Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a safety device for an escalator, and more particularly, to a safety device for an escalator that prevents an accident in which a passenger riding on the escalator is caught in a gap between a step surface and a riser surface of an adjacent step.
There has been an accident in which an escalator passenger has an object he / she holds, such as sandals or boots, in the gap between the step surface and the riser surface of the adjacent step. In this accident, when an escalator passenger rubs his / her sandals or boots against a step creatrizer, the passenger gets caught in the gap between the step surface and the riser surface of the adjacent step, and the sandwiched sandals cannot be removed. Is. The passenger hits a comb installed at the entrance and gets injured unexpectedly. About 20 accidents on this escalator occur annually, which is becoming a social problem.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing escalator steps. The
Conventionally, various measures are taken against an accident in which a passenger of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the
On the other hand,
Announcements to alert escalator passengers at the entrance are chronic, so the passengers' response is slow and does not prevent accidents.
Further, the step abnormal running detection switch (CRS) operates by detecting that an object carried by the passenger is caught, and does not prevent the object itself from being caught. Also, if the abnormal step detection switch is activated, the escalator stops suddenly and further deterioration of the accident can be prevented. However, there is a possibility that the passenger and other passengers on the escalator may fall over due to the sudden stop, which is a preferable accident prevention measure. That's not true.
An object of the present application is to provide a safety device for an escalator that solves such a problem and accurately predicts and prevents an accident in which an object carried by a passenger is caught in a gap between a step surface and an adjacent step riser surface. It is.
To achieve the above object, a safety device for an escalator according to the present invention is provided inside a skirt guard of an escalator, step detection means for detecting passage of a specific portion on a step side surface of the escalator, and skirts on both sides of the escalator A pair of object detection means each comprising a light projecting part and a light receiving part provided in the guard and detecting an object at a dangerous position close to the riser surface of an adjacent step on the step surface in conjunction with the step detection means; The safety boarding reporting means for reporting to the passenger of the escalator carrying the object, the step detecting means detects the passage of a specific part of the step side surface, and the object detecting means is on the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface. When an object at a nearby dangerous position is detected, the passenger is notified to the safety boarding means. A safety device control unit to Problem ride safety position spaced apart from the riser face of the step adjacent to each other in the step surface, in that it comprises the features.
In addition, the safety device of the escalator has a dangerous position in which the safety device controller detects that the step detection unit has passed a specific part of the step side surface and the object detection unit is close to the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface. When an object located at is detected, it is preferable to decelerate the escalator to a predetermined speed.
Moreover, it is preferable that the safety device of an escalator detects a step front-end | tip part by the side of a passenger among step side surfaces through which a step detection means passes.
Moreover, it is preferable that the safety device of an escalator is a pair of transmissive | pervious photoelectric sensor which consists of a light projection part and a light-receiving part in which an object detection means can detect the object in the dangerous position on a step surface.
Moreover, it is preferable that the safety device of an escalator is a reflective proximity sensor in which a step detection means can detect passage of the specific location of a step side surface.
Further, the safety device control unit of the escalator, when the safety device control unit detects an object on the step surface and detects a part of the step that the object detection unit passes, It is preferable that the passenger is notified of the boarding at the safe position on the step surface.
In addition, the safety device of the escalator is provided with an announcement to a passenger who has an object in a dangerous position near the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface, and a safety boarding notification means is provided in the skirt guard. A speaker is preferable.
In addition, the safety device of the escalator is a super directional speaker in which the safety boarding reporting means reports by announcement to passengers who hold objects in a dangerous position close to the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface. Is preferred.
Further, the safety device of the escalator is a spotlight in which the safety boarding reporting means turns on and reports the step surface on which the passenger who owns the object in the dangerous position near the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface gets on. Preferably there is.
Further, the safety device of the escalator is lit for passengers who have safety boarding notification means installed in the vicinity of the handrail of the escalator and possess an object at a dangerous position close to the riser surface of the adjacent step on the step surface. It is preferable that the patrol light is reported.
With the above configuration, the safety device of the escalator has the riser surface of the step adjacent to the safety device control unit on the step surface detected by the step detection unit and the step detection unit coupled with the step detection unit. The possibility of the occurrence of an accident is determined based on the establishment of an AND condition with the detection of an object in a dangerous position close to. Thereby, it is possible to accurately predict an accident in which an object carried by the passenger is caught in a gap between the step surface and the riser surface of the adjacent step.
In addition, the safety device control unit is a safe position separated from the riser surface of the step adjacent to the passenger on the safety boarding notification means on the step surface by the detection by the step detection means and the detection of the object by the object detection means. Report on boarding at. Thus, an accident can be prevented beforehand by reporting a dangerous situation directly to the passenger carrying the object.
As described above, according to the safety device for an escalator according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately predict and prevent an accident in which an object carried by a passenger is caught in a gap between a step surface and a riser surface of an adjacent step. It becomes possible.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of an escalator safety device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of one embodiment of a safety device for an escalator as seen from a top view of the escalator and is a partial plan view. The
Moreover, in FIG. 2, the schematic structure of one embodiment of the safety device of an escalator is shown with the cross section of an escalator.
In FIG. 3, the installation position of the
The
The
The safety device controller 4 detects that the
FIG. 4 shows an enlarged cross section of the
Therefore, the detection of the
However, there are cases where the step detection means 5 detects the
The notification speaker 7 notifies the passenger of the
FIG. 5 shows a circuit configuration in one embodiment of the
