車体に形成された開口に一端部が係止される第1の部材と、前記第1の部材の他端側に設けられた、車体に係止されるフック部と、前記第1の部材に設けられた第1のバネ係止部と、前記第1の部材に対して回動可能に一端部が取り付けられた第2の部材と、前記第2の部材に設けられた第2のバネ係止部と、前記第1のバネ係止部と第2のバネ係止部に係止されたスプリングバネと、前記第2の部材に対して回動可能に一端部が取り付けられた第3の部材と、前記第3の部材の他端側に設けられた、ドアに係止されるフック部とを備え、
