Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の繊維補強複合材料1の成形方法は、成形型10内に長繊維からなる補強繊維2aを配向した補強基材2と不織布3を積層してなる積層体4を配置した後、成形型10内に熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂を注入する。不織布3は、熱可塑性樹脂製の長繊維3aを配向した不織布から構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 成形型内に長繊維からなる補強繊維を配向した補強基材と不織布を積層してなる積層体を配置した後、前記成形型内に熱硬化性または常温硬化系のマトリックス樹脂を注入して繊維補強複合材料を成形する方法であって、前記不織布が熱可塑性樹脂製の長繊維を配向した不織布からなる繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記不織布の目付が3〜30g/m2である請求項1に記載の繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記不織布がロールに巻き取られた長尺の不織布をロールから引き出して切断することにより形成される請求項1または2に記載の繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記不織布は引き出し方向に対して5度以下で延在する長繊維の比率が40〜100%である請求項3に記載の繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記不織布の長繊維を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の主成分がポリエステルである請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 前記補強繊維が繊維補強複合材料の全体積の40〜65体積%である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維補強複合材料の成形方法。
- 長繊維からなる補強繊維を配向した補強基材と不織布を積層してなる積層体を熱硬化性または常温硬化系のマトリックス樹脂中に埋設した繊維補強複合材であって、前記不織布が熱可塑性樹脂製の長繊維を配向した不織布からなる繊維補強複合材料。
- 前記不織布の目付が3〜30g/m2である請求項7に記載の繊維補強複合材料。
- 前記不織布の長繊維を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の主成分がポリエステルである請求項7または8に記載の繊維補強複合材料。
- 前記補強繊維が繊維補強複合材料の全体積の40〜65体積%である請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維補強複合材料。
