Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a surface-decorated sheet in which a surface is decorated on a shrink film, a plastic film, a nonwoven fabric, or the like.

Conventionally, as a surface decoration sheet which has a decoration layer on the surface, there exists a metal decoration sheet which gave metal vapor deposition to the surface (for example, refer to patent documents 1).

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, the inside of an ultraviolet irradiator is passed in a state in which a base material sheet layer coated with an ultraviolet curable adhesive and a metal vapor deposition film having a metal vapor deposition layer are in contact with each other. And the said metal vapor deposition layer and the said base material sheet layer are adhere | attached, and it laminates | stacks integrally in order of the metal vapor deposition layer, the ultraviolet curable adhesive layer, and the base material sheet layer from the surface layer.

Here, when the base material sheet layer and the metal vapor deposition layer were brought into contact with each other and passed through the ultraviolet irradiator, each layer was transported into the ultraviolet irradiator while maintaining a horizontal surface.

Utility Model Registration No. 3111691

However, when the base material sheet layer and the decorative layer are brought into contact with each other and the layers are left in a horizontal plane and conveyed into the ultraviolet irradiator, there are the following problems. For example, in the case where there is a concavo-convex pattern on the surface of the base material sheet, such as a three-dimensional pattern for holograms on the base material sheet, the UV adhesive needs to follow the concavo-convex pattern. However, if the decorative layer and the base sheet are carried in with a horizontal surface, it is difficult for the UV adhesive to follow the uneven pattern. Then, the UV adhesive does not sufficiently work along the concavo-convex pattern formed on the base sheet, and the decorative layer may not sufficiently adhere to the surface of the base sheet. Then, it becomes difficult to sufficiently express a desired uneven pattern on the surface of the surface decorating sheet. For this reason, there existed a problem that the designability of the surface decoration sheet surface could not be improved.

The purpose of the present invention is to enhance the design of the surface decorative sheet by reliably bonding the decorative layer to the surface of the base sheet when the base sheet surface has an uneven pattern. It is.

The manufacturing method of the 1st surface decorating sheet for achieving the said objective is a manufacturing method of the surface decorating sheet which has a decorating layer on the surface, Comprising: The continuous base material sheet which apply | coated the ultraviolet curable adhesive, A polymerization step of forming a polymerization sheet by superimposing a continuous decoration sheet having the decoration layer, an adhesion step of irradiating the polymerization sheet with ultraviolet rays and bonding the continuous base sheet and the continuous decoration sheet; The bonding step is characterized in that ultraviolet irradiation is performed with the continuous decorating sheet curved outward and the continuous base sheet curved inward.

Moreover, the manufacturing method of the 2nd surface decorating sheet is characterized by curving the said superposition | polymerization sheet by winding around a cylindrical roller.

Moreover, the manufacturing method of the 3rd surface decoration sheet | seat is characterized by making the said superposition | polymerization sheet curve by winding around a convex-shaped fixing stand.

Like a 1st method, a continuous decorating sheet and a continuous base material sheet mutually adhere | attach reliably by curving a continuous decorating sheet outside and curving a continuous base material sheet inward. By setting it as this closely_contact | adhered state, a continuous decorating sheet follows the shape of the surface pattern of a continuous base material sheet, and the pattern made on the surface of a continuous base material sheet appears reliably also on the surface of a surface decorating sheet. Thereby, the design property of a surface decorating sheet improves.

As in the second method, the polymerization sheet is curved by winding it around a cylindrical roller, and when the cylindrical roller is rotated at the same peripheral speed as the conveyance speed of the polymerization sheet, the polymerization sheet is smoothly smoothed at the place where ultraviolet irradiation is performed. Can be transported. For this reason, the designability of the surface of a surface decorating sheet can be improved reliably.

As in the third method, when the polymerization sheet is bent by winding it around a convex fixing table, only the upper part of the fixing table can be bent and the lower part can be flattened. Can be manufactured.

The features of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In description, the structure of a surface decorating sheet is demonstrated first, and the manufacturing method of a surface decorating sheet is demonstrated next.

[Configuration of surface decoration sheet 10]
The structure of the surface decorating sheet 10 is demonstrated using FIG. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the configuration of the surface decorating sheet.

As shown in FIG. 1, the front surface decorative sheet 10 is formed by being laminated from the surface like a decorative layer 11, a UV adhesive layer (ultraviolet curable adhesive layer) 12, and a base sheet layer 13. . In addition, the uneven | corrugated pattern 10a is formed in the surface decoration sheet 10 surface. This appears on the surface of the surface decorating sheet 10 along with the shape of the uneven pattern 13a on the surface of the base sheet layer 13.

In the present embodiment, the decorative layer 11 is obtained by pressing and transferring a continuous decorative sheet that has been subjected to metal decoration by vapor deposition to the UV adhesive layer 12. As a material for forming the decorative layer, vapor deposition of various metals can be used in addition to aluminum. For example, there are magnesium, nickel, titanium, gold, silver, copper, zinc and the like. Moreover, a decoration layer is not restricted to being a metal vapor deposition layer. For example, it is good also as decoration which gave hologram processing, the embossing of patterns, such as a fine unevenness | corrugation and wrinkles, and simple glossy processing.

The UV adhesive layer 12 is composed of an ultraviolet curable adhesive that cures when irradiated with ultraviolet rays. For this reason, it has the function which adheres the decoration layer 11 and the base material sheet layer 13 by irradiating an ultraviolet-ray with an ultraviolet irradiation device.

The base sheet layer 13 uses a shrink film, a thin plastic film, a nonwoven fabric, paper, or synthetic paper that shrinks by heat.

[Manufacturing method of surface decoration sheet 10]
The manufacturing method of the surface decorating sheet 10 is demonstrated using FIG. Fig.2 (a) is a figure which shows the manufacturing apparatus of a surface decorating sheet.

As shown to Fig.2 (a), the manufacturing apparatus 20 of the surface decorating sheet 10 has the decorating sheet holding roller 21 which winds and holds the continuous decorating sheet 31 by which the decorating layer is transcribe | transferred on the continuous film, and , UV adhesive applicator 22 for applying UV adhesive to continuous base sheet 32, base sheet holding roller 23 for winding and holding continuous base sheet 32, ultraviolet irradiator 24, and decorative layer 11 The decorative sheet winding roller 25 for winding the continuous decorative sheet 31 after application and the surface decorative sheet winding roller 26 for winding the completed surface decorative sheet 10 are provided.

Further, a guide roller pair 27 is arranged at a portion where the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the continuous base sheet 32 are superposed, and a guide roller pair 28 is arranged at a portion where the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the surface decorating sheet 10 are separated from each other. Established. Between the guide roller pair 27 and the guide roller pair 28, a laminate area A where the sheets are superposed is formed.

Further, in the laminating area A, a cylindrical roller 29 for curving a polymerization sheet 33 (described later) and a nip roller 30 for securely winding the polymerization sheet 33 around the cylindrical roller 29 are arranged at a portion facing the ultraviolet irradiator 24. Established.

With the above configuration, the manufacturing apparatus 20 operates as follows.

As shown in FIG. 2, first, the continuous base sheet 32 wound and held around the base sheet holding roller 23 is sequentially fed and introduced into the adhesive application device 22. Then, a UV adhesive is applied to a predetermined portion (a portion where decoration is desired) of the introduced continuous base sheet 32 by the application roller 22 a in the adhesive application device 22. After the UV adhesive is applied to the predetermined portion of the surface, the continuous base sheet 32 is conveyed to the guide roller pair 27. On the other hand, the continuous decorating sheet 31 sent from the decorating sheet holding roller 21 is sent together with the continuous base sheet 32 to the guide roller pair 27 in contact with each other.

In this way, the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the continuous base sheet 32 are laminated on the guide roller pair 27 via the UV adhesive layer 12. This laminated product is conveyed as a polymerization sheet 33 and enters the laminate area A (polymerization step).

Next, the polymerization sheet 33 is conveyed to a portion facing the ultraviolet irradiator 24 in the laminate area A. Here, the superposition | polymerization sheet | seat 33 is conveyed by the part which opposes the ultraviolet irradiation machine 24 in the state which curved the continuous decorating sheet 31 outside and the continuous base material sheet 32 inside. In this state, ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the outside of the continuous decorating sheet 31 toward the polymerization sheet 33 by the ultraviolet irradiator 24. By the irradiation by the ultraviolet irradiator 24, the UV adhesive layer 12 between the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the continuous base sheet 32 has adhesiveness. With this adhesive, the continuous decorative sheet 31 and the continuous base sheet 32 are integrally bonded (bonding step).

Thus, the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the continuous base material sheet 32 are securely adhered to each other on the cylindrical roller 29 by curving and overlapping the continuous decorating sheet 31 and the continuous base material sheet 32 inward. . By setting it as this closely_contact | adhered state, the continuous decorating sheet 31 follows the shape of the surface pattern (for example, uneven | corrugated pattern) of the continuous base material sheet 32, and the pattern made on the surface of the continuous base material sheet 32 is the surface decorating sheet 10. It also appears on the surface of Thereby, the designability of the surface decorating sheet 10 is improved.

The integrated polymerization sheet 33 then passes through the guide roller pair 28 on the downstream side in the transport direction. Then, the superposition | polymerization sheet | seat 33 is wound up by the decorating sheet winding roller 25 by one side of the upper side, and the other is separately wound up by the surface decorating sheet winding roller 26.

By doing in this way, before entering into the lamination area A, decoration layers other than the part to which the UV adhesive layer 12 was given on the continuous base material sheet 32 decorated in the state which remained in the continuous decorating sheet 31. The sheet is wound around the sheet winding roller 25. On the other hand, the decorative layer facing the portion where the UV adhesive layer 12 is applied on the continuous base sheet 32 before entering the laminate area A is transferred as the decorative layer 11 on the surface decorative sheet 10 side. The surface decorative sheet take-up roller 26 is wound up.

The surface decorating sheet 10 wound up by the surface decorating sheet take-up roller 26 in this way is integrally laminated like a decorating layer 11, a UV adhesive layer 12, and a base sheet layer 13 shown in FIG. .

The surface decorative sheet 10 manufactured by the above manufacturing method is configured by transferring the decorative layer 11 using a UV adhesive without using heat. For this reason, the decorating layer 11 and the base sheet layer 13 can be integrated without being affected by heat. In addition, the decorative layer 11 can be efficiently formed on the base sheet layer 13 without being altered by bonding with a UV adhesive. As a result, the decoration layer 11 is stably configured. For example, when glossy metal deposition is used as the decoration of the continuous decoration sheet 31, the glossiness of the surface of the surface decoration sheet 10 is not lost.

Further, in the bonding step, the continuous decoration sheet 31 and the continuous base material sheet 32 are securely adhered to each other because the ultraviolet irradiation is performed with the continuous decoration sheet 31 curved outward and the continuous base material sheet 32 curved inward. To do. By setting it as this closely-contacted state, the shape of the continuous decorating sheet 31 follows the shape of the surface pattern of the continuous base sheet 32 (see the pattern 13a in FIG. 1), and the pattern formed on the surface of the continuous base sheet 32 It also appears on the surface of the decorative sheet. Thereby, the design property of a surface decorating sheet improves.

Further, when the polymerization sheet 33 is wound around the cylindrical roller 29 in order to bend, and the cylindrical roller 29 is rotated at the same peripheral speed as the conveyance speed of the polymerization sheet, the polymerization sheet 33 is moved at the place where ultraviolet irradiation is performed. It can be transported smoothly. For this reason, the design property of the surface of the surface decorating sheet 10 can be improved reliably.

In the above-described embodiment, the base sheet layer 13 is a film-like metal decorative sheet, but is not limited thereto, and the base sheet layer 13 is made of a material such as a seal, a label, or a sticker. Also good.

In the present embodiment, the cylindrical roller 29 is used to curve the polymerization sheet 33, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, in order to curve the polymerization sheet 33, the polymerization sheet 33 may be bent by being wound around a convex fixing base 129 shown in FIG.

As described above, when the polymerization sheet 33 is bent by being wound around the convex fixing base 129, only the upper part of the fixing base 129 can be curved and the lower part can be flat. The decorative sheet 10 can be manufactured.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION This invention is utilized for the manufacturing method of the surface decorating sheet which decorated the surface with respect to the shrink film, the plastic film, or the nonwoven fabric.
