Abstract
Une pale rotative pour une turbine à vapeur comprend une section de pied (2) et une section de profil (10) contigüe à la section de pied (2). La section de profil (10) est conformée de façon à optimiser les performances aérodynamiques tout en produisant une distribution d'écoulement optimisée et des contraintes centrifuges et de courbure minimales. La pale comprend également une section de pointe (4) continue avec la section de profil (10), et un capot (5) formé sous la forme d'une partie de la section de pointe (4). Le capot (5) définit un joint d'étanchéité radial qui sert à minimiser les pertes de pointe. La pale rotative est susceptible de fonctionner à des vitesses de fonctionnement comprises entre 5625 et 11.250 rotations par minute.
