Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat pump system for supplying steam.
In recent years, from the viewpoint of effective use of energy, it has been promoted that exhaust heat from factories, substations, buildings, and the like that have not been used so much so far is effectively used by an exhaust heat utilization device. There is a heat pump system as one of the exhaust heat utilization devices.
With regard to such a system configuration, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-10243, for the purpose of stable operation, there is a technique for branching the generated steam and installing a return flow path that leads to the evaporator, and an operation method using the same. It is disclosed.
However, in a heat pump system using exhaust heat, control corresponding to a change in the amount of steam generated due to temperature fluctuations of the heat source has not been sufficiently studied.
An object of the present invention is to provide a heat pump system capable of stably supplying steam having a desired pressure to a demand destination through control corresponding to a change in the amount of steam generated due to temperature variation of a heat source.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an evaporator that evaporates water with heat from a heat source to generate steam, a compressor that compresses steam generated by the evaporator, and a compressor that compresses the steam. In the heat pump system including a pipe for supplying the steam to the steam utilization facility, the flow rate measuring means for measuring the flow rate of the steam flowing into the compressor, the measured steam flow rate being included in the input signal, A control device that includes a rotation speed command value in an output signal is provided.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the heat pump system which can supply the vapor | steam of desired pressure stably to a demand destination by control corresponding to the change of the production amount of the steam by the temperature fluctuation of a heat source can be provided.
When supplying steam to a steam demand destination such as a paper mill or a cleaning factory, a steam boiler is currently used. The use of steam supplied to factories and the like is often clear, and it is required to install a boiler with specifications that satisfy the desired steam pressure and steam supply amount. Further, the steam demand destination may be required to be able to adjust the steam supply amount. Therefore, it is desirable that the boiler can adjust the steam supply amount by about ± 20%.
As a technique for satisfying these requirements, a technique for controlling the pressure and flow rate of steam generated in a boiler is known. This control technology includes one that controls and controls the combustion of the boiler and one that controls the feed water pump to maintain the boiler water level at a set value. Further, in recent years, from the viewpoint of effective energy use, it has been promoted to effectively use waste heat from factories, substations, buildings, etc., which has not been so much used until now, using waste heat utilization devices. There is a heat pump system as one of the exhaust heat utilization devices.
Under these circumstances, the inventors have repeatedly studied the effectiveness of using a heat pump system when supplying steam to a customer and obtained the following knowledge.
When supplying steam to a steam customer using a heat pump system, an evaporator with water as a working medium and exhaust heat as a heat source is provided, and the temperature of the steam generated by the evaporator is raised and raised with a compressor. It would be advantageous in terms of energy efficiency if a system for supplying pressurized high-temperature and high-pressure steam to a customer can be used. Further, when the working fluid of the compressor is water vapor, there is an advantage that the amount of energy that can be transported per weight of the medium can be dramatically improved as compared with the case where another working fluid is used.
However, in order to use this system, it is necessary to deal with the problem that the temperature of the exhaust heat is constantly fluctuating. Here, the inventors paid attention to the following points. The temperature fluctuation of exhaust heat, which is a heat source, leads to fluctuations in the amount, pressure, and temperature of steam generated in the evaporator. During steady operation, normally there is always liquid in the evaporator, and the relative humidity in the evaporator is always about 100%. For this reason, the pressure and temperature of the steam generated in the evaporator are in a relationship that if one is determined, the other is uniquely determined. Since the compressor is set so that it can be optimally operated when the working fluid is at a certain pressure and flow rate, the operability of the compressor deteriorates due to fluctuations in the amount of steam and the steam pressure. In addition, fluctuations in steam flow and pressure increase the risk of surges and reduce the reliability of the compressor.
This problem is specific to a heat pump system that uses exhaust heat as a heat source. Since the steam boiler described above is operated for supplying steam, it is easy to perform control that is optimal when supplying steam. On the other hand, when the heat pump system is used, the exhaust heat that is a heat source is not generated for supplying steam but generated by another system. This heat is used as a secondary effect, and it is difficult to control the temperature of exhaust heat in accordance with the operation of the heat pump system.
Each embodiment to be described later is for explaining the above-described problem, that is, a configuration for solving various problems caused by temperature fluctuations of the heat source in the steam supply system using the heat pump system, and its operation and effect.
(Comparative heat pump system)
In describing the heat pump system of the present invention, first, a heat pump system of a comparative example will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 6 shows a configuration of a heat pump system as a comparative example. A heat pump system of a comparative example includes an
Next, the case where the temperature and flow rate of the exhaust heat
Control and operation of the heat pump system of the comparative example with respect to fluctuations in the amount of heat of the
If the steam pressure after the rise is still lower than the control set value, this information is detected again by the water supply control device 7 via the pressure sensor 6, and the flow rate of the
According to the control by the heat pump system of the comparative example described above, the change in the pressure of the steam flowing into the compressor 2 even when the amount of heat of the exhaust
However, there are problems as described below. First, there is a problem in that steam having a desired pressure and temperature cannot be stably supplied to a customer. This is because the amount of steam generated in the
Secondly, there is a problem that the reliability is lowered due to an increased risk of unstable operation such as a surge of the compressor. This is because the operating point of the compressor 2 deviates from the planned point due to fluctuations in the flow rate of the steam supplied to the compressor 2, and it is possible to approach a region where operations such as surge, choke, and pre-stage rotation stall become unstable. This is because the property increases.
Thirdly, the efficiency of the compressor is reduced. This is because the operating point of the compressor deviates from the planned point due to fluctuations in the flow rate of steam supplied to the compressor 2. Since the planned point for compressor operation is normally set to the operating point where the efficiency is highest, the efficiency decreases when the planned point deviates from the planned point.
The heat pump system which is an embodiment of the present invention conceived for solving the above problems will be described below.
(Example 1)
Example 1 of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows the configuration of a heat pump system that is
Specifically, the calorific value measuring means 10 can be realized by combining known sensors and arithmetic devices. For example, a temperature sensor 101 (not shown) provided in the system of the exhaust heat
Details of the rotation speed control device will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the control device 11 of the heat pump system that is
First, the evaporation
h_steam=f(P_evaprator) (1)
G_steam=Q_source/h_steam (2)
h_steam = f (P_evaprator) (1)
G_steam = Q_source / h_steam (2)
On the other hand, the rotational
Here, the rotational
In addition, the above-mentioned “original setting” in the case where the rotation speed is changed and output is determined in advance according to the
The compressor
The
Specifically, the control device 11 described above is realized as a control panel having input / output terminals and an internal circuit, and the
In the present embodiment, the contents of the controlled rotational speed, that is, the rotational speed
The control device 11 of the present invention described above repeats the series of calculations described above (that is, the
Next, the calculation contents of the compressor
First, calculation contents in the compressor
In FIG. 3, a point on the curve indicating the rotational speed corresponding to the
The performance characteristic function thus identifies the
Specifically, the performance characteristic function is implemented as a computer simulation program based on a thermodynamic or aerodynamic theoretical formula or empirical formula for the turbomachine, or is created based on the design information of the compressor 2. It is possible to mount the graph as shown in FIG. When implemented as digitalized data, the numerical table data is interpolated according to the
Next, the calculation content of the rotation speed change of the rotation
When the amount of
For such a problem, in the heat pump system of the present embodiment, the rotation speed of the compressor is changed from the value of line a to the value of line b. Thus, when the rotational speed is decreased from a to b, not only can the pressure ratio be maintained at the
The calculation of the change in the rotational speed is performed by calculating the rotational speed curve simultaneously intersecting the intersection point where the horizontal line in the drawing corresponding to the pressure ratio corresponding to the
In this way, the control circuit 11 adjusts the rotational speed using the rotational
Further, in the heat pump system of the present embodiment described above, stabilization of the steam pressure is realized by control using measured values and a computer model. For this reason, the installation configuration can be kept simple without increasing the installation space due to the provision of an additional flow path or the like, increasing the equipment cost, and causing troublesome maintenance.
(Example 2)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 4 shows the configuration of a heat pump system that is Embodiment 2 of the present invention. A description of the same components as those in the first embodiment will be omitted. The contents of the different parts will be described below.
The heat pump system according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment (FIG. 1) and does not include the calorific value measuring means 10. Instead, a flow rate measuring means 13 which is a means for measuring the flow rate of the steam flowing into the compressor 2 is provided. A signal of the steam flow rate measured by the flow rate measuring means 13 is transmitted to the
As shown in FIG. 4, the information input to the
FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the
Thus, by using the signal input to the
As described above, the heat pump system of each embodiment compresses the steam generated by the
This control device is preferably configured to control the rotational speed so that the pressure ratio of the compressor 2 falls within a desired range corresponding to the pressure required by the customer.
Specifically, it is possible to adopt the following configuration.
When controlling based on the steam flow rate, the flow rate measuring means 13 for measuring the steam flow rate flowing into the compressor 2 and the measured steam flow rate are included in the input signal, and the rotational
Further, the compressor
When the rotational speed of the compressor 2 is controlled based on the amount of heat of the
The calorific value measuring means 10 for measuring the calorific value of the
The following effects can also be obtained by controlling the rotation speed of the compressor 2 based on the steam flow rate or the heat quantity of the heat source using the heat pump system of each embodiment described above.
Corresponding to the heat quantity fluctuation of the exhaust heat source, the rotation speed of the compressor that makes the pressure ratio of the compressor within a predetermined range is specified by the rotation speed determination circuit provided in the control circuit, and this rotation speed is determined. If the compressor is configured to operate as a command value, steam having a desired pressure and temperature can be stably supplied to a demand destination regardless of fluctuations in exhaust heat conditions.
If the pressure ratio of the compressor is operated within a predetermined desired range, it is possible to suppress the risk of approaching an operating region in which a phenomenon that reduces reliability, such as surge, choke, and front-stage turning stall, occurs. Thereby, the stability and reliability of driving can be improved.
Even if the operating point of the compressor deviates from the planned point due to fluctuations in the amount of heat of the exhaust heat source, the rotation speed can be adjusted so that the pressure ratio can be operated within a predetermined range, so that a reduction in compressor efficiency can be suppressed.
If stabilization of steam pressure or temperature is achieved by control using measured values, the equipment configuration can be kept simple without increasing the installation space and equipment costs by providing additional flow paths.
