Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a radiographic imaging system including an imaging bed on which a subject lies, and a radiation detection cassette that houses a radiation conversion panel that detects radiation transmitted through the subject and converts the radiation into radiation image information.
2. Description of the Related Art In the medical field, a radiation image capturing apparatus that irradiates a subject with radiation and guides the radiation transmitted through the subject to a radiation conversion panel to capture a radiation image is widely used. In this case, the radiation conversion panel is a conventional radiation film in which a radiation image is exposed and recorded, or radiation energy as a radiation image is accumulated in a phosphor and irradiated with excitation light, and the radiation image is then emitted as a stimulating light. A storage phosphor panel that can be taken out as is known. These radiation conversion panels supply a radiation film on which a radiographic image is recorded to a developing device to perform development processing, or supply a stimulable phosphor panel to a reading device to perform reading processing so that a visible image can be obtained. A radiographic image is obtained.
On the other hand, in an operating room or the like, it is necessary to be able to immediately read out and display a radiation image from a radiation conversion panel after imaging in order to perform a quick and accurate treatment on a patient. Radiation detection using a solid-state detector that converts radiation directly into electrical signals, or converts radiation into visible light with a scintillator and then converts it into electrical signals to read out as a radiation conversion panel that can meet such demands A vessel has been developed.
In relation to such a radiation detector, for example,
By the way, the radiation image needs to be an extremely accurate and accurate image in order to avoid an erroneous diagnosis by a doctor, and is acquired by the radiation detector transmitted from the radiation detector to the image processing means. The radiographic image information to be performed needs to be extremely accurate and accurate data without being affected by noise or the like.
However, in the radiation detection cassette described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and can effectively prevent the functional deterioration of the radiation detector housed in the radiation detection cassette, and further to the obtained radiographic image. An object of the present invention is to provide a radiographic imaging system capable of reducing the influence of noise and improving its accuracy.
A radiographic imaging system according to the present invention is used in radiographic imaging, a radiographic bed on which an object lies on its upper surface, a radiation conversion panel that detects radiation transmitted through the object, and converts the radiation into radiation image information, and A transmission unit connected to the radiation conversion panel and transmitting the radiation image information to the image processing means is housed in a casing, and includes a radiation detection cassette disposed on the imaging bed, the imaging bed includes: A cooling means for cooling the radiation detection cassette is provided.
According to such a configuration, the cooling means can effectively suppress the temperature rise inside the radiation detection cassette, and the deterioration of the function of the radiation conversion panel and the image deterioration due to the increase of dark current in various electronic components, etc. It is possible to obtain a highly accurate and accurate radiation image by reducing. Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a cooling mechanism for preventing the radiation conversion panel from degrading in the radiation detection cassette, the internal structure of the radiation detection cassette can be simplified, reduced in size and weight, and reduced in cost. Become.
In addition, when the cooling means is movable in accordance with the radiation detection cassette arranged corresponding to the imaging part of the subject lying on the imaging bed, the radiation detection arranged according to the imaging part of the subject A cooling means can be arranged according to the position of the cassette. For this reason, the radiation detection cassette can be reliably cooled by the cooling means without being affected by the imaging region of the subject.
Further, the cooling means is disposed on the back surface of the radiation detection cassette opposite to the radiation irradiation surface, and the casing of the radiation detection cassette is provided with a heat radiating portion on the back surface on the cooling means side. If so, the heat generated inside the radiation detection cassette via the heat radiating portion can be absorbed efficiently by the cooling means.
Furthermore, a temperature detection means for detecting the temperature in the radiation detection cassette, and a control means for controlling the operation of the cooling means according to the temperature in the radiation detection cassette detected by the temperature detection means. Thus, the temperature in the radiation detection cassette can be easily maintained at a desired temperature, and deterioration of the radiation image can be more reliably prevented.
According to the present invention, the radiation detection cassette is cooled by providing the imaging bed on which the radiation detection cassette is disposed, so that the temperature rise inside the radiation detection cassette can be effectively suppressed. For this reason, it is possible to obtain a highly accurate and accurate radiation image by reducing deterioration of the function of the radiation conversion panel housed in the radiation detection cassette and image degradation due to an increase in dark current in various electronic components. Become.
Preferred embodiments of the radiation image capturing system according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 3 is a circuit configuration block diagram of the

Control signals Von and Voff for controlling on / off of the
In addition, the charge held in the
By the way, the
On the other hand, in the
Therefore, in the radiographic
As shown in FIGS. 1, 4A, and 4B, the
The

The
The

The radiation X transmitted through the
That is, the address decoder 60 of the
The radiation image information read from the
Similarly, the address decoder 60 of the line
The radiation image information stored in the
The radiographic image information subjected to the image processing is transmitted from the
In the
Therefore, in the
The cassette information management unit 104 that has received the temperature information in the
The state determination unit 106 is a control unit that compares the temperature information managed by the cassette information management unit 104 with a predetermined allowable temperature range, and determines the state of the
In the
Therefore, in the radiographic
Further, in the
In the present embodiment, the
The
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be freely changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the radiographic
The
Also, radiation image information can be obtained using a light conversion type radiation detector. In this light conversion type radiation detector, when radiation is incident on each solid detection element arranged in a matrix, an electrostatic latent image corresponding to the dose is accumulated and recorded in the solid detection element. When reading the electrostatic latent image, the radiation detector is irradiated with reading light, and the value of the generated current is acquired as radiation image information. The radiation detector can erase and reuse the radiation image information that is the remaining electrostatic latent image by irradiating the radiation detector with erasing light (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-105297). .
Furthermore, for example, transmission / reception of signals among the
In the above-described embodiment, the
