前記圧縮気体を導入するための中空部分を有する第1多孔質フィルタと、
前記第1多孔質フィルタの外側に配置され、1μmを超える径の複数の第2孔を有する第2多孔質フィルタと、
前記第1多孔質フィルタの前記中空部分の一端部に対して前記圧縮気体を導入するために前記第1多孔質フィルタの一端部側に形成された気体導入部と、前記第1多孔質フィルタの前記中空部分の他端部を閉鎖する閉鎖部と、
前記第2多孔質フィルタの外側に配置されるケーシング部であって、前記気体導入部の反対側の位置から前記第2多孔質フィルタに対して液体を導入するための液体導入部と、
前記液体導入部の反対側の位置から前記微小気泡を含む前記液体を放出する放出部と、
