Description

The present invention relates to a bathing lift device for bathing a bather such as a disabled person or an elderly person who has difficulty bathing by himself.

Conventionally, the seat part of the separable wheelchair whose seat part is separable from the carriage part is placed on a base that moves up and down along a frame that is inclined toward the bathtub, and the base is lowered by the lifting means. A bathing apparatus for bathing a bather on a seat in a bathtub is known (for example, Patent Document 1).

According to the bathing apparatus described in Patent Document 1, the bather can move to the lifter 52 while sitting on the seat portion 30 and then move up and down along the slope 51 together with the lifter 52. No. 7-51051

However, in the conventional bathing apparatus, the length of the slope frame 3 is uniquely determined in accordance with the depth dimension of the bathtub 1 and the height dimension of the bathtub edge at the time of installation, and the length of the slope frame 3 is determined. The length of the slope frame 3 is long enough to transfer the bathing device to the existing tubs with different dimensions, since there is no contrivance to adjust the expansion / contraction to other existing bathtubs with different dimensions. There is a problem in terms of workability because a large-scale machining operation such as cutting or adding to the tub of the transfer destination is required.

In addition, if it is impossible to relocate due to the processing work of the slope frame 3, it is necessary to purchase a bathing apparatus that matches the bathtub size of the relocation destination, and the economic burden on the purchaser is greatly ignored. It was impossible.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily adjust the length of the frame in accordance with the depth dimension of the bathtub, and to adjust to another bathtub with different dimensions. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathing lift device that reduces the labor of relocation work and improves workability.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is provided with an installation part installed around the bathtub and in parallel to the installation part at a predetermined interval in the width direction and from the installation part to the inside of the bathtub. A pair of frames that extend toward the bottom and are placed on the bottom surface of the bathtub, and a lifting unit that has a rolling element that rolls against the frame surface and moves up and down along the frame surface. A bathing lift apparatus provided, wherein the length of each frame is individually adjustable to be adjustable.

According to the said invention, installation workers etc. can adjust the length of a flame | frame easily according to the bathtub depth dimension etc., and the transfer work to another bathtub from which the said dimension differs can be performed rapidly. Further, there is an advantage that the carrying work is facilitated by contracting the frame when carrying the bathing lift device. In addition, since the length of each pair of frames is adjustable, the slope of the bottom of the bathtub where the frame ends are grounded (for example, the slope of the bottom of the bathtub in the width direction of the pair of frames). Even in this case, installation can be easily performed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the bath lift apparatus according to the first aspect, each of the frames has a female screw that is threadedly engaged with a screw body that hangs downward from the installation portion. The length of each of the frames is adjusted to be expanded and contracted by rotating the first pipe-shaped member forward or backward relative to the screw body.

According to the above-described invention, it is not necessary to perform the expansion and contraction adjustment work of each frame using a special tool, and it is not necessary to perform a complicated and skillful work. The height can be adjusted.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the bath lift apparatus according to the second aspect, each of the frames has the screw body and the female screw arranged therein, and one end fixed to the installation portion and the other. The first pipe-shaped member has a second pipe-shaped member whose end is fitted into one end side of the first pipe-shaped member, and the lifting portion that is moving up and down along the frame surface And a step eliminating means for eliminating the step so as not to receive an impact caused by the step when passing through a step position formed at a fitting portion between the second pipe-shaped member and the second pipe-shaped member.

According to the above invention, the step formed at the fitting portion between the second pipe-shaped member and the first pipe-shaped member can be eliminated by the step eliminating means, so that the impact caused by the step when the elevating part passes through the step. The bather on the elevating part does not feel a fear during moving up and down, and can relax and relax and take a bath.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the lift device for bathing according to the third aspect, wherein the rolling element is a rolling roller having a different diameter roller surface, and the step eliminating means is partially disposed on the left and right frames. It is a plate-like step elimination plate that is fixed and extends over a predetermined range in the insertion direction of the two pipe-like members from the fitting portion, and when the elevating part passes through the step position or its vicinity position, A roller surface portion of the rolling roller rolls along the step elimination plate surface.

According to the above-described invention, it is possible to eliminate the level difference at the fitting portion between the first pipe member and the second pipe member with a simple configuration.

A fifth aspect of the present invention is the bath lift apparatus according to the third or fourth aspect, further comprising a horizontal returning means for returning the inclined lifting unit to a horizontal state at least at the end position of the frame. And

According to the invention, since the lifting / lowering part is returned from the inclined state to the horizontal state at least at the end position of the frame by the horizontal returning means, for example, the entire lifting / lowering part is inclined so that the front side of the lifting / lowering part is inclined downward. The elevating part does not stop in this state, and there is no inconvenience that the effective water depth of the bather is lost and a sufficient effective water depth cannot be ensured.

According to the present invention, the operator can easily adjust the length of the frame according to the bathtub depth dimension, etc., so that the transfer work of the bathing lift device to another bathtub with different dimensions can be performed quickly. It will be possible. Further, when the bathing lift device is transported, the transport work is facilitated by contracting the frame.

FIG. 8 is a side view showing one usage pattern of the bath lift apparatus 1. In addition, in each drawing, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same or equivalent component.

The lift device 1 for bathing is disposed in parallel with a predetermined interval in the left and right width direction with respect to the installation portion 2 installed on the floor surface 45 around the bathtub edge 3a and from the installation portion 2 to the bathtub. The frame 4 has a pair of frames 4 that extend downward in the frame 3 and have a terminal end mounted on the inner bottom surface 3 b of the bathtub 3 and a rolling element 5 that rolls against the outer surface of each frame 4. An elevating part 6 that moves up and down is provided (see FIGS. 1, 4, and 5).

The installation part 2 is placed on the floor surface 45 around the bathtub edge 3a as shown in FIG. 4, and is placed on the floor surface 45 via the grounding legs 46 arranged at the four corners as shown in FIGS. A plate-like base plate 8 to be placed, a standing member 9 standing at the left and right end positions of the base plate 8, an upper base plate 10 that is horizontally fixed between the coexisting members 9, A set of two pieces that are screwed to the upper part of the standing member 9 and bent at a midway position, the other part extends toward the bathtub 3 side and extends in a substantially horizontal shape, and the overall shape is substantially a U-shape. A skeleton is formed from the bent plate 11, and the outer periphery of the installation portion 2 is surrounded by a casing 22.

A pair of left and right joint rails 20 extending in the front-rear direction are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval on the upper base plate 10 inside the left and right casings 22 that incline toward the upper front of the installation portion 2. The joint rail 20 guides and guides the seating portion 40 (see FIG. 8) of the transporting vehicle 39 that is detachably mounted on the carriage 41 onto an elevating portion 6 described later. A seating section 40 on which a bather (not shown) sits travels on the joint rail 20 from between the right and left casings 22 inclined toward the upper front of the installation section 2 and is moved and placed on the elevating section 6.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the installation unit 2 includes a pressing member 36 made of square material or the like suspended vertically from the front lower surface of each joint rail 20, and the left and right lower positions of the front surface of the installation unit 2. As shown in FIG. 5, the frame 4 is provided in an inclined shape in which the end portion is located forward from the other portion (bent end portion) of each bent plate 11 into the bathtub 3. Each frame 4 has a screw body 14 (screw shaft) that has one end fixed to the bent plate 11 through an attachment member 42 and is inclined downward, and a female screw 15 that is screwed into the screw body 14. A hollow cylindrical first pipe-shaped member 13 provided at one end and a hollow cylindrical shape having a diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the first pipe-shaped member 13, and a screw body 14 and a female screw 15 in the inner space thereof. It is formed in the support | pillar structure which has the 2nd pipe-shaped member 12 by which this is arrange | positioned. One end of the second pipe-shaped member 12 is fixed to the mounting member 42, and the other end is externally inserted into one end side of the first pipe-shaped member 13.

Therefore, the first pipe-shaped member 13 moves forward or backward relative to the screw body 14 by rotating the first pipe-shaped member 13 forward or backward relative to the screw body 14. As a result, the length of each of the left and right frames 4 can be adjusted freely. In addition, the first pipe-like member 13 is provided at the other end so as to protrude downward from the bottom surface of the concave member 34 (see FIG. 2) having a substantially concave shape when viewed from the front, which is disposed in an upward concave manner described later. It is mounted on the inner bottom surface 3b of the bathtub 3 through the legs 38 (see FIG. 4). The grounding leg 38 is provided such that the length of the leg shaft portion below the bottom surface can be adjusted by moving the leg shaft portion up and down relative to the bottom surface of the concave member 34, and the frame 4 is moved to the inner bottom surface 3b. It is used to finely adjust the length of each first pipe-like member 13 when placing it so that the frame 4 can be placed on the inner bottom surface 3b stably.

The other end of each second pipe-shaped member 12 is formed in a rattle-preventing portion 49 that is thicker pipe-shaped than the member 12 (see FIG. 5), and the inner peripheral surface of the rattle-preventing portion 49 is the first pipe-shaped. It is in contact with the outer surface of the member 13, and has the effect of suppressing and preventing rattling of the first pipe-like member 13 when the elevating part 6 moves up and down.

A seating section 40 (see FIG. 8) of a transport vehicle 39 on which a bather (not shown) is placed is placed on the lifting section 6 that moves up and down along the pair of left and right frames 4. Since the conveyance vehicle 39 is a known separation-type conveyance vehicle in which the seating portion 40 is detachably mounted on the carriage 41, detailed description thereof is omitted. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the elevating unit 6 is rotatably mounted on a roller shaft 47 provided across a pair of holding plates 16 disposed on the left and right outer surface sides of each frame 4. Mainly the front, rear, left and right peripheries of the individual rolling elements 5, the connecting frame 17 that interconnects the lower portions of the pair of holding plates 16 disposed on the left and right frames 4 side, and the holding plate 16 and the connecting frame 17. And an elevating casing 18 that surrounds the elevating casing 18, and a blindfold plate 19 that extends horizontally forward from the lower front position of the elevating casing 18.

As shown in FIG. 5, the two rolling elements 5 having the same shape are arranged in such a manner that the frame 4 is sandwiched from the front and rear directions at the vertical position of the holding plate 16. This is a rolling roller having a large-diameter roller surface portion 5a formed at both ends and a different-diameter roller surface portion formed with a small-diameter roller surface portion 5b that gradually decreases in diameter from the both ends toward the center.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 21 denotes a pair of left and right guide rails that guide and guide the seating section 40 to a predetermined position of the elevating section 6. The left and right guide rails 21 are arranged in parallel with the same interval as the joint rail 20. The upper surface of the guide rail 21 and the upper surface of the joint rail 20 are flush with each other when the elevating unit 6 is stopped at the upper limit position (for example, the position of the elevating unit 6 indicated by a solid line in FIG. 5). Is provided.

The blindfold plate 19 has a substantially inverted tray shape having an opening below, and is supported by a support member 50 provided at an appropriate position on the lower surface of the guide rail 21 and protrudes further forward than the front end of the guide rail 21 to move up and down. It has a function to relieve fear by blocking the downward view of the bather on the part 6. In addition, a large number of water passage holes 23 are formed in the surface of the blindfold plate 19 so as to reduce water resistance applied to the elevating unit 6 that moves up and down along the frame 4.

Next, the elevating / lowering means 24 that moves the elevating unit 6 up and down along the frame 4 will be described. A drive motor 7 is fixedly installed on the right side (right side in FIG. 6) on the base plate 8 of the installation portion 2, and a drive pulley 25 is connected to a driving shaft 7 a of the drive motor 7. An interlocking shaft 26 is mounted between the left and right standing members 9 in a direction parallel to the driving shaft 7 a, and is driven by forward and reverse rotation of the driving pulley 25 at one end of the interlocking shaft 26 on the same side as the connecting side of the driving pulley 25. A driven pulley 28 having the same diameter as that of the driving pulley 25 that rotates is fixed so as to be on the same plane as the driving pulley 25. In addition, belt winding pulleys 29 around which belt-like belts 27 are wound are fixed in the vicinity of both ends of the interlocking shaft 26.

The belt 27 wound around each belt winding pulley 29 is hung on a relay pulley 30 provided in the vicinity of the bent end of the bent plate 11, and then the end of the belt 27 is attached to the stopper 48 at the upper part of the holding plate 16. The elevating part 6 is supported by the belt 27 in a fishing support state. Therefore, the driven pulley 28 and the belt winding pulley 29 are rotated by driving the drive motor 7 and rotating the drive pulley 25. When the belt-like belt 27 is unwound from the belt-winding pulley 29 due to the rotation of the belt-winding pulley 29, the elevating part 6 moves downward along the frame 4, and conversely when the belt-like pulley 29 is wound up, the elevating part 6 Will move up.

As described above, each frame 4 has a configuration in which one end of the first pipe-shaped member 13 is fitted and inserted into the other end of the second pipe-shaped member 12, so that there is a step at the fitting portion of both pipe-shaped members. The bath lift apparatus 1 according to the present invention eliminates the step so that the lift 6 does not receive an impact caused by the step when the lift 6 passes through the step position. Means 31 are provided. Hereinafter, the step eliminating means 31 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a substantially hexagonal side view that extends over a predetermined range in the fitting insertion direction of both pipes with the fitting portion of the second pipe-like member 12 and the first pipe-like member 13 being substantially the center. A step difference eliminating plate 32 having a shape is attached to the left and right outer peripheral surfaces of the second pipe-shaped member 12 so as to face each other. The level difference elimination plate 32 has a line-symmetric shape with respect to a line parallel to the center line of both pipe members, and a plate front side surface 32a and a plate rear side surface 32b extending along the fitting insertion direction of both pipe members are The center surface portion is formed in a curved surface that gently swells with respect to the both end surface portions, and the center surface portion is disposed so as to be located at the fitting portion of both pipe members.

Next, when the elevating unit 6 at the upper limit position (the elevating unit 6 at the position in FIG. 4) moves downward, the rolling element 5 (lower left in FIG. 5) disposed at the front position with respect to the frame 4. Focusing on the rolling elements 5 arranged in the direction (hereinafter referred to as the forward rolling elements 5), the operation of the step eliminating means 31 will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, when the elevating part 6 starts to move downward, the small-diameter roller surface part 5 b of the front rolling element 5 rolls along the front outer surface of the second pipe-shaped member 12 (E state). When the descending movement of the elevating part 6 advances and the front rolling element 5 reaches the vicinity of the start end (upper end) of the step elimination plate 32, the small diameter roller surface part 5b is in contact with the plate front side surface 32a and the front rolling element 5 The large-diameter roller surface portion 5a comes into contact with the plate front side surface 32a (F state). When the downward movement further proceeds, the small-diameter roller surface portion 5b is separated from the front outer surface of the second pipe-shaped member 12 (G state).

When the front rolling element 5 reaches the vicinity of the end (lower end) of the step eliminating plate 32, the small diameter roller surface portion 5b is in contact with the plate front side surface 32a while the small diameter roller surface portion 5a is in contact with the first pipe member 13. Abuts against the front outer surface (H state). Thereafter, the small diameter roller surface portion 5b rolls along the front outer surface of the first pipe-shaped member 13 (I state). A line segment JJ in FIG. 7 shows a part of the movement locus of the axial center of the front rolling element 5 accompanying the up-and-down movement of the elevating unit 6. This step eliminating means 31 eliminates the step even when the elevating part 6 passes through the step position formed at the fitting portion between the second pipe-shaped member 12 and the first pipe-shaped member 13, and the impact caused by the step. Therefore, the elevating unit 6 can smoothly move up and down without being hindered from moving up and down.

Further, when the elevating part 6 is moved up and down along the outer surface of the second pipe-shaped member 12, the horizontality is maintained, but the elevating part 6 is moved from the outer surface of the second pipe-shaped member 12. When the first pipe-shaped member 13 is completely moved to the outer surface, the elevating part 6 is in a state where the whole is slightly inclined by about 3 ° from the horizontal plane in the direction in which the front side is inclined downward (in FIG. 5). For example, the state of the elevating part 6 indicated by C). Therefore, if the elevating part 6 is lowered to the lower limit position in this inclined state, a sufficient effective water depth cannot be secured for the bather. However, in the bathing lift device 1 according to the present invention, In order to prevent such inconvenience, horizontal return means 33 for returning the elevating part 6 to the horizontal state is provided in the other end (end) of the first pipe-shaped member 13 or in the vicinity thereof. .

More specifically, the horizontal return means 33 has a concave member 34 (see FIG. 2) having a substantially concave shape when viewed from the front at the other end of the first pipe-shaped member 13 so as to have a concave shape. The two free end portions 34a of the 34 are screwed to the outer surfaces of the left and right of the first pipe member 13 with bolts or the like.

Each free end portion 34a of the concave member 34 is formed in a substantially wedge shape in a side view, and the inclination angle of the front surface of the free end portion 34a with respect to the inner bottom surface 3b is set more gently than the inclination angle of the first pipe-shaped member 13 ( 4), when the elevating part 6 descends and reaches the vicinity of the lower limit position, the large-diameter roller surface part 5a of the front rolling element 5 rolls along the front surface of the free end part 34a of the concave member 34. The inclined lifting unit 6 returns to the horizontal state, and the lowering movement of the lifting unit 6 stops at the lower limit position (the state of the lifting unit 6 is indicated by D in FIG. 5).

In FIG. 2, reference numeral 35 denotes a connecting member having a concave shape when viewed from the front, and by connecting both pipe-shaped members 13 at the other end of the first pipe-shaped member 13, each of the first pipe-shaped members 13 is connected. It plays a role of suppressing unintentional inadvertent rotation and the like. The connecting member 35 is arranged in an upwardly concave manner like the concave member 34, and the connecting member 35 is attached to the concave member 34 so that the vertical position can be finely adjusted. That is, the shaft portion is inserted into the long hole 51 that is cut and extended in the vertical direction of the surface of each free end portion 35 a of the connecting member 35, and the shaft portion tip side is screwed into the surface of the free end portion 34 a of the concave member 34. Via the two screw bolts 52 to be worn, the outer surface of each free end 35a is pressed against the surface of the free end 34a inside each concave member 34 and fixed (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

Accordingly, when adjusting the expansion / contraction of the length of the first pipe-shaped member 13, the screw bolts 52 are loosened in advance, and as a result of the expansion / contraction adjustment, an unbalance occurs in the lengths of the left and right first pipe-shaped members 13. Even in such a case, the vertical position of the connecting member 35 can be finely adjusted within the range of the long hole 51, and the connection of the first pipe-like members 13 by the connecting member 35 is not hindered. .

3, 43 is provided on the upper surface of the casing 22, and an operation panel on which various switches such as an ascending switch and a descending switch of the elevating unit 6 are disposed, and 44 is a predetermined interval from the rear surface of the installation unit 2 to the rear. It is a pair of left and right transport vehicle guide rails that are provided in parallel and project.

Next, the usage method of the bath lift apparatus 1 is demonstrated. When performing the operation of installing the bathing lift device 1 in the bathtub 3, first, each member of the grounding leg 38, the connecting member 35, and the concave member 34 attached to the other end portion of the first pipe-shaped member 13 is used. Remove. The length of each first pipe-shaped member 13 is extended or shortened by appropriately rotating the first pipe-shaped member 13 in a predetermined direction while considering the depth of the bathtub 3 and the slope of the inner bottom surface 3b as necessary. Do the adjustment work. After finishing the adjustment of the lengths of both the left and right first pipe members 13, the members of the grounding leg 38, the connecting member 35, and the concave member 34, which have been removed before the operation, are attached to the first pipe members 13. Reattach to the other end and complete the installation work.

A transport vehicle 39 on which a bather (not shown) is placed is approached from the rear of the installation unit 2 (for example, in the right direction in FIG. 8), and the installation unit 2 is placed along the side of the carriage 41 along the pair of left and right transport vehicle guide rails 44. The transport vehicle 39 is inserted into the predetermined position, and the carriage 41 is connected and connected to the installation unit 2. Thereafter, an operation of separating the seating part 40 from the carriage 41 is performed, and only the seating part 40 is caused to travel on the pair of joint rails 20 and is moved onto the guide rails 21 of the elevating part 6 (see FIG. 8). When the seating portion 40 reaches a predetermined position on the guide rail 21, a locking device (not shown) is actuated, and the seating portion 40 is locked and fixed to the guide rail 21.

A lowering switch (not shown) provided on the operation panel 43 is pressed to drive the drive motor 7 of the elevating / lowering means 24, the belt 27 is fed out from the belt winding pulley 29, and the elevating part 6 is moved along the frame 4. And move it down. Even when the elevating part 6 passes through the fitting portion between the second pipe-shaped member 12 and the first pipe-shaped member 13, the step is eliminated by the action of the above-described step eliminating means 31. The elevating unit 6 is not strongly affected by the steps, and therefore, the bather on the elevating unit 6 does not feel afraid and can relax and relax in bathing.

When the elevating part 6 reaches the vicinity of the lower limit position, the inclined elevating part 6 returns to the horizontal state by the action of the horizontal return means 33 described above, and the elevating part 6 reaches the lower limit position and stops while maintaining this horizontal state. . Therefore, the effective water depth of the bather can be sufficiently secured, and the bather can bathe by bathing in the hot water up to the shoulder.

In the case of bathing, the lifting switch (not shown) is depressed, the drive motor 7 is driven, and the belt-like belt 27 is wound around the belt winding pulley 29, so that the elevating unit 6 moves up along the frame 4. . Even when the elevating part 6 moves up and down, the step eliminating means 31 acts, so that the elevating part 6 is strongly subjected to the impact caused by the step at the fitting site between the second pipe member 12 and the first pipe member 13. There is nothing. When the elevating part 6 reaches the upper limit position, the ascending movement automatically stops. After releasing the locking of the seating part 40, the seating part 40 is moved from the guide rail 21 onto the joint rail 20 and moved onto the carriage 41. Let them bathe.

Moreover, even if it is a case where the bath lift apparatus 1 is moved from the bathtub 3 to another bathtub, after removing the connection member 35, the operation of rotating the first pipe-shaped member 13 in a predetermined direction causes the entire frame 4 to move. Since the length can be shortened, the length of the frame 4 is not bulky and the transportability is excellent.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various configurations can be adopted without departing from the spirit described in the claims.

According to the present invention, the length of the frame can be easily expanded and contracted in accordance with the depth dimension of the bathtub, and the labor for moving to another bathtub with different dimensions can be reduced and workability can be improved. Therefore, industrial applicability is high.
