Abstract
【解決手段】 本動翼は、根元部(2)と、根元部に隣接した翼形部(10)とを備える。翼形部は、最適な流れ分布と最小限の遠心及び曲げ応力を生じつつ空力性能を最適化する形状とされる。本動翼は、翼形部と連続した先端部と、先端部の一部として形成されたカバー(5)も備える。カバーは、先端損失を最小限にするのに役立つ半径方向シールを画成する。本動翼は、5625〜11250rpmの作動速度で作動することができる。

Claims (10)
- 蒸気タービン用の動翼であって、
根元部(2)と、
根元部に隣接した翼形部(10)であって最適な流れ分布と最小限の遠心及び曲げ応力を生じつつ空力性能を最適化する形状の翼形部(10)と、
翼形部と連続した先端部(4)と、
先端部の一部として形成されたカバー(5)であって先端損失を最小限にする半径方向シールを画成するカバー(5)と
を備える動翼。 - 0.461m2の出口環帯面積を有する、請求項1記載の動翼。
- 当該動翼の作動速度範囲が5625〜11250rpmである、請求項2記載の動翼。
- 最大質量流量が30.9kg/sである、請求項3記載の動翼。
- 当該動翼の作動速度範囲が5625〜11250rpmである、請求項1記載の動翼。
- 当該動翼が最終段動翼として作動するように設計されたものである、請求項1記載の動翼。
- 前記カバー(5)が高速で隣接する動翼の隣接カバーと係合する寸法を有する、請求項6記載の動翼。
- 前記カバー(5)が先端部(4)と一体である、請求項1記載の動翼。
- 前記半径方向シールが少なくとも先端シール(12)を含む、請求項1記載の動翼。
- 蒸気タービン用の動翼であって、当該動翼が、
根元部(2)と、
根元部に隣接した翼形部(10)であって最適な流れ分布と最小限の遠心及び曲げ応力を生じつつ空力性能を最適化する形状の翼形部(10)と、
翼形部と連続し先端幅を有する先端部(4)と、
先端部の一部として形成されたカバー(5)であって先端損失を最小限にする半径方向シールを画成するカバー(5)と
を備えており、上記カバーが高速で隣接する動翼の隣接カバーと係合するように先端幅よりも幅広であり、動翼の出口環帯面積が0.461m2であり、動翼の作動速度範囲が5625〜11250rpmであり、動翼の最大質量流量が30.9kg/sである、動翼。
