Abstract
【解決手段】押出機は、少なくとも一つの孔2を備えたハウジング1と、孔を閉じる前壁16とを備えて成る。前壁16において、孔2と同心の凹部21が形成される。孔2には、外側まで凹部21を貫通する円筒軸受部分17を備えて成るウォーム3が配置される。孔の方向で対向軸受20に当接するパッキング押さえ19は、凹部21と軸受部17とをシールする。軸受部分に、滑り軸受18が配置され、当該滑り軸受は、凹部に対して半径方向に支持され、且つ、片持ち梁式にウォーム3を支持する。クランプ装置26が前壁16に係合し、当該クランプ装置は、パッキング押さえ19が半径方向に変形してシールするように、パッキング押さえに対して滑り軸受を押圧する。

Claims (5)
- ‐ハウジング(1)と、
‐ハウジング(1)における少なくとも一つの孔(2)であって、軸(22)を備える孔(2)と、
‐ハウジング(1)の前壁(16)であって、少なくとも一つの孔(2)を閉じる前壁(16)と、
‐前壁(16)における凹部(21)であって、軸(22)と同心に形成される凹部(21)と、
‐孔(2)に配置され、且つ、外側まで凹部(21)貫通する円筒軸受部分(17)を備えて成るウォーム(3)と、
‐孔(2)の方向で対向軸受(20)に当接し、且つ、凹部(21)と軸受部分(17)とに対してシールするパッキング押さえ(19)と、
‐軸受部分(17)に配置され、且つ、片持ち梁式にウォーム(3)を支持するために凹部(21)に対して半径方向に支持される滑り軸受(18、18’)と、
‐前壁(16)と係合するクランプ装置(26)であって、パッキング押さえ(19)が半径方向に変形させられてシールするように、軸(22)の方向にパッキング押さえ(19)に対して滑り軸受(18、18’)を押圧するクランプ装置(26)と、
を備えて成る押出機。 - 滑り軸受(18、18’)が焼結青銅から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 支持スリーブ(25)が滑り軸受(18’)の外側及び前面側に形成され、当該支持スリーブ(25)は、耐圧縮材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の押出機。
- 滑り軸受(18、18’)の一部が、前壁(16)の外側に配置され、且つ、大気に対して開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- クランプ装置(26)は、ネジ(24)を用いて孔(2)の方に軸(22)の方向で前壁(16)に対して押圧される圧縮リング(23)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
