Description

The present invention relates to a hair catcher provided in a drain trap.

The bathroom drain trap is detachably provided with a hair catcher that collects foreign matters such as dust, mainly hair, from the drain. In addition, eddy currents generated outside the hair catcher are introduced into the hair catcher to collect foreign substances.

Patent Document 1 describes a drain outlet provided with a water direction guide portion on the outside of a deep hair catcher so as to generate a swirling water flow in a deep hair catcher installed in a funnel-type sealed water tube. (A) of FIG. 8 is a side view showing a drain outlet described in the same document in a cross-sectional view of the funnel-type sealing cylinder 902 and the water direction guide portion 903, and FIG. 8 (b) shows the water direction guide portion 913. It is a side view which shows the hair catcher 911 integrated.
The drain outlet of FIG. 6A is provided with a drainage amount adjusting component 904 attached to the sealing cylinder 902 to reduce the hole diameter of the sealing cylinder 902 so that the swirling water flow rotated clockwise by the water direction guide portion 903 is contained in the sealing cylinder 902. That is, it is generated outside the hair catcher 901. Thereby, it is supposed that a swirling water flow is generated in the hair catcher 901. In the drainage outlet, the wastewater from the washing place flows into the entire hair catcher 901, and the whole wastewater flows down little by little through the drainage amount adjusting component 904.
Moreover, the drain outlet of the same figure (b) forms the water direction guide part 913 in the outer surface of the hair catcher 911 so that it can form integrally or detachably. The drain outlet also generates a swirling water flow rotated clockwise by the water direction guide portion 913 outside the hair catcher 911 and introduces the swirling water flow into the hair catcher 911.

Patent Document 2 describes a drainage structure in which bathtub drainage is discharged from a spout provided on an elevation surface of a drainage basin. FIG.8 (c) is a perspective view which shows the drainage structure described in the literature. In this drainage structure, the hair catcher 925 is attached horizontally to the inlet 924 of the bottom surface 923 a of the drainage basin 923, and the discharge direction of the bathtub drainage from the water outlet 921 does not face the center of the inlet 924. For this reason, the bathtub drainage discharged from the water discharge port 921 draws a vortex toward the inflow port 924 and passes through the hair catcher 925.

Patent Document 3 describes a drain trap provided in a kitchen sink. FIG. 8D is a vertical sectional view showing the drain trap 930 described in the document. The drain trap 930 is disposed in the trap body 931 having the water catching portion 931a, the sealed water catching portion 931b, and the outer peripheral flow passage portion 931c, the deodorizing cylinder 932 inserted in the sealed water catching portion 931b, and the water catching portion 931a. And a lid 934 that covers the upper surface opening of the water catcher 931a. The outer peripheral flow path portion 931c, the deodorizing cylinder 932, and the lid body 934 are provided with drainage guide means for guiding drainage so that a vortex that rotates in one direction in the sealed water bottle portion 931b is generated by the water flow. The drainage flowing from the sink to the drain trap 930 is guided by the lid 934 so as to generate a vortex in the sealed water trough 931b and passes through the mesh basket 933.
JP 2007-198130 A JP 2007-46424 A JP 2007-120021 A

The drain outlet shown in FIG. 8 (a) has a limited drainage capacity because all the drainage from the washing place passes through the drainage amount adjustment component 904. For this reason, the drain outlet may not be sufficiently discharged when a large amount of drainage occurs at one time, such as when hot water overflows from the bathtub. The same applies when the hair catcher 911 shown in FIG.
Further, since the hair catchers 901 and 911 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B are provided with water direction guide portions 903 and 913 on the outer side, a sealed water tube is required to generate a spiral water flow in the sealed water tube 902. The shape of 902 must be matched to the shape of the water direction guides 903 and 913. Furthermore, since all the waste water from the washing area flows into the entire hair catchers 901 and 911, hair or the like adheres to the entire hair catcher, and it is difficult to remove the hair from the hair catcher or the hair catcher may be clogged. is there.

The drainage structure shown in FIG. 8C requires bathtub drainage in order to generate a vortex, and it is necessary to form a water discharge port 921 for discharging bathtub drainage in the drainage 923. In addition, since the hair catcher 925 is disposed horizontally and the drainage is not retained on the hair catcher 925 so that the hair catcher 925 passes through the entire hair catcher 925 quickly, the hair or the like is easily entangled with the entire hair catcher. For this reason, it may be difficult to remove hair or the like from the hair catcher, or the hair catcher may be clogged.

Since the drain trap 930 shown in FIG. 8D is provided not in the bathroom but in the kitchen, a net basket 933 is used instead of a hair catcher. In addition, since the drainage is not retained in the mesh basket 933 and quickly passes through the entire mesh basket 933, if hair or the like is shed, the hair or the like is easily entangled with the entire mesh basket. For this reason, it may be difficult to remove hair from the mesh basket, or the mesh basket may be clogged.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is not necessary to provide a special structure for a drain trap provided with a hair catcher, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hair catcher capable of easily removing collected hair and the like. And

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a hair catcher provided in a drainage trap, having a lower drainage outflow part in the lower part for discharging drainage while suppressing the outflow of hair in drainage, A concave temporary water retaining part that allows the drainage to flow out from the lower drainage outflow part while temporarily retaining water, and extends from the upper part of the temporary water retaining part, and enters the temporary water retaining part while suppressing the outflow of hair during drainage. An upper drainage outlet for draining undrained drainage, first and second standing wall portions arranged outside the upper drainage outlet across the inlet for passing drainage to the temporary water retention part, and the inlet An inclined portion that passes from the outside of the first and second standing wall portions to the position shifted in the horizontal direction from the center of gravity of the plan view of the lower drainage outflow portion projected onto a virtual horizontal plane in the temporary water retaining portion. And the A flange portion extending outward from the wall portion to receive drainage from the washing area, and having a slope that decreases toward the inflow port, and the second standing wall portion as seen from the center of gravity of the plan view of the lower drainage outflow portion Is a standing wall portion closer to the position where the inclined portion is lowered than the first standing wall portion, and is a portion along the first standing wall portion and a portion of the flange portion (first portion falling toward the inflow port). G1% of the descending slope of the first descending portion), and the descending portion of the flange portion (referred to as the second descending portion) along the second standing wall portion and descending toward the inlet The flange portion and the inclined portion are formed in a shape satisfying G2 <G1 <G3, where the gradient is G2% and the downward gradient of the inclined portion is G3%.

That is, the drainage from the washing place is guided to the inflow port by the flange portion having a gradient descending toward the inflow port, and the center of gravity of the plan view of the lower drainage outflow portion projected onto the virtual horizontal plane in the temporary water retention portion by the inclined portion. From the inflow port toward the position shifted in the horizontal direction, temporarily retained in the temporary water retention unit, and flows out from the lower drainage outflow unit while turning. At this time, the outflow of the hair in the waste water is suppressed. Moreover, the waste water which cannot enter the temporary water retention part flows out from the upper drainage outflow part extended from the upper part of the temporary water retention part. Here, the waste water that does not completely enter the temporary water retention portion does not simply overflow from the upper drainage outflow portion, but flows out from the upper drainage outflow portion while suppressing the outflow of hair.
In the waste water temporarily accumulated in the temporary water retention unit, hairs and the like float and gather, and the hairs and the like are collected by the swirling flow. Here, in the flange portion, the downward gradient G3 of the inclined portion is greater than the downward gradient G1, G2 of the downward portion along the first and second (first and second) standing wall portions. The direction of flow of the wastewater flowing along the second standing wall is adjusted while increasing the speed toward the inside of the temporary water retaining portion at the inclined portion. For this reason, a swirl flow can be effectively generated in the temporary water retention section even with a small amount of drainage. Moreover, the drainage of the second descending part in the flange part is guided from the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the swirling flow in the temporary water retaining part, but since G3>G1> G2, The direction can be changed in a direction that makes it difficult to attenuate the swirling flow. In addition, since the downward gradient G2 of the second downward portion is smaller than the downward gradient G1 of the first downward portion, even if a small amount of drainage of the second downward portion flows into the first downward portion, the flow velocity is the first. It is lower than the flow velocity of one descending part, and it is difficult to attenuate the swirling flow. Therefore, it is possible to obtain performance that can easily remove the collected hair, that is, good hair removability.
Furthermore, the above-described good hair removability can be obtained only by the structure of the hair catcher alone.

In the invention according to each claim, the hair catcher includes one that collects foreign matters other than hair. In addition to the hair catcher used for the bathroom drain trap, the hair catcher includes a hair catcher used for a bathroom trap drainage trap, a hair catcher used for a barber shop or beauty salon drain trap, and the like. .
The drainage is water containing hair. Therefore, a lower drainage outflow part and an upper drainage outflow part mean a part from which water containing hair flows out.
The lower drainage outflow portion and the upper drainage outflow portion that suppress the outflow of hair during drainage do not have to stop all the hair. That is, deterrence is not limited to stopping everything.
The temporary retention of the drainage by the temporary water retention unit means that the drainage is temporarily accumulated while drainage flows out in the temporary retention unit. Therefore, the residence time of the wastewater in the temporary water retention unit is a finite time. The state of the drainage that exists in the temporary water retention unit while the hair is floating therein is included in the state in which the water is temporarily retained in the temporary water retention unit.
The concave temporary water retaining portion may have any shape that receives drainage and temporarily retains water, and the shape of the temporary water retaining portion includes a bowl shape, a hemispherical shape, an upside down conical shape, an upside down pyramid shape, and the like. Shape is included. Moreover, the concave temporary water retention part is also included in the shape of the temporary water retention part in which the bottom part of these shapes protrudes or bulges upward.

The swirling flow refers to a flow in which the drainage existing in the temporary water retention unit rotates, and there is no limitation on the number of rotations until the drainage that has flowed into the temporary water retention unit flows out from the lower drainage outflow unit. Further, the direction of the virtual rotation axis of the swirl flow may be the vertical direction, or may be a direction obliquely deviated from the vertical direction.
The descending slopes G1%, G2% and G3% of the first and second descending parts and inclined parts are expressed as a percentage (%) of the distance Dv (mm) descending in the vertical direction with respect to the horizontal distance Dh (mm). Shall be. Since Dh> 0 and Dv ≧ 0, G1 ≧ 0, G2 ≧ 0, and G3 ≧ 0.

The upper surface of the flange portion of the portion along the second standing wall portion where drainage flows to the inflow port is a portion along the first standing wall portion and drainage flows to the inflow port. You may make it higher than the upper surface of the said flange part of the flow part. Since the drainage flowing from the second descending part guided from the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the swirling flow in the temporary water retention part is higher than the drainage flowing from the first descending part to the inlet, The drainage from the first and second descending parts that flow does not merge at the same height. Thereby, the flow of the drainage guided to the direction according to the swirling flow in the temporary water retaining portion on the first descending portion is not easily affected by the drainage flow guided on the second descending portion. Therefore, it is possible to generate a swirl flow more effectively in the temporary water retention unit.
The invention of the drain trap having the hair catcher and the invention of the bathroom having the hair catcher also have the above-described actions and effects.

According to the invention which concerns on Claim 1, it is not necessary to provide a special structure in the drain trap which provides a hair catcher, and the hair catcher which can obtain favorable hair removability can be provided.
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 2, hair etc. are gathered still more favorably in a temporary water retention part, and it becomes possible to obtain further favorable hair removability.

In the bathroom, a washing place W1 provided with a shower, a hot water tap, etc. (not shown) is provided outside the bathtub B1, and a part of the floor material 110 of the washing place W1 is recessed to form a drainage tub 112. This drainage basin 112 has a flange 113 extending inward in a substantially horizontal direction toward the lower opening, and the cover 120 can be attached to and detached from the upper opening. The drainage trap 1 is attached to the drainage basin 112 and allows the drainage that has flowed into the drainage basin 112 from the gap CL1 between the cover 120 and the flooring 110 to pass therethrough. The drain trap 1 includes a cover 120, a trap body 130, a tightening flange 140, a water seal 150, and a hair catcher 10.
At the four corners of the drainage basin 112, as shown in FIG. 2, washing place side steps 114 a and 114 a and bathtub side steps 114 b and 114 b for mounting the hair catcher 10 and the cover 120 are formed. On the bathtub-side edge 120a of the cover 120, a handle portion 122 that is recessed toward the washing area is formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the trap body 130 has an upper opening, a connection port 131 that protrudes horizontally in the lower part of the side wall 130 a on the bathtub side, and a horizontal direction on the side wall 130 b that faces the connection port 131. A protruding discharge port 132 is formed. The connection port 131 is connected to the waterproof pan of the bathtub through a connection pipe. In the trap body 130, a sealing surface S is formed at the upper edge of the side walls 130 a and 130 b, and the lower part of the sealing cylinder 150 is inserted below the sealing surface S. Further, a flange portion 133 extending radially inward is formed on the upper edge portion of the trap body 130, and a screw portion 133 a is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the flange portion 133.

The tightening flange 140 includes a cylindrical portion 141 having a threaded portion 141a screwed to the threaded portion 133a of the trap body on the outer peripheral surface, an upper flange portion 142 extending radially outward at an upper edge portion of the cylindrical portion 141, It is formed in a substantially annular shape including a lower flange portion 143 extending radially inward at the lower edge portion of the cylindrical portion 141. On the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 141, two upper and lower projections 141b are formed at four positions at intervals of 90 °. When the packing 144 is attached to the front end of the flange portion 113 of the floor material, and the fastening flange 140 is screwed into the flange portion 133 so that the packing 144 is sandwiched between the flange portion 133 of the trap body, the flange portion 113 of the floor material and the trap The main body 130 can be fixed to each other.

The sealing cylinder 150 is formed in a shape having a cylindrical main body portion 151 and a flange portion 152 extending radially outward from the upper edge portion of the main body portion 151. In the outer edge portion of the flange portion 152, notches are formed at four locations at intervals of 90 °. Align each notch with the protrusion 141b of the tightening flange, insert the main body 151 of the sealing tube into the opening of the tightening flange 140, and rotate the flange portion 152 of the sealing tube in contact with the lower flange portion 143 of the tightening flange. As a result, the sealing tube 150 is fixed at a predetermined position in the trap body 130. Here, a gap is provided between the lower end of the sealing cylinder 150 and the bottom surface of the trap body 130.

The hair catcher 10 includes a temporary water retention unit 20, an upper drainage outflow unit 30, a standing wall unit 50, an inclined unit 60, and a flange unit 70 shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, and collects dust such as hair from the drainage. In the hair catcher 10, the standing wall portion 50, the inclined portion 60, and the flange portion 70 serve as a drainage introduction portion 40 that guides drainage from the washing place W <b> 1 to the temporary water retention portion 20. The drainage introduction unit 40 guides the drainage from the washing place W1 to the temporary water retention unit 20 instead of the upper drainage outflow unit 30.

The temporary water retaining portion 20 is formed in a concave shape that is open at the top and recessed downward. The temporary water retaining portion 20 of the present embodiment has a shape in which the apex and ridgeline of the inverted quadrangular pyramid are rounded in order to increase the volume as much as possible in the drainage basin 112 having stepped portions 114 at the four corners. A plurality of drain holes 23 are formed in the lower portion of the temporary water retaining portion 20 near the apex of the quadrangular pyramid to allow the drainage to flow out substantially downward while preventing the outflow of hair or the like in the drainage. The lower part of the temporary water retaining part 20 provided with these drain holes 23 is a lower drainage outflow part 22 according to the present invention. Since the lower drainage outflow portion 22 for draining the drainage is present in the lower portion of the concave temporary water retaining portion 20, eddy current is easily generated in the wastewater temporarily retained in the temporary water retaining portion 20.
On the other hand, the periphery of the lower drainage outflow portion 22 in the temporary water retention portion 20 is a wall portion 21 without a drain hole, and rises obliquely toward the outside. Therefore, the temporary water retention unit 20 causes the drainage to flow out from the lower drainage outflow unit 22 while temporarily retaining the inflowing wastewater.

The maximum drainage outflow rate Qd (liter / min) of the lower drainage outflow unit 22 is preferably a rate at which the drainage from the washing place W1 temporarily accumulates in the temporary water holding unit 20 to such an extent that the hair in the drainage floats. Here, the maximum drainage outflow rate Qd is the outflow rate of drainage flowing out from the lower drainage outflow unit 22 when the drainage is continuously introduced so that the drainage is accumulated in the temporary water retaining unit 20 up to the upper edge portion 21a. And In addition, if Qd is made smaller than the average water discharge flow rate Qs (liters / minute) of the shower used in the washroom, the wastewater from the washroom is temporarily stored in the temporary water retention unit 20 when the shower is used at the average water discharge flow rate. This is preferable. On the other hand, if Qd is set so that the residence time T of the drainage water temporarily retained in the temporary water retention unit 20 is about several seconds to several tens of seconds (for example, 5 to 15 seconds), the temporary water retention unit 20 promptly uses the washing area. This is preferable because drainage can be removed to remove hair and the like.
In order to increase the drainage outflow rate Qd, the total opening area of the drain holes 23 (individual water areas) can be increased by increasing the opening area of the drain holes 23 or increasing the number of drain holes 23. What is necessary is just to enlarge the area which totaled the opening area of a hole. Of course, in order to reduce Qd, the total opening area of the drain holes 23 may be reduced. In this way, the lower drainage outflow portion 22 can be set to a desired drainage outflow rate.

The upper drainage outflow portion 30 extends from the upper portion (upper edge portion 21a) of the temporary water retention portion 20 so as to rise obliquely outward. The upper drainage outlet 30 is formed with a plurality of holes 32 through which drainage flows out while suppressing the outflow of hair during drainage. Since the upper drainage outflow portion 30 allows the drainage that does not enter the temporary water retaining portion 20 to flow out, the maximum drainage outflow rate Qu (liters / minute) of the upper drainage outflow portion 30 is the maximum drainage outflow rate Qd ( L / min). Here, the maximum drainage outflow rate Qu is the drainage that flows out from the upper drainage outflow part 30 when the drainage is continuously introduced so that the drainage is accumulated to the lowest position of the outer edge part 30a of the upper drainage outflow part 30. The outflow rate of Of course, to increase Qu, the total opening area of the hole 32 may be increased, and to decrease Qu, the total opening area of the hole 32 may be decreased. In this way, the upper drainage outflow portion 30 can have a desired drainage outflow rate.
The upper drainage outflow part 30 of the present embodiment extends outward with a gentler slope than the upper part of the temporary water retention part 20 in order to increase the volume of the drainage basin 112 as much as possible.

The drainage introduction unit 40 directly and temporarily removes the drainage from the washing place W1 by the standing wall unit 50, the inclined unit 60, and the flange unit 70 so that a swirling flow that rotates counterclockwise (one direction) is generated in the temporary water retention unit 20. Introduce into the water retention unit 20. Note that the swirling flow in one direction in the temporary water retention unit means that the swirl flow in the temporary water retention unit is only counterclockwise, the swirl flow in the temporary water retention unit is only clockwise, etc. It shall mean that the direction of rotation of the flow is one.
The standing wall portion 50 includes a first standing wall portion 52 and a second standing wall portion 54 arranged outside the upper drainage outflow portion 30 with an inflow port 56 through which drainage is passed to the temporary water retention portion. The standing wall portions 52 and 54 of the present embodiment are provided with the inflow port 56 by separating the washing place W1 side and also by separating the bathtub B1 side. Since much of the waste water from the washing place W1 flows into the drainage basin 112 from the washing place W1 side, the inlet 56 on the hair catcher 10 is provided at a position where much of the waste water from the washing place W1 flows. The compatible wall portions 52 and 54 extend upward from the outer edge portion 30 a of the upper drainage outflow portion 30 so as to surround the upper drainage outflow portion 30. By having the standing wall portion 50, the waste water from the washing station W1 side including hair and the like does not directly enter the upper drainage outflow portion 30, and clogging of the upper drainage outflow portion 30 due to hair or the like can be suppressed. it can.

The inclined portion 60 projects from the outside of the standing wall portions 52 and 54 through the inflow port 56 in a direction along the inner peripheral surface of the temporary water retaining portion wall portion 21, that is, in the temporary water retaining portion 20, onto the virtual horizontal plane HP1. The lower drainage outflow portion 22 is lowered from the center of gravity CE1 of the plan view toward the position P1 shifted in the horizontal direction.
Here, the plan view of the hair catcher 10 projected onto the virtual horizontal plane HP1 corresponds to the plan view of FIG. 4, and the plan view of the lower drainage outflow portion 22 (including the portion corresponding to the drain hole 23) is shown in FIG. This corresponds to a figure surrounded by a two-dot chain line represented by. This plane figure includes a portion corresponding to the drain hole 23. The center of gravity CE1 of the plane figure of the lower drainage outflow portion 22 can be obtained by geometry or simulation, and a plate having a uniform weight per unit area is cut out to the shape of the lower drainage outflow portion 22 without the drain hole 23 and balanced. It can also be determined by performing a test to find the point, that is, the center of mass.
The direction from the center of gravity CE1 of the plan view of the lower drainage outflow portion projected onto the virtual horizontal plane to the position P1 shifted in the horizontal direction is the hair catcher 10 as in the drainage flow direction D13 of the inclined portion 60 shown in FIG. When viewed from above, it means to go in a direction not passing through the center of gravity CE1.
Further, the direction of the drainage flow direction D13 is the direction most inclined in the inclined portion 60, and this direction is the direction in which the inclined portion 60 is lowered. The direction in which the inclined portion 60 of the present embodiment is lowered is the right side from the center of gravity CE1 when viewed in the direction in which the drainage flows. That is, when viewed from the center of gravity CE1, the second standing wall portion 54 is a standing wall portion closer to the position P1 where the inclined portion is lowered than the first standing wall portion 52.

FIG. 5C shows a vertical cross section of the hair catcher 10 broken in the most inclined direction of the inclined portion 60. As shown in FIG. 3C, the inclined portion 60 has a gradient (downward gradient G3%) that rapidly decreases toward the temporary water retention portion 20.

The flange portion 70 extends outward from the outer edge portion 30 a of the upper drainage outflow portion, that is, outward from the standing wall portion 50, and receives drainage from the washing place W <b> 1 outside the standing wall portion 50. Further, the flange portion 70 has a slope that decreases toward the inflow port 56, and guides drainage to the inclined portion 60. The flange portion 70 of the present embodiment includes a first region 72 that is mainly outside the first standing wall portion 52, a second region 74 that is mainly outside the second standing wall portion 54, and these regions. 72 and 74, and can be divided into corners 76 and 77 that are placed on the washing-stage side steps 114a and 114a. The first region 72 and the second region 74 are separated from the bathtub side, and are both connected to the inflow port 56.

The first region 72 is gradually lowered clockwise, and guides the drainage in the rotational direction substantially the same as the rotational direction D1 of the swirling flow in the temporary water retention unit 20. FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view of a first region 72 of a portion (first descending portion 72 a) that is a portion along the first standing wall portion 52 and descends toward the inflow port 56. In FIG. 9A, the downward gradient of the first downward portion 72a is indicated by G1%.
The second region 74 is gradually lowered toward the washing area, and guides the drainage from the bathtub side to the inflow port 56. FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view of the second region 74 of the portion (second descending portion 74 a) that is a portion along the second standing wall portion 54 and descends toward the inflow port 56. In FIG. 5B, the downward gradient of the second downward portion 74a is represented by G2%.

なお、下り勾配G1%,G2%,G3%は、水平方向の距離Dh1(mm),Dh2(mm),Dh3(mm)に対する鉛直方向に下がる距離をDv1(mm),Dv2(mm),Dv3(mm)として、
G1 = (Dv1/Dh1)×100 (%)
G2 = (Dv2/Dh2)×100 (%)
G3 = (Dv3/Dh3)×100 (%)
Incidentally, downward slope G1%, G2%, the G3%, the horizontal distance Dh 1 (mm), Dh 2 (mm), Dh 3 a distance down in the vertical direction with respect to (mm) Dv 1 (mm) , Dv 2 (Mm), Dv 3 (mm),
G1 = (Dv 1 / Dh 1 ) × 100 (%)
G2 = (Dv 2 / Dh 2 ) × 100 (%)
G3 = (Dv 3 / Dh 3 ) x 100 (%)
It shall be represented by Here, Dh 1 , Dh 2 , Dh 3 , Dv 1 , Dv 2 , and Dv 3 representing the downward gradient are positive numbers. The flange portion 70 and the inclined portion 60 are formed in a shape that satisfies G2 <G1 <G3.
The drainage on the second region 74 is guided from the direction opposite to the rotational direction D1 of the swirling flow in the temporary water retaining unit 20, but since G3>G1> G2, the inclined portion having the largest downward gradient G3. At 60, the direction is changed in a direction in which the swirl flow is difficult to attenuate.

Further, the upper surface 74b of the flange portion of the second descending portion 74a where the drainage flows to the inlet 56 is the upper surface 72b of the flange portion of the first descending portion 72a where the drainage flows to the inlet 56. Is higher than. Accordingly, the drainage flowing from both descending portions 72a and 74a to the inflow port merges at different heights.

The corner portions 76 and 77 also have a function of guiding the drainage flowing on the first region 72 clockwise or guiding the drainage flowing on the second region 74 to the inlet 56.

The hair catcher 10 has a region where the standing wall portion 50 is not provided on the bathtub side in order to make it easier to place the hand on the handle portion 122 when removing the cover 120, and the bathtub side edge portion of the upper drainage outflow portion 30. 30b is made into the shape connected to the bathtub side edge part of hair catcher itself. Here, most of the drainage from the washing station W1 flows into the drainage basin 112 from the washing station W1 side, so that the hair catcher 10 is compared with the drainage that flows into the temporary water retaining unit 20 from the flange portion 70 via the inclined portion 60. There is little drainage flowing directly into the upper drainage outlet 30 from the bathtub side edge.
By the standing wall portion 50 and the flange portion 70 described above, the waste water from the washing place W1 is mainly guided to the inflow port 56. Since the flange portion 70 has a gradient descending toward the inflow port 56, the flow rate of the drainage to be guided is increased and the drainage is guided to the inclined portion 60. The inclined portion 60 temporarily holds water toward a position shifted in the horizontal direction from the center of gravity CE1 of the lower drainage outflow portion projected onto the virtual horizontal plane (hereinafter referred to as the center of gravity CE1 of the lower drainage outflow portion). Guide to section 20.

The hair catcher 10 can be made of various materials such as a resin material such as a thermoplastic resin, a metal material such as stainless steel, and a combination thereof, and a resin material or a molded product of the metal material can be used.
The drainage trap 1 provided with the hair catcher 10 has, for example, a packing 144 attached to the front end of the flooring flange 113, and a tightening flange 140 screwed into the flange 133 of the trap body to trap the flooring flange 113 and the trap. Formed by fixing the main body 130 to each other, attaching the sealing tube 150 to the fastening flange 140, placing the hair catcher 10 on the drainage drainage step 114, and placing the cover 120 on the corner of the hair catcher 10 Is done.

(2) Action and effect of hair catcher:
Next, the operation and effect of the hair catcher 10 will be described.
The wastewater generated at the washing place W1 flows into the drainage basin 112 from the periphery of the cover 120 and flows down mainly onto the hair catcher flange portion 70. Here, the drainage flowing down to the corner 76 on the left side of FIG. 4 flows to the first region 72, and the drainage flowing down to the corner 77 on the right side of FIG. 4 promptly enters the inlet 56 from the descending portions 72a and 74a. To flow. The drainage on the first region 72 is guided counterclockwise along the first standing wall portion 52 and then flows to the inflow port 56. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), since the first descending portion 72a has a gradient descending toward the inflow port 56, the waste water from the washing area flows to the inclined portion 60 while increasing the flow velocity. The drainage on the second region 74 flows to the inclined portion 60 after being guided along the second standing wall portion 54 toward the washing place W1.

Here, as shown in FIG. 5, the downward gradient G3 of the inclined portion 60 is larger than the downward gradients G1 and G2 of the downward portions 72a and 74a along the first and second standing wall portions in the flange portion. The drainage that has flowed in the flow directions D11 and D12 on the descending portions 72a and 74a along the first and second standing wall portions 52 and 54 is adjusted in the flow direction toward the inside of the temporary water retaining portion 20 by the inclined portion 60. While increasing the speed.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the downward gradient G1 of the first region 72 is larger than the downward gradient G2 of the second region 74 in the portions 72a and 74a that descend toward the inflow port 56. Furthermore, since the downward gradient G3 of the inclined portion 60 is larger than the downward gradient G1 of the first region 72, the drainage on the second region 74 is guided from the direction opposite to the rotational direction D1 of the swirling flow in the temporary water retaining portion. However, the direction can be changed in a direction in which the swirl flow is not easily attenuated by the inclined portion 60 having the largest downward gradient. Further, since the downward gradient G2 of the second downward portion 74a is smaller than the downward gradient G1 of the first downward portion 72a, even if a small amount of drainage of the second downward portion 74a flows into the first downward portion 72a. The flow velocity is lower than the flow velocity of the first descending portion 72a and it is difficult to attenuate the swirling flow.
Further, since the drainage from the first and second descending portions 72a and 74a flowing to the inflow port 56 does not merge at the same height, the direction according to the swirl flow in the temporary water retaining portion 20 on the first descending portion 72a. The flow of drainage guided to is less affected by the flow of drainage guided on the second descending portion 74a.
As described above, the swirl flow can be effectively generated even with a small amount of drainage.

The drainage whose flow direction is adjusted by flowing down the inclined part 60 flows into the concave temporary water retention part 20 toward the position shifted from the center of gravity CE1 of the lower drainage outflow part 22 in the horizontal direction. It turns counterclockwise while temporarily retaining water and flows downward from the lower drainage outlet 22. Since the drainage flows in the direction along the inner peripheral surface of the temporary water retention wall 21, the swirling flow becomes a vortex that is centered on the virtual rotation axis AX <b> 1 that passes through the lower drainage outlet 22 and is directed vertically. Here, the waste water whose flow velocity is increased by the first descending portion 72a of the flange portion is introduced from the inflow port 56 to the temporary water retaining portion 20, so that the flow of the waste water in the temporary water retaining portion 20 becomes constant. Accordingly, in the swirl of the drainage temporarily accumulated in the temporary water retention unit 20, the foreign matter such as the hair H1 swirls and gathers effectively while floating as shown in FIG. The outflow of hair H1 and the like from 22 is suppressed. Of course, even if the hair H1 or the like tries to flow out from the lower drainage outflow portion 22, the hair H1 or the like is prevented from flowing out by being caught by the lower drainage outflow portion 22 in which the plurality of drain holes 23 are formed.

Further, when waste water exceeding the drainage outflow rate of the lower drainage outflow portion 22 flows into the temporary water retention portion 20, the wastewater does not enter the temporary water retention portion 20, exceeds the upper edge portion 21 a, and flows out from the upper drainage outflow portion 30. FIG. 6B shows that the drainage has risen to the position L1 beyond the upper edge portion 21a. At this time, the wastewater that has flowed out from the lower drainage outflow portion 22 falls in the flow direction D14 to the sealing surface S, and the drainage that has flowed out from the upper drainage outflow portion 30 falls in the flow direction D15 to the sealing surface S. Here, since the hair and the like in the drainage water in the temporary water retention unit 20 gather and float and swirl, there are few hairs and the like trying to flow out from the hole 32 of the upper drainage outflow part. Moreover, even if the hair H1 or the like is about to flow out from the upper drainage outflow portion 30, the outflow of the hair H1 or the like is suppressed by being caught by the upper drainage outflow portion 30 in which the plurality of holes 32 are formed. Therefore, the upper drainage outflow portion 30 is different from an opening through which hair or the like flows out, such as an overflow opening provided in a conventional hair catcher.

When the drainage does not flow into the temporary water retention unit 20, the drainage collected by the floating hair H1 and the like flows out from the lower drainage outflow unit 22 and temporarily stays in the state where the hair H1 and the like are gathered as shown in FIG. 6 (c). It remains in the water retention unit 20. When discarding the collected hair or the like, the hair catcher 10 may be removed and turned over after removing the cover 120 from the drain 112. Since the hair or the like is present in the temporary water retention unit 20 in a state of being gathered, the hair or the like easily drops from the temporary water retention unit 20 turned upside down.
If the drainage is allowed to pass through the hair catcher quickly as in the conventional example shown in FIG. 8 (c), it will be difficult for the hair etc. to get entangled with the hair catcher. Since the wastewater gradually passes through the lower drainage outflow portion 22, good hair removability can be obtained and cleaning is easy.

Also, as in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 8 (a) to 8 (c), when all the waste water from the washing place passes through the entire hair catcher at once, the hair etc. adheres to the entire hair catcher and is easily clogged. Since the hair catcher 10 does not directly flow into the upper drainage outflow portion 30, the hair catcher 10 can obtain a stable drainage capacity by preventing the upper drainage outflow portion 30 from being blocked.
Furthermore, in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 8A to 8C, it is necessary to generate a vortex by making a sealed tube, a drainage tub, etc. a special structure. Hair removability and stable drainage ability can be obtained only by the structure of the hair catcher alone. In particular, in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), the drainage capacity is limited by all drainage from the washing place passing through the drainage amount adjusting component 904. According to the hair catcher 10, however, Since there is no need to limit the capacity, a stable drainage capacity can be obtained. In addition, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 8C, bathtub drainage is necessary to generate eddy currents, but this hair catcher 10 is good only by draining from a washroom such as a washroom shower without using bathtub drainage. Hair removability can be obtained.
Therefore, according to the present hair catcher 10, it is not necessary to provide a special structure in the drain trap provided with the hair catcher, and it is possible to obtain good hair removal property, good cleaning property and stable drainage capability. Of course, these performances can be obtained by replacing only the hair catcher from the existing drain trap. Accordingly, the drain trap can be made inexpensive.

In addition, when there is little waste water flowing in from the washing place, a swirl flow may not be generated in the temporary water retention unit 20, but even in this case, hair etc. floats in the waste water temporarily accumulated in the temporary water retention unit 20. Collecting, the outflow of hair and the like from the lower drainage outflow portion 22 is suppressed. Of course, even when the inflowing wastewater is so small that it is not temporarily retained in the temporary water retaining portion 20, the lower drainage outflow portion 22 having a plurality of drain holes 23 prevents outflow of hair and the like. Since the waste water gradually flows out from the outflow portion 22, a reduction in hair removability due to entanglement of hair or the like is suppressed.

(3) Modification:
Various modifications can be considered for the hair catcher of the present invention.
All the parts constituting the hair catcher may be integrated, or may be constituted by independent members.
The direction of the hair catcher with respect to the washing area and the bathtub is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be changed to all 360 degrees around a virtual rotation axis AX1 that is vertically oriented, for example. Therefore, the inflow port through which the wastewater from the washing place is passed to the temporary water holding part may be arranged on the bathtub side in addition to being arranged on the washing area side as in the above-described embodiment, or between the washing area side and the bathtub side. It may be arranged at an intermediate position or the like.
In addition to the gap provided in the standing wall, the inflow port through which the wastewater from the washing place is passed to the temporary water holding unit may be an opening provided in these parts.
The temporary water retaining portion may be formed in a hemispherical shape or a concave shape in which the top of an inverted cone is rounded. Then, it is thought that drainage becomes a swirl flow easily in the temporary water retention part, and it is considered that hair and the like can be more easily discarded.
The lower drainage outflow part and the upper drainage outflow part can be formed by a net formed by knitting fibers or wires, etc., or can be formed by a plurality of slits, in addition to being formed by a plurality of holes. is there.
In addition to the shape extending in the vertical direction, the standing wall portion disposed outside the upper drainage outflow portion may have a shape extending in a direction shifted from the vertical direction.

The standing wall portion may be composed of first and second standing wall portions connected on the bathtub side in addition to the first and second standing wall portions divided as in the above-described embodiment. . In addition to the first and second standing wall portions, the standing wall portion may include a third standing wall portion that does not sandwich the inflow port.

The swirl flow generated in the temporary water retention unit by the drainage introduction unit may be clockwise as opposed to the above-described embodiment. Further, the direction of the rotational axis AX1 of the swirling flow may be a direction obliquely shifted from the vertical direction or a horizontal direction.
In the case where the temporary water retention part is in the shape of a pyramid that is upside down or rounded at the apex and ridge line of the upside down pyramid, the drainage introduction part is along the side of the horizontal section of the wall part of the temporary water retention part You may guide the drainage from the washroom in the direction.

Moreover, the convex part 224 which protruded upwards may be provided in the bottom of the temporary water retention part 220 like the hair catcher 210 shown in FIG. The temporary water retaining part 220 is provided with a lower drainage outflow part 222 having a plurality of drain holes 223 around the convex part 224. Even in this modified example, the hair etc. floats and collects in the drainage water temporarily stored in the temporary water retention part, and remains in the temporary water retention part in a state where the hair etc. is gathered, and has good hair removability and stable drainage. The effect of acquiring ability is obtained.
Furthermore, the convex part provided at the bottom of the temporary water retaining part may be a part that bulges upward.
