全体的に断熱材(5)で満たされていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の流体搬送導管。
- 前記空間に断熱材(5)としてポリウレタンフォームが充填されているか、該ポリウレタンフォームを充填した空間が真空断熱との組合せによる断熱空間として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体搬送導管。
- 外被チューブ(4)の内部に流体搬送パイプ(1)と冷媒戻りパイプ(2)と冷媒供給パイプ(3)との少なくとも一つを安定支持するための固定手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体搬送導管。
