Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spiral heat exchanger, and relates to a spiral heat exchanger configured by winding one or more strip-shaped heat transfer plates in a spiral shape at predetermined intervals.
More specifically, a space for accommodating a string-like gasket to be pressed against the lid is provided slightly inside the opening edge of the belt-like heat transfer plate, and a support member that supports the string-like gasket, and Alternatively, the present invention relates to a spiral heat exchanger characterized in that stud pins are provided continuously in a shelf shape with a predetermined gap.
As shown in FIG. 1, a spiral heat exchanger generally has two long belt-like

In the figure, 8 is a stud pin, 22 is a slit, and 23 is a spacer for ensuring the distance between the belt-like
2 (a), 2 (b), and FIG. 3 are obtained by winding a long and thin strip-shaped

In addition, the welded part and the vicinity of the welded part are inherently easily corroded.Further, due to distortion caused by temperature changes during operation and fatigue caused by repeated expansion and contraction, stress concentrates on weak areas and corrosion and destruction are likely to occur. There is a problem that the entire device welded integrally cannot be used at once due to leakage due to partial breakage.
For this reason, the spiral heat exchanger of the type in which the
On the other hand, the fluid in the channel A closed by bending and welding one end shown in FIG. 4 is wound in a spiral shape and rotated in the circumferential direction, and the fluid in the channel B outside the fluid flows There is also an effect that it is possible to have a function of flowing in the direction perpendicular to the path A, that is, in the axial direction.
Therefore, various inventions have been devised as countermeasures for the above.

Thus, winding the belt-shaped heat transfer plate provided with the distance bar 9 (flat bar) having a function of giving a turbulent action to the fluid flowing through the flow path and increasing the heat exchange rate in a spiral shape, It was difficult because the place was the torso. When the metal sealing
In addition, there are those in which the opening edge is closed with a spiral metal piece, or the opening edge is bent and then wound in a spiral shape to maintain the interval between the belt-like heat transfer plates. It was difficult. (Patent Literature 7) Special Table 2003-510547
Therefore, the applicant of the present invention has proposed a spiral heat exchanger shown in FIG. 6 in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-248377 as an improvement on these (Patent Document 6).
In the figure,
However, this also has a problem that it is difficult to wind a stainless steel plate, which is a belt-like heat transfer plate having the
The problem of the present invention is that in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-248377 previously disclosed by the applicant, it is difficult to wind in a spiral shape by providing the L-
An object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-manufacture and inexpensive spiral heat exchanger that can be easily assembled and disassembled using a string-like gasket or a string-like hollow gasket, and can fluidly be hermetically sealed in the axial direction. It is said.
Furthermore, it is easy to install the distance bar 9 which has been difficult.
And in a spiral heat exchanger where the interval between the belt-like heat transfer plates is wide due to the large size, etc., it is to make it possible to apply a long stud pin safely and easily. One of the purposes is that can be applied.
This invention is shown in FIG.
A

Then, as shown in FIGS. 7A, 7B and 7C, the string-
The welding strength of the
Tensile strength 9.3N. Shear load 5.6N. Torque 9.2N. m has strength and is integrated with a belt-like heat transfer plate (cold rolled stainless steel plate) which is a base material in terms of strength.
However, for example, when a M5 stud pin is stud welded to a belt-shaped heat transfer plate of t = 0.5 mm, at least the width of M5 = about 5 mm + 1 mm is solidified and cannot be bent.
However, if this is continuously arranged in a shelf shape with a gap at a constant pitch, this gap becomes an element of bending when the belt-shaped
The present invention is characterized in that this bending element is used when the
Thus, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a), 7 (b) and 7 (c), the stud pins 8 are connected in a shelf shape, and the string-
In this mode, when the string-
Therefore, in the present invention, the

Alternatively, the string-like
In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 01-144668, an example in which a pin is welded to a position determined by a conventional spiral heat exchanger, a double seal structure is used, and the opening edges of the belt-like
In addition, although the pins appear side by side in the drawing of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-155892, as shown in the detailed description of the invention, the pins are stud pins used as ordinary spacers, and are used in the present invention. Obviously, it is not a support member for the string-like gasket.
According to the present invention, various effects listed below can be obtained.
(1) The stud pin is provided with a predetermined width a little inward from the end surface opening 3 of the belt-like
(2) At the same time that the clearance is adjusted by covering at least one side of the stud pin arranged in a shelf shape with a parallel surface shape and / or covering a support member with at least one side parallel surface shape. Parallel surface portions that are continuous in a single line are formed, non-uniformity due to pressure-bonding to the string-like gasket is suppressed, and sealing performance is ensured.
(3) It was difficult to attach to the curved surface (both concave and convex surfaces) of the conventional body C by inserting the
(4) A string-like gasket may fall into the passage hole of the flow path A and / or the flow path B and leak from this portion by the fixing tool provided on the outer side (seal side) of the through hole of the core cylinder and the outer shell. If the string-like gasket is not fixed, the string-like gasket expands and contracts from the fixture toward the end of the heat transfer plate, and the entire heat transfer plate of the spiral heat exchanger It is possible to absorb the distortion caused by the difference in thermal expansion coefficient with the string-like gasket or the like.
(5) The
(6) It is possible to exchange heat by setting the flow path A in the rotation direction and the flow path B in the axial direction and crossing both the A and B flow paths.
(7) The stud pin and the distance bar continuously provided in a shelf shape ensure the flow path even under a reduced pressure and a large pressure difference.
(8) Stud pins can be planted on a surface laminated with an electrically insulating fluororesin film, a surface laminated with another resin, etc., or a coated surface of another metal material. spread.
(9) The string-like gasket can be used in the same manner as a solid or string-like hollow gasket. (10) Disassembly and cleaning are facilitated.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the following Examples 1 to 6.

In this embodiment, a belt-like heat transfer plate having at least one surface laminated with a fluororesin film sheet is used.
As a pretreatment for planting the stud pin on the surface laminated with the fluororesin film sheet, in order to ensure the stud welding with the stud pin on the belt-like heat transfer plate, the coating of the stud pin of the belt-like heat transfer plate at a predetermined position ( The electrical insulator) is removed in advance.
And the
Thus, the respective films are welded and bonded, and the removal portion of the film and the covering of the
In the above description, the belt-shaped heat transfer plate laminated with the fluororesin film sheet has been described, but it goes without saying that the combination is not limited to this.
In other words, not only a metal plate and a plastic sheet, but also a combination of a metal plate and a metal plate that can be stud welded is natural.
