Claims (22)
- 個別チャネルを介してデータ送信信号を提供するステップと,
非連続送信を行うために制御チャネルを開閉する開閉ステップと,
を有し,
前記開閉ステップを,前記個別チャネル上の前記送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御する方法。 - 前記個別チャネルは,強化個別チャネル(E−DCH)とし,
前記制御チャネルは,個別物理制御チャネル(DPCCH)とし,
前記非連続送信は,アップリンク送信とする,
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記開閉ステップは,前記送信信号に起因する干渉を最小化するように時期を決める請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実行するためのソフトウェアデータ構造によって符号化した計算機可読媒体。
- 次の送信時間間隔(TTI)における強化個別チャネル(E−DCH)送信の指示を適用するステップを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最大ギャップ長が長いとき前記指示を適用する請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記データ送信信号は,IP電話(VoIP)信号を構成する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記データ送信信号は,高速パケット接続を介して送信する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非連続送信は,多数のハイブリッド自動再送要求(HARQ)再送信を送信するステップを含み,
前記個別チャネル上の前記送信信号が,前記非連続送信における多数の送信ギャップの少なくとも1つの量又は程度を制御する請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記個別チャネルの前記許容送信時間は,パケットの再送信時間とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記個別チャネルの前記許容送信時間は,パケットの初期送信時間とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 個別チャネルを介した送信のために通信信号を提供する手段と,
非連続送信を行うために制御チャネルを開閉する手段と,
を備え,
前記開閉する手段を,前記個別チャネルの前記送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御する装置。 - 個別チャネル上の送信のために通信信号を供給するように構成した準備デバイスと,
制御チャネルを開閉して,前記制御チャネルにおいて非連続送信を行うように構成した開閉デバイスと,
を備え,前記開閉デバイスは,前記個別チャネル上の前記送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御する装置。 - 強化個別チャネル上の前記送信信号が,コントローラを用いて前記開閉デバイスを制御し,
前記装置は,前記送信信号によって生じる干渉を最小化するように前記開閉デバイスの動作時期を決めるように構成したタイマを更に備える請求項13に記載の装置。 - 次の送信時間間隔(TTI)における強化個別チャネル(E−DCH)送信の指示を適用するように構成したアプリケーションモジュールを更に備える請求項13に記載の装置。
- 最大ギャップ長が長いとき前記指示を適用する請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記通信信号はIP電話(VoIP)信号とし,前記装置はネットワーク要素とするか,又はユーザ装置に置く請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記ユーザ装置は,携帯電話機を形成するために必要なコンポーネントを備える請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記非連続送信は,干渉を減少させ,したがって通信容量を増加させるようになっている請求項13に記載の装置。
- 高速パケット接続を介して通信信号を供給するステップにおいて用いるソフトウェア製品であって,実行可能コードが組み込まれた計算機可読媒体を有し,前記コードは実行したとき,
個別チャネル上の送信のために通信信号を供給するステップと,
非連続送信を行うために制御チャネルを開閉する開閉ステップと,
を有するタスクを実行するようになっており,
前記開閉ステップを,前記個別チャネルの前記送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御するソフトウェア製品。 - 高速送信のために通信信号を供給するように構成した信号プロセッサと,
非連続送信を行うために制御チャネルを開閉するように構成した開閉機構と,
前記通信信号を受信するように構成した受信デバイスと,
を備え,
前記開閉を,個別チャネル送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御するシステム。 - 非連続送信のために制御チャネルを準備するステップと,
非連続送信を行うために制御チャネルを開閉する開閉ステップと,
を有し,
前記開閉ステップは,個別チャネルの前記送信信号又は許容送信時間によって少なくとも部分的に制御する方法。
