Abstract

Claims (8)
- 画素のマトリクスに基づいた表示装置であって、
各画素が、前記画素内で少なくとも1つの編成方向に事前設定ピッチで編成された複数のサブ画素を含み、
各サブ画素が、同じピッチ(PF)で、少なくとも1つの光電子放出要素に面して配置された色フィルタを含み、不透明区域が前記色フィルタを分離し、
前記光電子放出要素の電源の制御回路を含み、
各サブ画素が少なくとも2つの光電子放出要素を含み、
前記光電子放出要素が前記画素の前記編成方向のそれぞれにおいて前記色フィルタのピッチ(PF、PFX、PFY)の2分の1である繰り返しピッチ(PE、PEX、PEY)を有し、
各色フィルタのサイズが前記方向において前記光電子放出要素の寸法以下であり、
前記制御回路が、前記画素の各色フィルタに面して配置された前記光電子放出要素の選択手段を含む
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記画素において、前記色フィルタが1次元編成を有し、各サブ画素が2つの光電子放出要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記画素において、前記色フィルタが2次元編成を有し、各サブ画素が4つの光電子放出要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光電子放出要素を選択するための手段が、前記サブ画素が前記光電子放出要素を含むのと同数の選択コマンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記選択コマンドが、前記表示装置の複数の行および/または複数の列に関連することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記選択コマンドが、前記表示装置の前記行の全ておよび/または前記列の全てに関連することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 別個の選択コマンドが、各行および/または列に関連することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置を生産する方法であって、
光電子放出要素の上方に色フィルタのマトリクスを配置するステップと、
選択コマンド(CS)を連続的に供給するステップと、
前記選択コマンド(CS)のそれぞれに対して位置合わせ不良を決定するステップと、
位置合わせ不良なしに対応する前記選択コマンド(CS)を選択するステップと
を順次含むことを特徴とする方法。
