Description

The present invention relates to a method for applying a fiber sheet to a columnar body suitable for protecting a columnar body such as a utility pole.

Various methods for applying fiber sheets to existing structures, particularly columnar bodies, have been proposed.

Such a fiber sheet construction method is usually intended to reinforce the columnar body, and it is general that the protection of the reinforced region is not considered (patent) (See Literature 1, Patent Literature 2, and Patent Literature 3).

For example, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, an elastic adhesive is applied to the surface of an existing RC column, an insulating film is attached, then an adhesive is applied, a fiber sheet is attached, and a solidified adhesive is further applied. Is applied to reinforce the RC pillar.

The invention of Patent Document 2 reinforces a steel pipe column by filling an existing steel pipe column with a filler and then winding a strip (such as aramid fiber) around the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe column.

The invention described in Patent Document 3 applies an adhesive resin to the outer peripheral surface of a concrete columnar body, affixes a reinforcing fiber sheet, impregnates the reinforcing fiber sheet with the adhesive resin sheet, and prevents paper sticking on the reinforcing fiber sheet. A sheet for use is pasted. That is, there is a description that “a sheet for preventing paper sticking” is attached after reinforcement with a reinforcing fiber sheet (aromatic polyaramid fiber).
JP-A-10-46835 JP 2005-180128 A JP 2003-120046

However, the “sheet for preventing sticking” described in Patent Document 3 described above uses a synthetic resin having “unevenness on the surface” as described in claim 3. In other words, the paper sticking prevention process described in Patent Document 3 requires that a “paper sticking preventing sheet” in which “unevenness on the surface” is separately prepared be prepared in advance in the construction site, and further shortening the construction time. It has been demanded.

On the other hand, columnar bodies such as utility poles are usually provided at predetermined intervals along a passage and in a prominent position, and therefore, stickers such as leaflets are routinely performed.

However, such stickers on utility poles not only detract from aesthetics, but also interfere with regular inspections of utility poles prior to reinforcement and regular inspections / confirmations of the maintenance status of reinforced parts of utility poles that have already been reinforced. In many cases, it has been desired to provide a measure for preventing stickers.

The present invention has been made in view of such a technical problem, and its purpose is to reduce the time for applying the fiber sheet and to protect the columnar body and to prevent the sticking of the sticker at low cost. As a result, the silicon resin applied to one side (for example, the front surface) of the fiber sheet moves about half the amount to the other side surface (for example, the back surface), and the silicon resin is applied to both surfaces of the fiber sheet. By winding the fiber sheet coated with silicon resin on both sides around the columnar body, the surface of the columnar body is covered with a silicone resin having water repellency and releasability, and the columnar body is wound with a tough fiber sheet.

The method for constructing the fiber sheet on the columnar body according to claim 2 is to open the wall surface of the existing columnar body, and to perform blockage construction on the opening after the reinforcement construction to the columnar body using the opening. A method of applying a fiber sheet to a columnar body when protecting a region including a region, the step of applying an adhesive resin to the surface of a first region including a blocking treatment region of the columnar body, and A step of sticking a short fiber sheet to the applied first region, a step of causing the adhesive resin to ooze out on the surface of the short fiber sheet, and a silicon resin being applied to both sides of the long belt-like fiber sheet The gist is to include a step and a step of sticking a fiber sheet obtained by applying the silicon resin on both the front and back surfaces to a second region including the first region of the columnar body.

In the construction method of the fiber sheet to the columnar body according to claim 2, the opening is closed after the reinforcement of the columnar body using the wall surface opening of the existing columnar body, and the blockage treatment region is included. An adhesive resin is applied to the surface of the first region. A short fiber sheet is attached to the first region to which the adhesive resin is applied, and the adhesive resin is oozed out on the surface of the short fiber sheet. By winding a long belt-like fiber sheet coated with this silicon resin on both the front and back surfaces around the second region including the first region of the columnar body, the surface of the columnar body is made of a silicone resin having water repellency and releasability. The columnar body is wound with a cover and a tough fiber sheet.

The method for constructing the fiber sheet on the columnar body according to claim 3 is to open the wall surface of the existing columnar body, and after the reinforcement construction to the columnar body using this opening, to perform the closure construction on the opening, A method of applying a fiber sheet to a columnar body when protecting a region including a region, the step of applying an adhesive resin to the surface of a first region including a blocking treatment region of the columnar body, and A step of sticking a short fiber sheet in the longitudinal direction to the applied first region and causing the adhesive resin to ooze out on the surface of the short fiber sheet, and silicon on one side surface of the long belt-like fiber sheet After the resin is applied, the fiber sheet is rolled into a roll shape to apply a silicon resin to both the front and back surfaces of the fiber sheet, and the fiber sheet having the silicon resin applied to both the front and back surfaces of the first columnar body. And summarized in that comprises a step of sticking while winding the columnar body in the lateral direction perpendicular to the short fiber sheet to a second region including the region.

In the construction method of the fiber sheet to the columnar body according to claim 3, after the reinforcement of the columnar body using the wall surface opening of the existing columnar body, the opening is closed, and the blocking treatment region is included. An adhesive resin is applied to the surface of the first region. A short fiber sheet is stuck in the longitudinal direction on the first region to which the adhesive resin is applied, and the adhesive resin is oozed out on the surface of the short fiber sheet. A sufficient amount of silicon resin is applied to one side of a long fiber sheet, and after the application of the silicon resin, the fiber sheet is quickly wound into a roll. As a result, the silicon resin applied to one side (for example, the front surface) of the fiber sheet moves about half the amount to the other side surface (for example, the back surface), and the silicon resin is applied to both surfaces of the fiber sheet. By winding a fiber sheet coated with silicon resin on both sides, both sides, around the columnar body, the surface of the columnar body is covered with a silicone resin having water repellency and releasability, and the columnar body is wound with a tough fiber sheet. Turn.

According to the present invention, since the silicon resin having water repellency and releasability is applied to the surface of the columnar body because it has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance and has a small surface tension, it is applied to a sticker. Peeling with respect to the adhesive is good, and the effect of facilitating peeling of the sticker is produced. Therefore, since it is easy to peel off even if a sticking is performed, it can also be set as protection (deterrent) with respect to a sticking action.

Further, since the tough fiber sheet is wound around the columnar body and fixed with silicon resin, the columnar body can be partially reinforced and protected.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 16 is a figure explaining the process sequence of the construction method of the fiber sheet to the columnar body which concerns on this invention for every process. The columnar body in this embodiment includes various steel pipe columns (steel columns without taper, panzer mast with taper (steel assembly column)) and concrete columns (electric columns with taper and concrete columns without taper) that are hollow columns. It is not caught by whether it is hollow or not.

The electric pole P shown in FIG. 1 is an electric pole P made of concrete as a columnar body on which the fiber sheet according to the present embodiment is wound. Moreover, the inside is hollow before the construction of the reinforcement work, and FIG. 1 shows the inside of the hollow part of the utility pole P from the first work opening Ha and the second work opening Hb opened on the side surface of the utility pole P. The state where the aramid rod L is inserted into the mortar and the mortar is further injected to reinforce the utility pole P is already shown.

The guide rod G is arranged at the center portion of the electric pole P by the guide rod fixing jig Sa, and the center of the rod arrangement jig Sb is fixed to the central position of the electric pole P by the guide bar G. Furthermore, with this rod arrangement jig, a plurality of, here six, aramid rods L around the guide rod G are arranged annularly at substantially equal intervals.

Next, referring to FIG. 2, a first work opening Ha opened on the side surface of the power pole P and a second work opening Hb opened on the opposite side to the first work opening Ha. The blocking process will be described.

In the present embodiment, two places, a first work opening Ha and a second work opening Hb (hereinafter simply referred to as work opening H), are made of a closing plastic plate 11, a closing wire mesh 13, and a water stop mortar 15. Occlusion processing is performed using. Instead of the closing plastic plate 11, a perforated stainless steel plate or a punching metal may be used, and as the closing wire mesh 13, an iron or stainless steel wire mesh, a wire, or the like can be used.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, an outer peripheral surface (second region) that includes at least the first region including the blockage treatment region and winds the aramid fiber sheet is removed by a polishing machine (sander) S. Grind. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the polished area, that is, the area of the electric pole polishing surface Pf is covered with the masking cover 17 so as to be sandwiched from above and below, and the masking cover 17 is fastened with the masking tape 19 to cure the electric pole P. Do. Thereafter, a primer is sufficiently applied to the electric pole polishing surface Pf with a sponge or a brush.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the positional relationship between the impregnated adhesive resin application surface, that is, the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21a and the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21b, and FIG. 6 shows the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21a with respect to the first work opening Ha. FIG. 7 is a view showing the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21b for the second work opening Hb.

As is apparent from these, the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21a includes the first work opening Ha and has a size that secures a sufficient adhesion region around the opening, and similarly, the impregnation adhesive resin application surface 21b. Is a size that includes the second working opening Hb and secures a sufficient adhesion area around the opening.

Each of the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21a and the impregnated adhesive resin application surface 21b is set as a longitudinal bonding range (first region) of the aramid fiber sheet, and an impregnated adhesive resin such as an epoxy adhesive resin is applied with a sponge or a brush, for example. To do.

Subsequently, referring to FIG. 8, the aramid fiber sheet 29 is vertically stuck on the impregnated adhesive resin. It squeezes until the impregnated adhesive resin oozes out from the surface of the vertically aramid fiber sheet 29 to the surface of the aramid fiber sheet 29 adhered by the defoaming roller 25. At this time, it is preferable that air does not enter the inside of the aramid fiber sheet 29 or become uneven. FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an aramid fiber sheet vertical pasting surface 23a for the first work opening Ha, and FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an aramid fiber sheet vertical pasting surface 23b for the second work opening Hb.

Next, the horizontal winding process of the aramid fiber sheet 29 will be described. First, with reference to FIG. 11, the application | coating operation | work of the silicon resin to the aramid fiber sheet 29 is demonstrated.

First, a vinyl sheet 27 is laid on a workbench (or on the road) installed near the construction site of the electric pole P in which the interior of the electric pole P has been reinforced by filling the hollow inside of the electric pole P with aramid rods L, mortar, etc. An aramid fiber sheet 27 wound in a roll shape is disposed on one side end of the vinyl sheet 27. Next, the roll-shaped aramid fiber sheet 27 is developed, a silicon resin is set on the caulking gun 31, and the silicon resin 31a is squeezed out to the aramid fiber sheet 27 that has been spread and spread.

The silicon resin 31 a squeezed out from the caulking gun 31 is uniformly applied to the entire surface of the aramid fiber sheet 27 by the spatula 33. After the silicone resin 31b is applied to the entire surface of the aramid fiber sheet 27, the developed aramid fiber sheet 27 is wound in a roll shape. Thereby, the silicon resin 31b applied to the surface application surface of the aramid fiber sheet 27 is also applied to the back surface side of the aramid fiber sheet 27. This silicon resin 31b application operation is sequentially repeated to apply the silicon resin over the entire length of the roll-shaped aramid fiber sheet 27.

Next, the roll-shaped aramid fiber sheet 27 in which the silicon resin 31b is applied to both the front surface and the back surface is wound around the utility pole P.

In the winding operation, first, as shown in FIG. 12, an aramid fiber sheet coated with a silicon resin is overlapped and wound for one and a half rounds. After this one and a half lap winding, as shown in FIG. 13, the aramid fiber sheet 27 is gradually shifted and wound in a spiral manner so that the aramid fiber sheet 27 does not overlap. Remove air blemishes and traps. Finally, as shown in FIG.

As described above, if the aramid fiber sheet 29 coated with the silicon resin 31b on both sides is only wound, unevenness of the silicon resin may occur on the surface of the aramid fiber sheet 29. In that case, as shown in FIG. 15, the side-rolled aramid fiber sheet 29 is replenished and uniformized with silicon resin. Specifically, for example, the silicon resin 31a is further added by the caulking gun 31 in a portion where the thickness of the silicon resin is thin, and the spatula 33 is uniformly finished.

Further, as shown in FIG. 16, the masking tape is removed, and when there is silicon resin adhering to the surface of the utility pole and silicon resin scattered around the surface, they are cleaned and the processing is finished. In addition, since it takes about 1 hour until this hardening, it is good to carry out the curing in the meantime suitably.

Thus, since the surface of the electric pole P is excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance and has a small surface tension, it can be applied to a sticker by uniformly covering it with a silicone resin having water repellency and releasability. Can be easily peeled off, so that even if the sticking is performed, it can be peeled off naturally, or can be easily peeled off by an operator, thereby providing protection (deterrence) against the sticking action. Further, since the aramid fiber sheet is wound around the utility pole, the utility pole can be reinforced and protected.

Furthermore, since the adhesive resin such as an epoxy-based adhesive resin is covered with a silicon resin having excellent weather resistance, it is possible to maintain the adhesive properties of the adhesive resin in a high state, and it is wound with an aramid fiber sheet. Since it is hardened, it is possible to further reinforce the utility pole.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce the construction time required for attaching the aramid fiber sheet to the utility pole, and to reinforce and protect the portion including the work opening portion of the utility pole. In addition, it is possible to realize the prevention of sticking of the sticker paper at a low cost.

In the above description, the case where the blocking treatment area applied to the opening portion opened on the side surface of the utility pole is protected when the utility pole P as the columnar body is reinforced is described as an example. Is not limited to the utility pole and its blockage treatment region, but can be provided by appropriately changing any region of any columnar body.
