【解決手段】羽根板を開いたり閉じたりできるのを特微とする

(2)ベルトやチェーンやキャタピラー状のものに開閉羽根板をとりつけ長くする
(3)家庭用や小規模用としてはギアを使って発電機の回転をあげ直流発電し12ボルトか24ボルトの自動車用バッテリーに充電させ同じく自動車用として普及しているインバーターで交流100ボルトにすれば用途が広がる
(4)風のよく通る提防や海岸鉄道沿線などやビルの谷間のビル風などの利用も考えられる
(5)高速道路などではヒーターを埋設しておけば冬には融雪手段になる
(6)離島や半島などでは海流の強い場所や波を使っての発電がみこめる

- 軸に蝶つがいなどの止め具で羽根板をとりつけ杭力で羽根板が張り回転し反対側で風が当ったときにはたたまれる構造の風車又は水車
- チェーンやベルトやキャタピラーのような形状のものに蝶つがいなどの止め具で羽根板をとりつけ長い形状の水車又は風車
