Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus for a sheet-like functional component that inspects the surface property and the like of the sheet-like functional component by image recognition.
As described above, in the conventional inspection apparatus, by pressing the glass plate against the workpiece on the inspection stage, it is possible to extend a partial deflection such as a wrinkle of the workpiece, but when a foreign object adheres to the workpiece, There has been a problem that a scratch such as a dent is newly generated on the workpiece due to the foreign matter.
An object of the present invention is to provide an inspection apparatus for a sheet-like functional component that can improve the inspection accuracy of the sheet-like functional component by image recognition while suppressing damage to the sheet-like functional component.
The inspection apparatus for sheet-like functional parts of the present invention includes a set table on which sheet-like functional parts that generate wrinkles in a free state are set, a transparent plate that presses the sheet-like functional parts set on the set table, and a sheet over the transparent plate Recognizing and inspecting sheet-like functional parts by image recognition of sheet-like functional parts, and sheet-like functional parts with poor recognition so as not to cause damage to the sheet-like functional parts due to attached foreign matter In order not to become, it is provided with the pressure control means which controls the position of the press approach position of the transparent plate to the set table.
According to these configurations, when a sheet-like functional component having a flange is sandwiched and set between the set table and the transparent plate, the gap amount (pressing approach position) between the set table and the transparent plate is set to the sheet-like functional component. It is possible to adjust so that the wrinkles are appropriately eliminated and the sheet-like functional component is not damaged by the adhered foreign matter. Thereby, a sheet-like functional component is not damaged and the recognition failure (false recognition) by a wrinkle can be eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to improve the inspection accuracy of the sheet-like functional component by image recognition while suppressing damage to the sheet-like functional component.
In this case, it is preferable that the pressing restricting means includes a spacer that is interposed between the peripheral edge of the set table and the transparent plate and restricts the position of the pressing approach.
According to this configuration, the gap amount between the set table and the transparent plate can be appropriately maintained with an extremely simple structure and without affecting the image recognition of the sheet-like functional component by the recognition inspection unit. Further, by utilizing the spacer, the sheet-like functional component can be roughly positioned and arranged on the set table, and the workability of the inspection can be improved.
Similarly, it is preferable that the pressing restricting means has a support adjustment mechanism that is incorporated in the peripheral portion of the set table, supports the transparent plate at the pressing approach position, and can finely adjust the pressing approach position.
According to this configuration, by adjusting the pressing approach position of the transparent plate via the support adjustment mechanism, it is possible to appropriately adjust the gap amount between the transparent plate and the set table, and to change the thickness of the sheet-like functional component, It is possible to easily cope with a change in the degree of correction.
Similarly, the pressing restricting means has an elevating mechanism that holds the transparent plate parallel to the set table and adjusts the position of the pressing approach by raising and lowering the transparent plate relative to the set table. Is preferred.
According to this configuration, the transparent plate can be automatically raised and lowered, and the pressing approach position between the set plate and the transparent plate can be adjusted appropriately, so that the sheet-like functional component can be efficiently inspected. In addition, the gap amount between the transparent plate and the set table can be easily adjusted.
In this case, the pressing restricting means further includes a pressure sensor that detects a reaction force that the transparent plate receives from the sheet-like functional component, and a control means that controls stop of the lifting mechanism based on the detection result of the pressure sensor. Is preferred.
According to this configuration, the pressing force of the transparent plate can be controlled to be constant by the pressure sensor, the degree of wrinkle removal of the sheet-like functional component is set to the same condition for each inspection, and the inspection can be performed with the same accuracy. it can.
In these cases, the set table is configured by a translucent member at least where the sheet-like functional component is set, and the recognition inspection unit includes a recognition camera that recognizes the sheet-like functional component through the transparent plate, It is preferable to have counter illumination that illuminates the sheet-like functional component from below the set table.
According to this configuration, when there is a transparent part in the sheet-like functional component, this part is projected by facing illumination, and is subjected to image processing by imaging of the recognition camera without being affected by the miscellaneous images of the set table and the transparent plate, Appropriate inspection can be performed.
In this case, it is preferable that the recognition inspection unit further includes epi-illumination that is arranged coaxially with the recognition camera and illuminates the sheet-like functional component from above the transparent plate.
According to this configuration, when there is an opaque part in the sheet-like functional component, it is possible to accurately inspect this part by epi-illumination.
On the other hand, it is preferable that the sheet-like functional component is a diaphragm of an ink jet head interposed between a plurality of pressure chambers and a plurality of piezoelectric elements.
According to this configuration, the diaphragm of the ink jet head can be maintained in high quality by appropriate inspection of the sheet-like functional component.
Hereinafter, a sheet-like functional component inspection apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. This sheet-like functional component inspection device (hereinafter simply referred to as “inspection device”) is a so-called image recognition inspection device that takes an image of a sheet-like functional component with a recognition camera and inspects the sheet surface. Here, before the description of the inspection apparatus, the description will proceed from the sheet-like functional component (hereinafter referred to as “workpiece”) which is the inspection object.
As shown in FIG. 1, the workpiece W is used as a so-called diaphragm of the
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of workpieces W are formed by punching a square from a mother workpiece W0, and the mother workpiece W0 is formed of a special adhesive 22 (see FIG. 3) on a
In FIG. 3, although the height direction is shown extremely, the workpiece W is formed to be extremely thin with the
In this embodiment, the
Next, with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the inspection apparatus 1 of 1st Embodiment is demonstrated in detail. The inspection apparatus 1 includes a horizontal set table 41 on which the workpiece W is set, a
The set table 41 is composed of a thick glass plate or the like, and has a
The
The
The epi-
The
Adjustment of the gap between the set table 41 and the
The main part of the
Next, a series of operations in the inspection method for the workpiece W by the inspection apparatus 1 will be described. In this case, it is assumed that the installation height (gap) of the
When the
According to the above configuration, the workpiece W is sandwiched between the transparent (translucent) set table 41 with the gap amount (gap size) adjusted and the
Next, a second embodiment of the inspection apparatus will be described with reference to FIG. In the inspection apparatus 1 of this embodiment, a pair of
According to this embodiment, wrinkles of the workpiece W can be eliminated with an extremely simple structure, and even when foreign matter adheres to the workpiece W, damage due to excessive pressing of the
Next, a third embodiment of the inspection apparatus 1 will be described with reference to FIG. In the inspection apparatus 1 of this embodiment, instead of the
The
In this embodiment, the workpiece W is set on the set table 41 in a state where the
According to this embodiment, since the gap amount (gap size) between the set table 41 and the
