Abstract
Description
したがって、キャビティが完全にインダクタを囲む状態で各インダクタと対応するキャビティとの間の結合が最適であるので、表面の加熱は一様であり、効率が高い。さらに、加熱面の本体の材料は樹脂よりも経年変化に対して影響を受けにくくすることができる。
Claims (10)
- 特に熱可塑性または熱硬化性の複合材料で製作される部品の成形または変形を行うために、誘導によって表面を加熱するデバイスであって、磁性かつ熱伝導性材料で製作される少なくとも1つの部分(18)を有し、加熱されるべき前記表面(12)の近傍の複数の閉じたキャビティをもつ本体(16)を含み、各キャビティはインダクタ(24)を囲み、前記キャビティの壁で誘導によって生成された熱が伝導によって加熱面に移送され、キャビティ間の距離および前記加熱面に対するこれらのキャビティの位置が、前記加熱がこの表面で実質的に一様であるようなものであるデバイス。
- 前記磁性かつ熱伝導性材料が鋼材を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャビティを基準として加熱されるべき前記表面の反対側にある前記本体の部分(20)が非磁性材料で製作される、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 各キャビティが2つの溝の結合によって形成され、一方の溝が、磁性材料で製作される前記本体の前記部分の表面に形成され、他方の溝が、前記本体の別の部分の表面に形成される、請求項1から3の一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャビティと前記加熱面との間の冷却流体の循環のための管路(281、282、301、302)を含む、請求項1から4の一項に記載のデバイス。
- 各インダクタが、加熱されるべき前記表面の2つの加熱サイクルの間の冷却流体の循環のためのリング形状の空間(42)を形成するように前記キャビティよりも小さい断面を有する、前記請求項の一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記請求項の一項に記載の少なくとも2つのデバイスを含む成形または変形装置。
- 前記2つのデバイスの前記インダクタ用の電源が別個である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から6の一項に記載のデバイスを利用して、加熱面を用いる成形または変形によって部品を製作する方法。
- 請求項7または8に記載の装置を用いる成形または変形によって部品を製作する方法。
