Claims (6)
- 複数の平行に延びる光導体(12)を有する帯状体(11)を製造するための方法であって、光導体の表面が区域的に処理され、その処理された区域(14)の光導体(12)の光学的減衰が高められるものにおいて、光導体の表面処理の間測定過程が実施され、その測定過程には帯状体(11)の空間的経路が少なくとも処理される区域においてあらかじめ与えられ、帯状体(11)の一端において処理される光導体(12)にそれぞれ同じ強度を持った測定光が入力され、帯状体の他端において出力された測定光が取り出され、その際、出力される測定光の強度に対し強度帯域(b)が定義され、光導体(12)の出力された測定光の強度が強度帯域(b)の外側にある場合には測定光が強度帯域(b)内に存在するまで処理が継続され、又は測定光の強度が強度帯域内に作り出されないときは処理が中止され帯状体(11)が不適当なものとして排除されることを特徴とする複数の平行に延びる光導体を有する帯状体の製造方法。
- 帯状体(11)が処理前に製品特有の長さに切られることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 帯状体(11)が表面処理のため一端でもってローラ(20)からほどかれ、その際ローラ上にある帯状体の他端が測定光の入力又は出力のため自由に接近できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 取り出された測定光の評価の際、ローラ(20)上に存在する帯状体の長さに依存する補正率(k(1))が考慮されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 光導体(12)の光学的端面が測定ステップの前に加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 測定光を取り出すために、すべての光導体の測定光を同時に写し取るのに十分な大きさのセンサ面が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
