Claims (37)
- 血管系を通して、一過性送出形状で心臓に隣接する体内管に、および/または心臓に挿入され、続いて、前記心臓組織および/または前記体内管を切断するように構成されて切断作用を作り出すために、形状を変化させて、少なくとも前記組織の外側表面を越えて伸びるように構築および配列され、前記組織切断装置は、双安定性であり、それにより前記形状の変化が得られるものである、前記組織を切断することにより、その異所を分離することにより、心臓組織における望ましくない信号伝達を減少させるために構成される組織切断装置。
- 前記形状の変化は、拡張送出形状を介して前記一過性送出形状からさらなる拡張形状にも得られる請求項1に記載の切断装置。
- 該装置が、前記切断作用により、前記体内管または前記心臓組織の壁を貫通するように構築および配列される請求項1または2に記載の組織切断装置。
- 該装置が、初期拡張形状を有し、該装置は、形状を変化させて、その放射状に外向きに向けられた方向でその寸法を拡張し、それにより前記心臓組織および/または体内管を切断するように構築および配列される請求項1、2または3に記載の組織切断装置。

- 前記装置が、さらに、心房壁に挿入されるために、当初、該組織切断装置から前記長軸方向に実質的に垂直に伸張するように構築および配置されるべき少なくとも1つの切断アームを備え、そして前記切断アームが、形状を変化させて、組織切断装置から放射状に伸張するように構築および配列される請求項7または8に記載の組織切断装置。
- 該少なくとも1つの切断アームが、少なくとも1つの閉鎖ループを備える形態を有する請求項9に記載の組織切断装置。
- 該装置がその中に挿入されるように構築および配列される前記体内管は、冠状静脈洞である前記の請求項のいずれかに記載の組織切断装置。
- 該装置の外側表面が、鋭敏な先端を具備する前記の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の組織切断装置。
