Claims (10)
- 汚染イオウ化合物、より特にはチオフェン性イオウ化合物を含有するベンゼン供給原料を精製する方法であって、当該方法が、該ベンゼン供給原料を水素の存在下に、硫化されたニッケル吸着剤と接触させ、ここで当該吸着剤中にニッケルの一部が金属の形で存在していること、そしてその後に、当該供給原料を、担持された金属銅吸着剤と接触させることを含む方法。
- 原子基準で、ニッケルの少なくとも10%が金属の形をしている、請求項1に従う方法。
- ニッケル表面が、少なくとも0.5のSとNiとの原子比を有する、請求項1または2に従う方法。
- 吸着剤が、0.01秒−1・触媒g−1未満である150℃におけるテトラリン水素化活性の速度定数を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 任意的に担持された若しくは構造助触媒を含有する金属ニッケル吸着剤をイオウ若しくはイオウ化合物で処理することによって、または該ニッケル吸着剤の前駆体と該イオウ化合物とを共沈させることによって、当該ニッケル吸着剤が得られたものであり、当該処理が好ましくは、S、ポリスルフィド若しくはS−化合物とニッケル吸着剤前駆体とを共沈させることによって、S、ポリスルフィド若しくはS−化合物を該ニッケル吸着剤上に沈殿させること、または該ニッケル吸着剤にS、ポリスルフィド若しくはS−化合物イオウ化合物を含浸させることを包含する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 水素分圧が、0.1〜200バール、好ましくは10〜75バール、より特には30〜50バールである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 金属銅吸着剤が、酸化物担体、好ましくは安定な硫化物を形成する金属酸化物上に担持される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ニッケル吸着剤が、担体物質上に存在するニッケルを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ニッケル吸着剤の床の量が、ニッケル吸着剤および銅吸着剤の床の合計量の10〜90%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- ベンゼンからシクロヘキサンを製造する方法であって、当該方法が、イオウ汚染物質含有ベンゼン供給原料を請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う方法を使用して処理すること、それに続いて該ベンゼンを選択的水素化して、シクロヘキサンを製造することを含む方法。
