Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for curing a floor surface that covers the floor surface during construction of a house, etc., and protects the floor surface from dirt such as dirt, mud, and member debris, and rainwater, and more specifically, a floor having moisture permeability. The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for curing.

Conventionally, when a house is constructed, a curing sheet is used to prevent the floor surface from being soiled or damaged by foreign matter such as dirt and dirt adhered to workers' shoes, debris such as members, and rainwater. ing. For example, in Patent Document 1, a large number of irregularities are formed on the surface of a synthetic resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and an acrylic resin adhesive that does not remain on the floor panel surface when the sheet is peeled is applied to the entire back surface. There has been proposed a protective sheet for protecting the floor panel surface, characterized in that an adhesive layer is formed.

Moreover, in order to cover the floor surface of the location wider than the width | variety of a curing sheet | seat, it is necessary to overlap | superpose and spread a curing sheet | seat, but in order to improve the adhesiveness of the overlapping part of sheets, patent document 2 In the sheet-like material provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the back surface of the synthetic resin film, at least one end along the length of the surface of the synthetic resin film, and a belt-like flat portion having a width of 1 to 10 cm, and all other portions A floor protection sheet provided with uneven portions has been proposed.

The protective sheet as described above has an excellent performance that the sheet and the floor surface are in close contact with each other because the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the back surface of the synthetic resin sheet. Therefore, by spreading so that the sheet and the floor surface are in close contact with each other, the floor surface becomes dirty or damaged by foreign matter such as dirt and mud adhering to the worker's shoes, debris such as member fragments, and rainwater. Can be prevented. However, if the protective sheet and the floor are not sufficiently in close contact due to a failure during expansion, the edge of the sheet or the overlapping portion may be wrinkled, or the sheet that is floating without being in close contact with the floor may be torn. In some cases, foreign matter such as dirt, mud, broken pieces of members, rainwater, and the like enter between the floor surface and the protective sheet, and the floor surface may become dirty or damaged. In particular, a sheet made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene has an excellent point that it is excellent in waterproofness, but has a very small amount of water vapor. For this reason, once rainwater or the like enters between the floor and the sheet, the moisture stays between the floor and the sheet for a long period of time, causing stains on the floor, mold in some cases such as during the rainy season or summer. There was a problem that occurred.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and prevents the floor surface from being soiled or damaged by foreign matter such as dirt and mud adhering to an operator's shoes, debris such as member fragments, and rainwater. Of course, even if rainwater or the like enters between the floor and the sheet, moisture is transpired between the floor and the sheet in a short period of time, causing stains and mold on the floor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for moisture-permeable floor curing that can prevent the above.

As a result of intensive studies, the inventors used a sheet base material having moisture permeability and waterproofness as a sheet base material, and formed a non-applied part of the adhesive at a certain ratio or more with respect to the total area of the sheet base material. In the unlikely event that rainwater or the like enters between the floor and the sheet, moisture that has entered between the floor and the sheet can be evaporated to the outside in a short period of time. The inventors have found that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of this, and have reached the present invention.
That is, according to the present invention,
(1) At least 30% of the total area of the sheet substrate on one surface of the sheet substrate having a water vapor transmission rate of 1000 to 20000 g / m 2 · 24 h and a water resistance of 50 cm · H 2 O or more. Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for moisture-permeable floor curing, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed so that the above is a non-applied part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive,
(2) The sheet base material having moisture permeability and waterproofness is a composite sheet obtained by laminating a microporous moisture permeability waterproof film made of a polyolefin resin and an inorganic filler and a breathable reinforcing material. A moisture-permeable floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet according to (1) is provided,
(3) The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed with an appropriate width in the longitudinal direction of both side portions of the sheet base material, and other than the both side portions, the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating portion continuous with the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material is not applied. The adhesive sheet for moisture-permeable floor curing according to (1) or (2) is provided, wherein the portions are alternately formed at appropriate intervals.

The moisture-permeable floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has both moisture permeability and waterproofness, and has an adhesive layer on one side, so that it has excellent adhesion to the flooring material. It is possible to prevent foreign matters such as dirt such as soil and mud adhering to shoes, and pieces of members, and rainwater from entering between the floor surface and the sheet. In addition, even if rainwater enters between the floor and the sheet due to drowning, the floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention has moisture permeability, so that moisture can be exposed to the outside in a short period of time. It is possible to prevent transpiration and generation of stains and mold on the floor surface.

The present invention is described in detail below.
For the moisture-permeable floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, a sheet substrate having moisture-permeable and waterproof properties is used. Examples of the sheet base material having moisture permeability and waterproofness include, for example, a nonwoven sheet obtained by applying high heat to a continuous ultrafine fiber of a thermoplastic resin formed by a flash spinning method, and a low density polyethylene or a high density. After forming into a sheet by blending an inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate or barium sulfate with a polyolefin-based resin such as polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, or polypropylene, a microporous material that is stretched at least in a uniaxial direction. A moisture permeable waterproof membrane etc. can be illustrated. In particular, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet formed by laminating the above-described microporous moisture-permeable waterproof film and a long-fiber nonwoven fabric, a breathable reinforcing material made of a lattice network such as a split fiber nonwoven fabric and a net-like material, More preferably, it is used as a material.

Water vapor permeability of the sheet base material used in the moisture-permeable floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is preferably 1000~20000g / m 2 · 24h, more to be 2000~10000g / m 2 · 24h preferable.
When the water vapor transmission rate is less than 1000 g / m 2 · 24 h, the amount of water vapor that permeates the floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is small, so that moisture that has entered between the floor surface and the floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is evaporated to the outside in a short period of time. In addition, there is a possibility that stains and molds may occur on the floor surface, which is not preferable. In addition, when the water vapor transmission rate exceeds 20000 g / m 2 · 24 h, it is possible to transpire the moisture that has penetrated between the floor surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for floor curing to the outside in a short period of time, Since waterproofness and mechanical strength decrease, it is not preferable.
Further, water resistance of the sheet base material used in the moisture-permeable floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is preferably at 50 cm · H 2 O or more. When the water resistance is less than 50 cm · H 2 O, rainwater sprays on the moisture-permeable adhesive sheet for floor curing after spreading, and sufficient waterproofness cannot be obtained. It is not preferable because there is a risk of entering between the sheets.

An adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the sheet base as described above. Conventionally known adhesives can be used, but they have an adhesive force that can securely adhere to the floor surface. When removing the film after construction, the adhesive remains on the floor surface. Do not use adhesive. As such an adhesive, an acrylic adhesive can be illustrated.

The shape to which the adhesive is applied is not particularly limited as long as 30% or more of the total area of one surface of the sheet base material is the non-applied portion. For example, the application part of the adhesive may be applied to one surface of the sheet base material so as to form a lattice or a mesh, or the application part of the adhesive may be applied in a staggered manner. good. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, the application part of the adhesive is formed with an appropriate width in the longitudinal direction of both sides of the sheet base material, and the adhesive is continuously applied in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material except for both side parts. It is preferable to form the portions and the non-coated portions alternately at appropriate intervals.
By forming the application part of the adhesive with the appropriate width in the longitudinal direction of both sides of the sheet base material, the adhesion between the floor surface and the laminated adhesive sheet for floor curing is improved, and other than both sides By forming the application part and non-application part of the adhesive that are continuous in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material alternately at appropriate intervals, there is no air entrainment between the floor and the sheet when it is spread on the floor. In addition, the construction finish is good, and the effect that the floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is less likely to be twisted or torn is obtained.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the area of the non-application part of an adhesive is 30 to 70% of the total area of a sheet base material, and it is more preferable that it is 40 to 60%.
When the area of the non-application part of an adhesive exceeds 70%, since the adhesiveness of a floor surface and a moisture-permeable floor curing adhesive sheet falls, it is unpreferable. On the other hand, if the area of the non-applied part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 30%, the adhesion between the floor surface and the sheet is improved, but the moisture permeability may be lowered, which is not preferable.

For example, when using a moisture permeable waterproof sheet in which a breathable reinforcing material is laminated on one surface of a microporous moisture permeable waterproof membrane as the sheet base material, the reinforcing material when expanded on the floor surface It is preferable to apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive so that is on the upper side. By applying adhesive so that the reinforcing material is on the upper side, the unevenness of the reinforcing material plays a role of preventing slipping, and even if the sheet surface spread on the floor is wet with rain water etc., the effect that the feet are difficult to slip Is obtained.

Moreover, the adhesive sheet for moisture-permeable floor curing of this invention can be provided in the state wound up by roll shape. At that time, in order to smoothly feed out the sheet, the sheet may be wound in a state where the release paper is overlapped on the surface of the sheet on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side.

Furthermore, the moisture-permeable floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is preferably translucent. If the moisture-permeable floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is translucent, after being spread on the floor surface, the position of display such as black ink on the floor surface can be easily confirmed through the sheet. In order to be able to confirm the position of the black ink etc. on the floor through the sheet, the total light transmittance measured in accordance with JIS K 7361-1 is preferably 60% or more, 70 % Or more is more preferable.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples and comparative examples. In addition, the test method of the obtained adhesive sheet for floor curing is as follows.
[Water vapor transmission rate] The water vapor transmission rate of the sheet base material before applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive was measured under a constant temperature and humidity apparatus condition B (40 ° C, 90% RH) in accordance with JIS Z 0208 (cup method). .
[Water resistance] The water resistance of the sheet base material before applying the adhesive was measured in accordance with JIS L 1092 (hydrostatic pressure method, method A (low water pressure method)).

[Example 1]
A resin composition comprising 45% by weight of linear low-density polyethylene (density: 0.915 g / cm 3 , MI: 1.5) and 55% by weight of calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 2.0 μm was used as one extruder. A sheet-like product is formed using an extrusion film forming apparatus equipped with a T-die, and then stretched 3.0 times in the longitudinal uniaxial direction by a multistage roll stretching machine set at 70 to 80 ° C., and moisture permeability of 45 μm. A waterproof membrane was obtained. One side of the moisture permeable waterproof membrane thus obtained was thermocompression-bonded with a roll heated to 115 ° C. as a reinforcing material, Nisseki Warif HS24 (trade name) manufactured by Nisshi Plast Co., Ltd. Thus, a 1 m wide sheet base material in which the moisture permeable waterproof membrane and the reinforcing material were laminated was obtained. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the obtained sheet base material by the above test method.
Next, the sheet base material is not laminated on the side where the coating width is 10 cm on both sides, and in other areas, the width of the non-application portion is 6 mm and the width of the application portion is 4 mm. Then, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was applied to obtain a moisture-permeable floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which the area ratio of the non-coated portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive was about 48%.

[Comparative Example 1]
An embossed sheet made of low-density polyethylene with a thickness of 60 μm and a width of 1 m is used as a sheet base material on the surface, the application width on both sides is 10 cm on the back side, and the width of the non-application part is 6 mm in other places. The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was applied continuously in the longitudinal direction so that the width of the application part was 4 mm. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the used sheet base material by the above test method.

Figure 2006143867
Figure 2006143867

As is clear from Table 1, the water resistance of the sheet base material used in both Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was good. Further, in the stretching work, the adhesion between the floor surface and the sheet and the overlapping portion of the sheet was good, and air was not caught between the floor surface and the sheet, and both workability and work finish were good. Furthermore, the adhesive sheet for floor curing can be easily re-stretched, and after use, the adhesive can be removed without remaining on the floor surface.

On the other hand, when the sheet obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was stretched in a state where a small amount of water was present on the floor, the sheet of the part was peeled and confirmed after 2 to 3 days. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for breathable floor curing was used, there was no water between the floor and the sheet, and no stain was generated on the floor. On the other hand, when the floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of Comparative Example 1 was used, although no water was present between the floor and the sheet, spots were confirmed on the floor.
When the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for breathable floor curing of Example 1 is used, the water vapor permeability of the sheet base material is 5000 g / m 2 · 24 h, and most of the moisture between the floor surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for floor curing is Whereas the floor curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet permeated through the floor-curing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and transpiration to the outside did not occur, the water vapor permeability of the sheet base material was 16 g / m. Since the water between the floor surface and the adhesive sheet for floor curing can pass through the floor curing adhesive sheet only a little, it can be considered that most of the moisture is absorbed by the flooring material and therefore stains are generated. .
In addition, the total light transmittance of the moisture-permeable floor-curing adhesive sheet obtained in Example 1 was 75%, and the position of the black ink on the floor surface could be easily confirmed.

By using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for breathable floor curing of the present invention to protect the floor surface during construction of a house, etc., the floor is covered with foreign matter such as dirt and dirt adhered to workers' shoes, dirt such as member debris, and rainwater. Not only does it prevent the surface from getting dirty or scratched, but in the unlikely event that rainwater enters between the floor and the sheet, moisture is transpired between the floor and the sheet in a short period of time. It becomes possible to prevent the generation of stains and mold on the floor surface.

It is the schematic plan view which showed an example of adhesive layer formation of the adhesive sheet for moisture-permeable floor curing of this invention.
