Claims (20)
- 流出物ガスストリームを形成させるように、ガスを加熱する、かつ/または加速するステップと、
混合ストリームを形成するように、粒子状物質運搬キャリアストリームを軸方向注入ポートを介して前記流出物ガスストリーム内に供給するステップであって、前記軸方向注入ポートが前記軸方向注入ポートの遠位端に配置される複数のシェブロンを備えるステップと、
被覆を形成するように、前記混合されたストリームを基板上に衝突させるステップとを含む、溶射プロセスを実施する方法。 - 前記複数のシェブロンが、前記流出物ガスストリームと前記粒子状物質運搬ストリームの混合を促進させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 真空で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周囲条件で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 制御される雰囲気条件で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質運搬キャリアストリームがガスである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質運搬キャリアストリームが液体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子状物質運搬キャリアストリームがガスアトマイズされた液体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが、前記注入ポートの遠位端より大きな直径まで外向きに傾いている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが、0と約20度の間で外向きに傾いている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが、前記注入ポートの遠位端より小さな直径まで内向きに傾いている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが、0と約20度の間で内向きに傾いている、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが異なるサイズである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シェブロンが前記遠位端の円周周りに半径方向に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流出物ガスストリームを加熱する、かつ/または加速するための手段と、
粒子状物質運搬ストリームを前記流出物ガスストリーム内に軸方向に供給するように構成される軸方向注入ポートであって、前記軸方向注入ポートの遠位端に配置される複数のシェブロンを備える軸方向注入ポートと、
前記加速手段および前記注入ポートと流体接続するノズルとを備える、溶射装置。 - 前記シェブロンが、前記軸方向注入ポートの前記遠位端を画成する平面に対して内向きまたは外向きに90度までの角度で位置決めされる、請求項15に記載の溶射装置。
- 流出物ガスストリームを生じさせるように構成される、流出物ガス加熱および/または加速構成部品と、
流体ストリームを前記流出物ガスストリーム内に軸方向に供給するように構成される、複数のシェブロンを備える軸方向注入ポートと、
前記流出物ガス加速構成部品および前記注入ポートと流体接続するノズルとを備える、溶射装置。 - 入口および出口を有する円筒状チューブを備え、前記入口が前記円筒状チューブを介して流体の流れを受け取るように構成され、前記出口が前記出口の円周周りに半径方向に配置される複数のシェブロンを備える、溶射ガン用の軸方向注入ポート。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが前記注入ポートの出口より大きな直径まで外向きに傾いている、請求項18に記載の軸方向注入ポート。
- 前記複数のシェブロンが前記注入ポートの出口より大きな直径まで内向きに傾いている、請求項18に記載の軸方向注入ポート。
