Claims (8)
- 錐先(1)を回転駆動する工具をチャック内に結合するための軸部(2)と、
前記軸部と一体の穿孔部材とを備え、
前記穿孔部材が、
ほぼ円筒形の動作部(3)と、
前記動作部(3)の端部に配置された、切刃(C)を有する切削ヘッド(4)とを備え、
前記動作部(3)の表面には、前記動作部(3)のほぼ中心の縦軸(A−A)の周りにらせん状に配置されたねじれ溝(5)が設けられ、前記ねじれ溝(5)が前記切削ヘッド(4)の先端面(4’)で終端する、サンドイッチ・パネル(100)や複合材等を穿孔するための錐先(1)であって、
前記ねじれ溝(5)を沿わせて形成する前記縦軸(A−A)に対するねじれ角(ε)が、ほぼ30°〜35°であり、
チゼル角(η)がほぼ1°〜5°であり、
第1の半径方向逃げ角(γr)がほぼ7°であり、
第2の外側逃げ角(α)がほぼ22°〜26°であり、
前記縦軸(A−A)に対する前記切削ヘッド(4)の前記ねじれ溝(5)の内側逃げ角(δ)がほぼ25°であり、
穿孔動作により生じる切屑を浮き上がらせて流出させるための、面(6)として一般に知られる前記切削ヘッド(4)の部分が、ほぼ0.3〜0.5mmの長さ(L6)を有し、
前記面(6)と前記ヘッド(4)の前記溝(5)の逃げ(7)との間の角度(θ)がほぼ70°〜80°であり、
前記錐先(1)の中心(8)が、ほぼ1.5〜2.7mmの直径(D8)を有し、
前記錐先(1)の前記ヘッド(4)の刃付け角(β)が、ほぼ110°〜150°である構成形状を有して、
設計により設定された許容誤差に従って、前記サンドイッチ・パネル(100)や複合材等のワンショット穿孔を行うことを特徴とする錐先(1)。 - 前記刃付け角(β)が130°である、請求項1に記載の錐先(1)。
- 前記ほぼ円筒形の動作部(3)の少なくとも一部に沿って延びる経路を画定し、かつ前記切削ヘッド(4)に対応する出口(20)を有する潤滑冷却流路をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の錐先(1)。
- 前記穿孔部材が、前記切削ヘッド(4)とほぼ反対側の位置に皿穴部(12)を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の錐先(1)。
- 前記皿穴部(12)がほぼ100°の皿穴角(λ)を有する、請求項4に記載の錐先(1)。
- 微粒子超硬金属から作られる、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の錐先(1)。
- 前記軸部(2)が6mm〜20mmの直径(D2)と、25〜100mmの長さ(L2)とを有し、
前記ほぼ円筒形の動作部(3)が、前記ねじれ溝(5)が上面に逃げを付けた、オプションとして前記皿穴(12)を形成する、11〜20mmの直径(D3R)と15〜25mmの長さ(L3R)とを有する第1の構造補強部(3R)と、3〜10mmの直径(D3p)と8〜47mmの長さ(L3p)とを有する第2の貫通部(3p)とを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の錐先(1)。 - 請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の錐先(1)を適用した穿孔工具。
