手作業、又は自動給餌機による乾燥ペレットの給餌は、モイスト餌料の場合より非常に単純である。若干の魚種における乾燥餌料の許容性の問題は通常、適切な給餌技術及び水産養殖管理により解決できる。あるいは、乾燥餌料の摂取が困難である稚魚の場合、セミモイスト餌料から給餌を開始し、3〜5週以内に乾燥供給へと段階的に移行させてもよい。配合された乾燥養殖魚用餌料は、保形性及び水中での安定性のためにペレット化及び/又はクランブル化する必要がある。製剤はまた、望ましい物理的特性及び外観を有する必要があり、更に魚のサイズの違いに適合させるために適切なサイズを有する必要がある。崩壊し摂食されなかった餌料は水を汚染し、低酸素、高窒素及び有機廃棄物によるストレスを生じさせ、また成長及び健康に対する重大な影響を生じさせる。粉末を含まない、保形性の高い乾燥養殖魚用餌料を製造する際の重要な点としては、以下のものが挙げられる。(1)成分の物性

実施例1
大西洋サケにおける海シラミ寄生の治療用のスピノサド
スピノサドの治療効果を測定するため、大西洋サケ(Salmo salar)の、実験的に誘導したサケシラミ(Lepeophtherius salmonis)寄生法を以下に記す。

2.ビタミンプレミックスの組成を、チアミン,20;塩化コリン,2,000;ナイアシン,150;リボフラビン,20;ピリドキシン,20;葉酸,5;パントテン酸カルシウム,200;シアノコバラミン,0.06;レチノール(酢酸レチニル),4,000;オール−rac−α−トコフェロール,50;コレカルシフェロール,1,000,000IU/g,2;メナジオン,10;ビオチン,1;L−アスコルビン酸,100;エトキシキン(抗酸化剤),200(単位:mg/kg餌料)とした。

b プレミックス1kg当たりの組成:ビタミンE,15,200IU;ビオチン158mg;ビタミンB12,4mg;葉酸,2200mg;イノシトール,52,800mg;メナジオン,1220mg;ナイアシン,29,500mg;D−パントテン酸,14,100mg;ピリドキシン,4100mg;リボフラビン,7040mg;チアミン,5720mg。
C プレミックスの組成(単位mg・kg−1):I,1000;Mn,10,500;Zn,7450;Cu,1550;Se,160。

Claims (20)
- 水産養殖魚における外部寄生生物の駆除方法であって、水産養殖された魚に有効量のスピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩を投与することを含んでなる方法。
- 前記スピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩がスピノサドである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がナマズである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がコイである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がサケである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がマスである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がブリである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記魚がストライプドバスである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水産養殖魚の生産改善方法であって、魚に1〜2500mg/kgのスピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩を含有する栄養調整された養殖魚用餌料を投与することを含んでなる方法。
- 前記スピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩を75〜2250mg/kg含有する養殖魚用餌料を使用する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 活性薬剤がスピノサドである、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記魚がナマズである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記魚がコイである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記魚がサケである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記魚がマスである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記魚がブリである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記魚がストライプドバスである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 1〜2500mg/kgのスピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩を、養殖魚用餌料組成物と共に含有してなる製剤。
- 前記スピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩がスピノサドである、請求項18記載の製剤。
- 75〜2250mg/kgのスピノシン又はその生理的に許容できる誘導体若しくは塩を含有してなる、請求項18記載の製剤。
