Description

The present invention relates to a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials, which is suitable for waterproofing a structure such as a wall and preventing condensation.

For example, as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, a moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials is frequently used for an outer wall having an internal condensation prevention structure such as a ventilation layer construction method for a house.
In the implementation of such a moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials, the moisture permeable waterproof sheet wound in a roll is usually rewound while being pulled so as not to sag or loosen, and stapled to a base, a pillar, a stud, etc. A method of fixing with a tucker or the like is used. However, fixing with a tucker while pulling is not only difficult to work alone due to poor workability, but fixing with a tucker alone is not sufficient, and the tucker needle may fall off due to the influence of wind, etc. There was also a problem. For solving such problems, for example, Patent Document 3 proposes an adhesive building material sheet in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to at least one surface of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet so as not to impair air permeability.

However, in the case of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the type coated with an adhesive, it is usually necessary to use a release paper or to release the opposite surface. If a release paper is used, after rewinding In addition to the problem that the work efficiency is lowered because the release paper is peeled off and pasted, there is a problem that dust is generated. In addition, it has been substantially difficult to perform mold release processing on the opposite surface, which causes a cost increase.

An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials of a type to which an adhesive having excellent workability is applied, which does not require use of release paper or release treatment on the opposite surface.

Therefore, as a result of intensive studies, the inventor has a breathable reinforcing material having a specific shape and surface roughness on the surface (surface of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet) in contact with the adhesive when the moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials is rolled. In the case where is used, it has been found that the sheet can be easily rewound without performing release paper or a release treatment, and the present invention has been achieved.
That is, the present invention relates to (1) a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials in which an adhesive is applied to the back side (opposite surface) of a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane having a breathable reinforcement layer laminated on the surface. A building material having a mesh shape and an arithmetic average roughness of the surface (Ra: JIS B0601-1994) of 10 μm or more and an average interval of irregularities (Sm: JIS B0601-1994) of 1.5 mm or more Moisture permeable waterproof sheet.
(2) The moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials according to (1), wherein the adhesive is applied to the back side of the moisture permeable waterproof membrane via a breathable reinforcing material.
(3) The water vapor transmission rate of the moisture permeable waterproof membrane is 1,000 to 20,000 g / m 2 · 24 h, and the water resistance is 50 cm · H 2 O or more, as described in (1) or (2) Moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials.
(4) The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Is a summary.

According to the present invention, since a breathable reinforcing material having a mesh shape on the surface and having a specific roughness is used, the moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building material, in which an adhesive is applied in advance without using a release paper, is used. It became possible to provide it in roll form. Therefore, since the roll-shaped moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials can be fixed as it is to the base, the pillar, the inter-column, etc., it has an effect that the work efficiency is improved.
In addition, since the breathable reinforcing material is used on the surface, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building material itself has sufficient strength, and there is also an effect that there is no risk of damage due to wind during handling or after deployment. is doing.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail below.
1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building material 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing another example of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building material 1 of the present invention.
As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, the moisture-absorbing waterproof sheet for building material 1 of the present invention has a breathable reinforcing material 11, a moisture-permeable waterproof film 12, and an adhesive 13 (rear surface) having a specific shape and surface roughness from the surface. 1 or a breathable reinforcing material 11 having a specific shape and surface roughness, a moisture permeable waterproof membrane 12, a breathable reinforcing material 14, and a pressure sensitive adhesive 13 (back surface). .

As the breathable reinforcing material 11 used on the surface of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 for building materials of the present invention, it is mesh-like and the surface has an arithmetic average roughness (Ra: JIS B0601-1994) of 10 μm or more. Any breathable reinforcing material that satisfies the condition that the average distance (Sm: JIS B0601-1994) is 1.5 mm or more can be used without particular limitation.
Here, the mesh-like breathable reinforcing material means that a tape-like material obtained by longitudinally severing fibers, yarns, strings or stretched films is crossed in a vertical and horizontal two-dimensional direction, or a vertical and horizontal diagonal three-dimensional direction. It is obtained by weaving or adhering the intersections, and means having a so-called mesh structure in which gaps other than the intersections are voids. Specifically, in addition to various woven fabrics, there are Warif (trade name) and Milife (trade name) manufactured by Nippon Oil Plastic Co., Ltd., Sof (trade name) manufactured by Sekisui Film Co., Ltd. and the like.

In the present invention, among the mesh-like breathable reinforcing materials, the arithmetic average roughness of the surface (Ra: JIS B0601-1994) is 10 μm or more, and the average interval between the irregularities (Sm: JIS B0601-1994) is 1.5 mm. It is necessary to use what is above. If Ra is less than 10 μm, the surface irregularities are so small that the releasability becomes insufficient, which is not preferable. Moreover, if Sm which shows the average space | interval of an unevenness | corrugation is less than 1.5 mm, since it is not preferable even if it is a case where Ra satisfy | fills the said conditions, it is not preferable.
On the other hand, a nonwoven fabric that has been widely used as a breathable reinforcing material conventionally has a fiber that adheres to the pressure-sensitive adhesive side and peels off during rewinding. For example, the arithmetic average roughness Ra of the surface and the average spacing Sm of the irregularities Even if it satisfies the above range, it is not preferable to use it on the non-adhesive surface (surface) of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building material 1 of the present invention.

As the moisture permeable waterproof membrane 12 constituting the moisture permeable waterproof sheet of the present invention, for example, a filler or a plasticizer is eluted with a solvent from a film made of a synthetic resin containing an inorganic filler, an organic filler or a plasticizer. And a microporous film produced by stretching a film made of a synthetic resin containing an inorganic filler or an organic filler uniaxially or biaxially. Among these, in the present invention, a microporous film obtained by uniaxially or biaxially stretching an inorganic filler-containing synthetic resin film is preferably used as the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane 12.

Among these, the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane 12 has a water vapor transmission rate of 1,000 to 20,000 g / m 2 · 24 h, particularly 2,000 to 10,000 g / in, when releasing moisture inside when used on a wall surface. It is preferable to use one having m 2 · 24h. Further, in order to prevent moisture from entering from the outside, the water resistance is preferably 50 cm · H 2 O or more, particularly preferably 100 cm · H 2 O or more.
In addition, although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as a synthetic resin, It is preferable to use polyolefin resins, such as a copolymer of a high density polyethylene, a low density polyethylene, a linear low density polyethylene, a polypropylene, a propylene, and another olefin. Examples of the inorganic filler include calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, silica, diatomaceous earth, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, and alumina. Usually, calcium carbonate is preferably used.

In the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 for building materials according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1, a breathable reinforcing material 11 is laminated on the surface of the moisture permeable waterproof film 12 described above, and an adhesive 13 is provided on the back side (opposite side). Is applied. There is no restriction | limiting in particular as the adhesive 13, For example, a natural rubber type, a synthetic rubber type, an acrylic type, a urethane type, a vinyl ether type, a silicone type, an amide type, and a styrene type adhesive, a styrene type elastomer, an olefin type elastomer, and an ethylene type Various pressure-sensitive adhesives such as an acid-modified olefin resin graft-modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof are suitably used, and the form may be any of a solution type, an emulsion type, a hot melt type, etc. . For the purpose of controlling the adhesive properties, etc., the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may include, for example, terpene resins such as α-pinene, β-pinene polymer, diterpene polymer, α-pinene / phenol copolymer, fat Suitable tackifiers such as aromatic resins, aromatic resins, aliphatic / aromatic copolymer systems, other rosin resins, coumarone indene resins, (alkyl) phenol resins, xylene resins, etc. Can be blended.

In particular, in the present invention, a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be transferred to the next process within a few seconds after application is used as the pressure-sensitive adhesive 13. Is preferred.

The application method of the adhesive 13 is not particularly limited. For example, in the case of using a solution type or emulsion type adhesive, a nip coater, a reverse coater, a gravure coater, a comma coater, etc. It is common to apply using a foil type or nozzle type application device. Moreover, as an application | coating shape of an adhesive, it is necessary not to impair the moisture-permeable waterproof property of the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane 12 mentioned above. Specifically, it is preferable to apply in a shape such as a stripe shape, a dot shape, a lattice shape, a mesh shape or the like in which a non-application portion is generated. The area ratio of the non-application part is preferably 30% to 98%, preferably 50 to 98%. In particular, in the present invention, when a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the pressure-sensitive adhesive and is applied by spraying in the form of dots or fibers using a nozzle type coating device, the area ratio of the non-coated portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is 70% or more. For example, even if it is about 90%, it is more preferable because it can be applied uniformly over the entire surface and sufficient adhesive strength can be expressed.

Now, in the first embodiment of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 1 for building materials of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the mesh-like breathable reinforcing material 11 is laminated on one surface of the moisture permeable waterproof film 12, and vice versa. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 13 is applied to the surface (back surface).
Further, in the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a breathable reinforcing material 11 is laminated on one surface of a moisture permeable waterproof membrane 12, and a breathable reinforcing material 14 is interposed on the opposite surface. The adhesive 13 is applied.
Here, as the breathable reinforcing material 14 used between the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane 12 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 13, a conventionally known nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, or the mesh-shaped breathable reinforcing material 11 described above is used without any particular limitation. can do.

The measurement was performed according to JIS L 1092 (hydrostatic pressure method, method A (low water pressure method)).
[Area ratio of non-adhesive part]
The area ratio of the non-adhesive part to the entire surface of the sheet was determined from the ratio of the water vapor transmission rate of the resulting moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials and the water vapor transmission rate before application of the adhesive by the following formula.
Area ratio (%) = Vs / Vi × 100
However, Vs: Water vapor transmission rate of moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building material Vm: Water vapor transmission rate before application of adhesive

[Roll winding characteristics]
The roll winding characteristics of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet were measured and evaluated by the following methods.
P 0 (N / 25 mm): JIS Z 0237 when the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet obtained by applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the application surface side of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet before applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive are bonded together. 180 degree peel strength according to -91.

A resin composition comprising 45% by weight of linear low density polyethylene (density: 0.915 g / cm 3 , melt flow rate: 1.5 g · 10 powder) and 55% by weight of calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 2.0 μm, Formed into a sheet using an extrusion film forming apparatus equipped with one extruder and a T-die, and then stretched 3.0 times in the longitudinal uniaxial direction by a multistage roll stretching machine set at 70 to 80 ° C. Thus, a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane having a film thickness of 45 μm was obtained. Next, the breathable reinforcing material described in Table 1 is laminated on one surface of the moisture permeable waterproof membrane by heat pressing with a heated roll, and then the opposite surface (back surface side) is made of a mixture of synthetic rubber and polyolefin resin. A hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive was made into a thin fiber from the nozzle and sprayed at a coating amount of 12 g / m 2 to obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials. Table 2 shows the water vapor transmission rate, water resistance, and roll winding characteristics of the obtained moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials. Table 2 also shows the area ratio of the non-adhesive part obtained from the water vapor transmission rate of 6,846 g / m 2 · 24 h before application of the hot melt adhesive.

As is clear from Table 2, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheets of Examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention have a peel strength P 0 from the surface (breathable reinforcing material) from a peel strength P 1 from the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane. Since it was much smaller, it could be easily rewound and pasted onto the wall surface even when rolled. In particular, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheets according to Examples 1 and 2 using Warif (trade name) as a breathable reinforcing material showed extremely excellent unwinding properties. On the other hand, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet according to Comparative Example 1 as a breathable nonwoven fabric has a peel strength P 0 with respect to the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane, because the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of the used nonwoven fabric is too small. It was almost the same as 1 and not only was it difficult to unwind when rolled, but also part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive peeled off during the rewinding. Moreover, when the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet concerning the comparative examples 2 and 3 which uses another nonwoven fabric was rewound by roll winding, the nonwoven fabric destroyed the material and the fiber which comprises a nonwoven fabric had adhered to the adhesive. .

[Examples 4 and 5, Comparative Examples 4 to 6]
Example except that an acrylic adhesive was used as an adhesive, and a gravure roll was used and applied in stripes continuously in the longitudinal direction so that the width of the application part was 2 mm and the width of the non-application part was 1 mm. In the same manner as in Example 1, a moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials was obtained. Table 3 shows the water vapor permeability, water resistance, and roll winding characteristics of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet for building materials. Table 3 also shows the area ratio of the non-applied part obtained from the water vapor permeability 6,846 g / m 2 · 24h before application of the acrylic adhesive.

Figure 2009269231

As is clear from Table 3, even when an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was used, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheets of Examples 4 and 5 according to the present invention showed excellent unwinding properties, compared with In Examples 4 and 5, not only rewinding was difficult, but also part of the adhesive peeled off on the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane side. Moreover, when the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet concerning the comparative examples 5 and 6 was rewound by roll winding, the nonwoven fabric destroyed the material, and the fiber which comprises a nonwoven fabric adhered to the adhesive.

The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet for building materials of the present invention can be suitably used for waterproofing structures such as walls and preventing condensation. Moreover, since this moisture-permeable waterproof sheet can be provided in roll form without using a release paper, it can be used not only for the wall surface but also for other purposes such as a roof base.
