Abstract
【解決手段】ガス流れ5中の1種のガスの濃度を測定する方法であって、ガス流れ5と吸収液1の流れとを中空糸膜4cを介して接触させる工程と、接触後の吸収液1の化学特性をpHガラス電極10により検出する工程と、を備える。

Description
本発明では、0.5〜100%CO2の範囲内でEMF(mV)とLog[CO2%]との間に線形応答を示した。しかしながら、さらに低濃度の範囲でも同様に達成可能である。
(ii)低濃度範囲に対する感度の調整が可能。
(iii)分析器応答がガス流量の大きな変動に殆ど関係しない。
(iv)構造が簡単。
(v)製造及び操作コストが低い。
(vi)同一原理を多数の他の重要な分析対象ガスに対して適用できる。
Claims (10)
- ガス流れ中の1種のガスの濃度を測定する方法であって、
前記ガス流れと吸収液の流れとを膜を介して接触させる工程と、
前記接触後の前記吸収液の化学特性をセンサにより検出する工程と、を備える方法。 - 前記センサがpH電極である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1種のガスが炭酸ガス又は硫化水素である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収液が重炭酸ナトリウム水溶液である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1種のガスが炭酸ガスであり、前記ガス流れを、硫化水素を吸着するカラムを通した後に前記吸収液の流れと接触させる請求項1、2、又は4に記載の方法。
- ガス流れ中の1種のガスの濃度を測定する分析器であって、
前記ガス流れと吸収液の流れとを膜を介して接触させる膜コンタクターと、
前記膜コンタクターから排出された前記吸収液の化学特性を測定するセンサと、
を備える、分析器。 - 前記センサがpH電極である、請求項6に記載の分析器。
- 前記1種のガスが炭酸ガス又は硫化水素である請求項6又は7に記載の分析器。
- 前記吸収液が重炭酸ナトリウム水溶液である、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分析器。
- 前記1種のガスが炭酸ガスであり、前記膜コンタクターよりも上流側に硫化水素を吸着するカラムがさらに接続された6、7、又は9に記載の分析器。
