Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a label that can be attached so that a part of the label protrudes from an adherend.
Conventionally, various products such as beverages, confectionery, cosmetics, and medicines are packaged in containers and boxes and distributed in the form of a package.
Labels are affixed to these packages for various purposes such as advertising of products, display of raw materials, and campaigns.
Among these labels, in order to make the product stand out mainly and enhance the advertising function, a label that is pasted with a part protruding from the package (this type of label is also referred to as a POP label. May be abbreviated).
This POP label is generally made of a flexible base material having a predetermined shape, and is mainly composed of an affixing portion that is adhered to one surface of the packaging body and a protruding portion that projects outward from the packaging body. By sticking this sticking part on one side of the package, the protruding part which is a part of the label protrudes away from the package and can attract the attention of the consumer.
As described above, since the POP label is used to attract the attention of consumers, it is preferable that the design is as conspicuous as possible.
From such a point, a POP label using a metal vapor deposition film as a base material is known. Such a POP label is easily noticeable by consumers due to its metallic luster and is excellent in decorativeness.
Also, embossing is an effective way to make the design stand out. Although the embossed POP label is not known within the scope of the present inventors' knowledge, the POP label embossed on the metal-deposited film can greatly attract the attention of consumers. It can be said.
However, the POP label made of a metal vapor-deposited film with embossing has a problem that its protruding portion is easily deformed due to a curve or the like, and the appearance is deteriorated in use.
Specifically, embossing presses a film using, for example, an embossing roll having a protruding mold part, and deforms the film in the thickness direction to form irregularities. Therefore, the metal-deposited film to which the emboss is applied tends to be easily bent to one surface side. As described above, the POP label is used by protruding a part of the POP label without sticking it to the adherend. In general, the adhesive label that sticks the entire surface of the adherend in a solid shape cannot cause a problem that the label is curved at the time of sticking, but the POP label is used with a part protruding. Due to the embossing, the protruding portion tends to be curved.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the label which is excellent in decorating property and cannot bend easily at the time of the label used by sticking so that a part of label may protrude from the adherend.
The present invention is used by sticking so that a part protrudes from an adherend, and includes an upper layer base material including a metal vapor deposition film, and a lower layer base material laminated and bonded to the upper layer base material. Further, a label is provided in which an emboss is applied and an adhesive portion is partially provided on the lower surface of the lower layer base material.
The label can be used with a part of the label protruding from the adherend by sticking an adhesive part partially provided on the lower surface of the lower layer base material to the adherend.
Since the upper layer base material includes a metal vapor-deposited film and is embossed, the light striking the upper layer base material is irregularly reflected, and a label having excellent decorativeness that easily attracts consumers' attention can be configured.
Since the lower layer base material is laminated and bonded to the upper layer base material, the lower layer base material holds the upper layer base material in a flat shape and prevents the embossed upper layer base material from being bent. Therefore, a part of the protruding label is difficult to bend when it is attached to the adherend, and a label that is beautiful in appearance can be provided during use.
Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided the above label, wherein the upper layer base material comprises a metal-deposited polyester film. Among metal vapor deposited films, polyester films are relatively high in rigidity and can clearly form the embossed uneven boundaries, thereby providing a label with better decorativeness.
Moreover, in the preferable aspect of this invention, a lower layer base material provides the said label containing a polyester-type film. The polyester film is relatively high in rigidity and has a low waist, and thus is excellent as a support base material that prevents the upper base material from being bent.
Furthermore, the preferable aspect of this invention provides the said label by which the interlayer of the upper layer base material corresponding to the convex part of an embossing and the lower layer base material is made non-adhesive.
Since the label between the upper layer base material and the lower layer base material corresponding to the embossed convex portion is non-adhered, even if the convex portion of the upper layer base material is pressed to the lower layer base material side, the convex portion There is no possibility that the lower surface side corresponding to the above adheres to the lower layer base material and the convex shape is crushed.
The label according to the present invention is excellent in decorativeness due to the synergistic effect of the metallic luster and embossing of the upper layer base material, and further, the lower layer base material can prevent the upper layer base material from being bent due to embossing.
As described above, according to the present invention, since a part of the label protruding from the adherend is difficult to bend and has excellent decorativeness, it is possible to provide a label that easily attracts consumers' attention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. However, the lower surface of the base material refers to the surface on the side close to the adherend when the

Specifically, the
The emboss is formed at least on the protruding portion Y of the

The embossing is usually formed on the upper
The embossed unevenness height (emboss depth) is not particularly limited, but if the height difference is too small, the decorativeness is inferior. On the other hand, if the height difference is too large, the upper

Here, the “embossed convex portion” is caused by the embossed unevenness of the upper
As described above, when a design is expressed on the upper
In the former case, the convex portion protruding from the upper surface of the upper

Furthermore, when the design to be expressed is recessed from the upper surface of the upper
In the modified examples (FIGS. 2B and 2C and FIGS. 3B and 3C) in which the first

Design printing 23 (see FIG. 5) is applied to the upper surface of the upper
The ink thickness for this printing is not particularly limited, but is preferably 10 μm or less from the viewpoint of preventing cracking of the ink layer during embossing. As the printing ink, known inks such as oil-based (solvent type) inks and water-based inks can be used, but the rigidity of the upper

A predetermined area on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is peeled off the release paper from the upper layer base material which is coated with a solid adhesive on the lower surface of the long upper-layer base material, and this is temporarily pasted on the release paper. After the non-adhesion treatment is performed on the region corresponding to the embossed convex portion, it is temporarily attached to the release paper again. Embossing is performed using an embossing roll while aligning from the upper surface of the upper layer base material or the lower surface of the release paper so that a convex portion of the embossing is formed in the non-bonded region.
On the other hand, the release paper is peeled off from the lower layer base material raw material on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied in a solid shape on the lower surface of the long lower-layer base material and is temporarily pasted on the release paper, and the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is removed. After applying a non-adhesion process to a predetermined area (area corresponding to the protruding portion Y of the label 1), it is temporarily attached to the release paper again.
Then, the upper layer base material after the embossing is peeled off from the release paper, bonded to the upper surface of the lower layer base material, and passed between the pressing rollers. Adhere to. Finally, after punching out the laminated upper layer base material and lower layer base material into a predetermined shape, the punch is removed. Through this process, the POP label of the present invention temporarily attached to the upper surface of the long release paper with a predetermined interval can be manufactured.

In addition, this invention is not restricted to the said embodiment, A design change can be carried out suitably. Hereinafter, although each modification of this invention is demonstrated, about the structure similar to the said embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted and a term and a figure number may be used.
In the said embodiment, in order to form the sticking part X and the protrusion part Y of the

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
