Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a joint structure for a water channel formed by connecting joints of various water channel building blocks such as concrete secondary products (including precast foundation integrated sloped bottom plate and precast foundation plate for portal slope side grooves). It is.
In general, a block for building a water channel (hereinafter referred to as “block”) is constructed by sequentially connecting block bodies. As a joint structure for connecting adjacent blocks, there is a bolt fastening method using an eccentric seat plate and a connecting plate, which is evaluated as being useful as a measure for preventing block line settlement and steps. (See
In this bolt fastening method using the eccentric seat plate, a stopper is provided on the connection plate at one outer position of the two fastening holes on the front and rear end faces of the connection plate, and the connection plate is formed by two bolts passing through the fastening holes. A single stopper type (refer to Patent Document 1) in which the circumferential surface of an eccentric seat plate fitted to one bolt is brought into contact with the stopper, and the front and rear of the connecting plate. Stoppers are provided on the connecting plate at one outer position of the two fastening holes at the end and two places between the two fastening holes, and the connecting plate is connected to the side groove body by two bolts passing through the fastening holes. There is a double stopper type (see Patent Document 2) in which the circumferential surface of an eccentric seat plate fitted to one bolt is brought into contact with the two stoppers when fastened to the front and rear end portions.
In both the single stopper type and the double stopper type, the screwing of the bolt is weak due to an installation error, or the gap between the joints between the joint members becomes larger than a predetermined size due to a manufacturing processing error. Sometimes, for example, when the contact between the peripheral surface of the eccentric seat plate and the stopper is poor, it is not possible to resist ground vibration or deformation during an earthquake, vibration or settlement caused by repeated on-board traveling or proximity traveling of the vehicle. The block row may bend and sink.
The object of the present invention is to prevent the uneven settlement caused by overloading, earthquakes, vehicle vibrations, etc. by connecting the blocks using a connecting plate, and the function of the product can be applied even when these excessive loads are applied. It is effective in making it show. However, it is very difficult to obtain a joint having sufficient accuracy as necessary by laying work on site due to the fundamental difference in production accuracy between concrete products and metal products, and factory production and field work. The present invention seeks to obtain a highly reliable joint strength and laying method by absorbing the roughness of the accuracy of field work by the double connecting plate, increasing the accuracy of factory products.
First, a connecting plate that is attached to a plurality of nut-type inserts that are embedded and fixed on both side wall end faces of a new block that is connected to an existing block is a base plate having stoppers at both ends, and a stopper. It is a connecting plate composed of two flat plates fitted between them, and each plate is provided with the same number of circular and lateral fastening holes according to the number of fastening bolts. The fastening bolt is inserted into the circular hole and the laterally long hole of the base plate, screwed into the nut-type insert, and the base plate is set in close contact with the block surface. In this state, the block interval is adjusted, i.e., the insert interval is adjusted. After the block is set in a predetermined position, the fastening bolt is once removed, and the flat plate is fitted to the pedestal plate so that both the circular holes and the horizontally elongated holes are combined. Then, it is a joint structure by a 2 plate system characterized by inserting and fastening a fastening bolt anew.
Secondly, the connecting plate that is installed across the joints of both blocks to a plurality of nut-type inserts embedded and fixed on both side wall end faces of the new block connected to the existing block is a base plate having stoppers at both ends and the stopper The plate has two flat plates that are fitted to each other, and each plate has a circular and a laterally long fastening hole corresponding to the number of fastening bolts. Side plate end face of existing block with connecting plate that is fitted in advance so that flat hole of flat plate is combined with circular hole of base plate and circular hole of flat plate is combined with horizontal long hole of base plate respectively. After temporarily setting the nut-type insert embedded in and fixed to the nut-type insert through the fastening bolt and adjusting the end face interval (joint interval) between the new block and the existing block, that is, the insert interval, the connecting plate is rotated to the nut-type insert. The joint structure is characterized in that a fastening bolt is screwed and fixed.
Thirdly, the connection plate that is first attached across the joints of both blocks to a plurality of nut-type inserts embedded in and fixed to both side wall end faces of the new block connected to the existing block is a pedestal plate having stoppers at both ends A plurality of lines indicating the moving distance of the new block are engraved on the upper peripheral surface of the horizontally long hole and the top end surface of the plate, which are provided to allow adjustment margin. These are positions where the screw holes of the nut-type inserts embedded and fixed on the side wall end faces of the connecting waterway building blocks and the circular holes drilled in the flat plate fitted between the stoppers of the base plate are overlapped That is, the construction method according to
Fourthly, a plurality of protruding belt-like base plates having a width of about 30 mm to 100 mm and a length of about 30 mm to 100 mm from the front end bottom wall plate of the existing block are attached in advance at the time of molding. A rear end bottom wall plate of the new block is installed on the belt-like base plate, and after adjusting and checking the height and the left and right streets following the existing block, it becomes a guide rail when pressing the new block, and at the time of laying The construction method according to any one of
The operation of the first problem solving means is as follows. The minimum configuration condition of the present invention is based on a two-bolt two-plate joint structure (hereinafter referred to as “2BP connecting plate”) composed of a combination of two fastening bolts and two plates, that is, a pedestal plate and a flat plate. To. Furthermore, in order to increase the strength and stability of the joint, there are four fastening bolts. The base plate and flat plate each have two round holes and two horizontally long holes, for a total of four fastening holes. There is a 4-bolt 2-plate joint structure (hereinafter referred to as “4BP connection plate”) composed of two plates, a base plate and a flat plate, in which the holes are combined in the opposite direction. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Further, there are joint structures using six fastening bolts or eight or more fastening bolts. The combination and configuration of the base plate and the flat plate are the same, but as the number of fastening bolts increases, the length of both plates becomes longer and wider, and the material thickness also increases.
For example, if an unexpectedly large load or earthquake causes an uneven settlement or bending settlement in a certain span of the block line, the connecting plate joint member on the upper side of the block resists compressive stress, and the lower side resists by tensile stress. To do. In the 2BP connection plate, the tensile force generated on the lower side of the block is the flat plate on the pedestal plate and the two circular holes of the flat plate fitted between the pedestal plate stoppers. The end face of the slide slides and abuts, and is transmitted to the two fastening bolts, and the anchor muscle supports this. The compressive force acting on the upper side is the opposite action of the lower tensile force, and the direction in which the end face of the flat plate fitted to the base plate abuts is opposite. That is, the end surface of the flat plate slides and abuts against the stopper (in the seam direction side) of the pedestal plate, and is transmitted to the two fastening bolts, and the anchor bars support this. With respect to rotational displacement caused by subsidence and uplift, the flat plate comes into contact with the upper and lower ends of both stoppers of the base plate of the connecting plate mounted vertically, and is borne by the fastening bolts and anchor bars. Therefore, it is possible to minimize displacement such as collapse prevention and subsidence at the block joint top end.
In the joint structure using the 2BP connection plate, an appropriate free clearance between the members is an important factor for preventing and dispersing stress concentration. The circular hole of the second flat plate fitted between the stoppers of the first pedestal plate converts the horizontally long hole of the first pedestal plate into the function of a circular hole. The circular hole in the first pedestal plate is the amount of displacement caused by the horizontally long hole in the second flat plate, and the clearance gap provided between the circular hole and the first pedestal plate and the second flat plate. Suppress to range. The stoppers projecting from the left and right ends of the first pedestal plate have a clearance gap between the second flat plate and block displacement (slide or rotation) restraint, or dispersion and averaging of each stress, during joining work It can play a role of regulation.
The inner dimensions of the left and right stoppers of the first pedestal plate and the second flat plate to be fitted are rounded so that a clearance of about 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm can be maintained in the length direction. The clearance gap between the fastening hole and the fastening bolt is also made about 1.0 mm. These clearance gaps are strong restraints that will never be displaced against vibration generated on the block laying line, vertical displacement caused by deformation due to earthquake or ground subsidence, horizontal displacement, rotational displacement, etc. I do not. The reason is that if a strong restraining force is applied to the joint, the stress concentrates locally and acts as a crushing force at the block end. Therefore, in order to prevent such a situation, the concentration of stress can be prevented by allowing the minimum displacement, and the function of the block line can be maintained by converting into the dispersion and averaging action force.
Since the base plate constituting the two connecting plates, the circular hole drilled in the flat plate and the loose clearance of the horizontally long hole are interlocked with each other, the joint structure is flexible and has a tenacious binding force. When a strong unequal settlement action is applied locally in a certain span of the block line, a compressive force and a tensile force act simultaneously with the vertical displacement, and a rotational moment is generated. At this time, the upper and lower sides of the right and left right end portions of the second flat plate abut against the stoppers protruding from the left and right of the first pedestal plate, respectively, with a displacement angle. This rotational displacement can be suppressed with a stopper. The shape of the second flat plate is a rectangle and both end surfaces are machined at right angles. Further, the protruding height of the stopper is 1.2 to 2.0 times higher than the thickness of the flat plate.
The reason for setting the protruding height of the stopper is that it is an important component that supports the tensile force, compressive force, and rotational force acting on the stopper via the flat plate as described above. To prevent the flat plate from deforming and screwing the fastening bolt, loosening and floating, the flat plate end face coming off the stopper without contacting the stopper, and losing the contact function This is because the height of is necessary.
Further, the operation of the 4BP connecting plate will be described. The difference in the joint structure of the 2BP connecting plate is that it consists of four bolts and two wide plates, and each plate has four fastening holes. Yes. The configuration of the 4BP connection plate is as follows. The first plate has vertically long stoppers that protrude from the left and right ends. The base plate has two circular fastening holes facing up and down, and two horizontally long fastening holes are drilled up and down. The second plate is flat and is fitted between the two stoppers of the first pedestal plate. The 4BP connection plate is characterized in that the shape, size, and area of the plate are more than twice as wide as the 2BP connection plate. Therefore, the joint structure using the 4BP connecting plate has a large stress against horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, and rotational displacement due to structural and functional characteristics, especially in terms of shearing action, as well as compressive force and tensile force. Therefore, it has a function to prevent rotational displacement and shear subsidence because the four bolts and wide connecting plate become large stresses in uneven subsidence, bending subsidence, especially shear subsidence (displacement) at the joint, and it has high performance. A stable joint structure can be obtained.
The operation of the second problem solving means is as follows. That is, as a connecting plate in which the pedestal plate and flat plate are combined in advance, a set of connecting plates combined in accordance with a method of mounting to an existing block at the laying site or according to a block allocation drawing prepared in advance at the factory based on the block line In the state, a method of temporarily setting a plurality of sheets in each block and delivering them to the laying site can be selected. The advantage of a temporary set at the factory is that there is no need for a combination at the laying site. There is no risk of losing the member, saving time and labor for searching, and the like. In addition, quality control at the factory is perfect, and ineligible parts can be confirmed and removed in advance. Further, by checking and confirming the position of the nut-type insert again, a highly accurate laying operation can be performed. In addition, the temporary setting method of the connecting plate using the fastening bolt is such that when the circular hole is one hole, the horizontally long hole is directed downward, but when there are two or more circular holes, the horizontally long hole is a new block. Is temporarily set with two fastening bolts so as to be on the opposite side.
Alternatively, the action of the third problem solving means is as follows. A plurality of lines indicating the positions where the nut-type insert holes and the circular holes of the flat plate are accommodated are engraved on the upper and lower peripheral surfaces of the horizontally long holes of the base plate. This is an important reference management line for the operation of pushing the new block to a predetermined position within the lateral distance (clearance) range of the horizontally long hole of the base plate that is mounted across the joint between the new block and the existing block.
A plurality of pedestal plates can be inserted into a circular hole at the factory in advance, and a plurality of pedestal plates can be temporarily set on the end face of the block side wall with fastening bolts and delivered to the laying site. When the connection plate is temporarily set, the connection plate is temporarily set in the direction and position shown in the block line allocation diagram. Temporary setting method of pedestal plate Temporarily set so that the horizontal long hole faces the lower part when there is one circular hole, and the horizontal long hole is on the opposite side of the new block when there are two or more circular holes. Is done.
Further, the operation of the fourth problem solving means is as follows. The existing blocks follow the block line, and the height and street are fixed. The belt-like cradle base plate protruding from the front end bottom wall plate of the block is also in a state where the height and street of the block main body are adjusted as described above. Therefore, when the rear end bottom wall plate of the new block to be connected is temporarily placed on the base plate, the height and street adjustment of the new block can be confirmed. When height adjustment is required, a new block can be lifted, leveled, and laid down. The new block on the belt-like cradle base plate is pressed to the end face of the existing block to a predetermined position. The belt-like cradle base plate also serves as an important guide rail for accurately and quickly pressing the laying base plate. In addition, since there is no displacement such as vertical displacement of the new block during connection and joining operations, after quick pressing, the connection plate is screwed into the nut-type insert using fastening bolts, and the connection joining is completed.
As mentioned above, the use of concrete secondary products used in various waterways, etc., by connecting them with a joining method with structurally necessary strength is possible when a temporary overload or seismic force is applied. This is effective in preventing damage to the product and maintaining its function. However, the size of the clearance gap necessary for construction allowed for a mechanical joint using a metal such as steel depends on the size of the fastener used for joining, but is 0 when a bolt having a diameter of about 10 mm to 20 mm is used. .5 mm to 2.0 mm. If the clearance gap is large, deformation when an excessive force is applied to the joint is large, and the coupling performance is greatly impaired. On the other hand, the clearance gap required for field work such as blocks is several tens of millimeters. This difference is a major obstacle in connecting blocks. In the joint structure of the present invention, there is a large clearance gap according to the size of the horizontally long hole of the pedestal plate until the position of the block is determined by field work. After positioning, the flat plate is fitted and the fastening bolt is re-threaded. . The above method is expected to be most effective, but as one of the next best measures, a base plate and a flat plate are pre-fitted and temporarily set to one of the blocks with fastening bolts at the factory, or delivered. After combining at the laying site, any of these methods can be selected according to the situation and conditions, such as the method of connecting and joining. In addition, to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of laying by applying a plurality of engraved lines on the top and bottom peripheral surfaces of the pedestal plate or the top end of the base plate to indicate the location of the round hole of the nut type insert and flat plate Have been devised. In addition, this joint structure, which is a joint structure that can be connected and joined efficiently by using a block having a plurality of strip-shaped cradle base plates on the bottom wall plate of the front end of the block, has a free-gradient side groove block. In order to omit the laying process used and shorten the construction period, it can also be used for assembling and integrating the free-gradient side groove block and the foundation-integrated gradient bottom plate block.
