Abstract
【解決手段】励起光を発生する励起レーザ光源と、前記励起光を受け付け、前記励起光に対するラマン散乱の第nストークス光(nは1以上の整数)に対応する各波長の光を選択的に反射する入力側光反射器と、前記入力側光反射器に接続し、少なくとも前記励起光によってラマン散乱光を発生させるラマンファイバと、前記ラマンファイバに接続し、前記第nストークス光に対応する各波長の光を選択的に反射する出力側光反射器とを有するカスケードラマン共振器と、前記励起レーザ光源と前記カスケードラマン共振器との間に介挿され、前記カスケードラマン共振器内で発生する前記第1ストークス光が前記励起レーザ光源側に入力することを阻止する阻止デバイスと、を備える。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るカスケードラマンレーザの構成を示すブロック図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係るカスケードラマンレーザ1000は、励起光である波長1117nmのレーザ光を出力する励起レーザ光源としてのCPFL100と、波長1117nmのレーザ光を用いて波長1480nmのレーザ光を生成するCRR200が縦列接続し、さらに、CPFL100とCRR200との間に介挿された阻止デバイス300を備える。

Claims (4)
- 励起光を発生する励起レーザ光源と、
前記励起光を受け付け、前記励起光に対するラマン散乱の第nストークス光(nは1以上の整数)に対応する各波長の光を選択的に反射する入力側光反射器と、前記入力側光反射器に接続し、少なくとも前記励起光によってラマン散乱光を発生させるラマンファイバと、前記ラマンファイバに接続し、前記第nストークス光に対応する各波長の光を選択的に反射する出力側光反射器とを有するカスケードラマン共振器と、
前記励起レーザ光源と前記カスケードラマン共振器との間に介挿され、前記カスケードラマン共振器内で発生する前記第1ストークス光が前記励起レーザ光源側に入力することを阻止する阻止デバイスと、
を備えたことを特徴とするカスケードラマンレーザ。 - 前記阻止デバイスは、光アイソレータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカスケードラマンレーザ。
- 前記阻止デバイスは、少なくとも前記第1ストークス光を選択的に遮断する遮断フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカスケードラマンレーザ。
- 前記阻止デバイスは、少なくとも前記第1ストークス光を選択的に遮断するファイバ溶融型WDMカプラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカスケードラマンレーザ。
