Abstract
【解決手段】外輪5の内周面6と鋼球8との間の接触角度α1を、鋼球8と内輪2の外周面3との間の接触角度α2より大きくする。内輪2の中心位置から上端12側の鋼球8の中心位置Hまでの距離dm1よりも、内輪2の中心位置から下端13側の鋼球8の中心位置Hまでの距離dm2を大きくする。外輪5の上端42の前側にかかる荷重を分散して均等化し、外輪5の上端42の後側にかかる荷重を少なくできる。外輪5の上端42にかかる荷重を2列の鋼球8で分散できる。より大きな荷重に耐えることができる。

- 内周面が円筒状の外輪と、
この外輪の内周側に位置し、外周面が前記外輪の内周面に対向する内輪と、
この内輪の外周面と前記外輪の内周面との間に回転可能に位置しこの外輪の周方向に向けて並べて設けられた複数の転動体とを具備し、
これら転動体と前記外輪の内周面との間のこの外輪の径方向に対するこの外輪の一端側の接触角度は、前記転動体と前記内輪の外周面との間の前記外輪の径方向に対するこの外輪の一端側の接触角度より大きい
ことを特徴とした旋回座軸受。 - 複数の転動体は、外輪の軸方向に向けて複数列に並べて設けられ、
この外輪の中心位置からこの外輪の軸方向の一端側に並べられた前記転動体の中心位置までの距離よりも、前記外輪の中心位置からこの外輪の軸方向の他端側に並べられた前記転動体の中心位置までの距離が大きい
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の旋回座軸受。 - 転動体は、球体、円筒体、円柱体および円錐体のいずれかである
ことを特徴とした請求項1または2記載の旋回座軸受。
