前記固定アームは、前記ガイド筒上に突出する軸部の上端側から外方に延びる架設部と、該架設部の先端側から略鉛直下方に延びる係止部とを有し、
前記ガイド溝は、前記ガイド筒の側部を上下に延びて前記ガイドピンを上下動させるべく案内する上下動ガイド部と、該上下動ガイド部の上端側からこれと直交するように延びて前記ガイドピンを前記軸部中心に回動させるべく案内する回動ガイド部とを有し、
