Claims (20)
- 少なくとも樹脂および触媒を含む複数成分系エポキシ材料をスプレー塗布するためのシステムにおいて、
外壁および内壁を含む加熱タンクであって、前記内壁が内面および外面を有し、前記外壁および前記内壁の前記外面がそれらの間に加熱ジャケットを形成するように協働し、前記内壁の前記内面が樹脂用チャンバを形成し、前記加熱ジャケットには伝熱媒体が収容されており、また前記樹脂が前記樹脂用チャンバ内に収容されている加熱タンクと、
前記加熱ジャケット内に配置された前記伝熱媒体を加熱する手段と、
前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されており、前記樹脂用チャンバと流体連絡された入口端部と、前記加熱タンクの外側に配置された出口端部とを有する樹脂伝熱管と、
前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されており、触媒リザーバに流体連絡された入口端部と、前記加熱タンクの外側に配置された出口端部とを有し、前記触媒リザーバと前記出口端部の間の密閉系である触媒伝熱管と、
前記樹脂伝熱管を通る樹脂の流れを確立する手段と、
前記触媒伝熱管を通る触媒の流れを確立する手段と、
前記樹脂の流れおよび前記触媒の流れを受け取り混合し、前記混合物を高圧で吐出するように構成された混合ポンプと、
前記吐出された混合物を塗布するためのスプレー塗布器とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記加熱手段が、電気加熱コイルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱手段が、燃料燃焼式のバーナである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱ジャケット内に配置された樹脂予熱管をさらに備え、前記樹脂加熱管が、前記加熱タンクの外側の入口端部と、前記樹脂用チャンバと流体連絡して配置された出口端部とを有し、樹脂が前記入口端部に導入され、前記樹脂用チャンバ内に入る前に予熱される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記樹脂用チャンバ内の前記樹脂が、前記樹脂中の各種化学成分の蒸発温度より低い温度まで予熱される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記樹脂が、前記樹脂伝熱管中を通って流れるときに約150°Fと160°Fの間の温度まで加熱される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒が、前記触媒伝熱管中を流れるときに約150°Fと160°Fの間の温度まで加熱される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記樹脂伝熱管が、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されたコイル状の配管である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒伝熱管が、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されたコイル状の配管である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも樹脂および触媒を含む複数成分系エポキシ材料をスプレー塗布する方法において、
樹脂用チャンバをその中に有する加熱タンクを用意する工程と、
前記樹脂用チャンバをエポキシ樹脂で満たす工程と、
前記樹脂用チャンバ内の前記樹脂を第1の温度まで予熱する工程と、
前記予熱された樹脂を前記樹脂用チャンバから引き出し樹脂の流れを作り出す工程と、
触媒を用意する工程と、
触媒の流れを作り出す工程と、
前記触媒の流れを密閉された流れの管の中で第2の温度まで予熱する工程と、
前記触媒の流れおよび前記樹脂の流れを混合する工程と、
前記混合された樹脂および触媒の流れを高圧で吐出する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1および第2の温度が、約150°Fと160°Fの間である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂の流れを第2の温度まで加熱する工程をさらに含み、前記第2の温度が前記第1の温度より高い、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の温度が、樹脂中の各種化学成分の蒸発温度より低く、前記第2の温度が、約150°Fと160°Fの間である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱タンクが、
外壁と、
内面および外面を有する内壁と、
前記外壁と前記内壁の前記外面の間に配置され、伝熱媒体を収容する加熱ジャケットと、
前記内壁の前記内面によって形成され、前記樹脂がその中に収容される樹脂用チャンバと、
前記加熱ジャケット内に配置された前記伝熱媒体を加熱する手段とを備える、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記樹脂の流れが、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置された樹脂伝熱管中を通って向けられ、前記樹脂伝熱管が、前記樹脂用チャンバと流体連絡する入口端部と、前記加熱タンクの外側に配置された出口端部とを有し、前記触媒の流れが、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置された触媒伝熱管中を通って向けられ、前記触媒伝熱管が、触媒リザーバと流体連絡する入口端部と、前記加熱タンクの外側に配置された出口端部とを有し、前記触媒伝熱管が、前記触媒リザーバと前記出口端部の間の密閉系である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂用チャンバ内の前記樹脂が、前記樹脂中の各種化学成分の蒸発温度より低い前記第1の温度まで予熱される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂が、前記樹脂伝熱管中を流れるときに約150°Fと160°Fの間の第2の温度まで加熱される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、前記触媒伝熱管の中を流れるときに約150°Fと160°Fの間の温度まで加熱される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂伝熱管が、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されたコイル状の配管である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒伝熱管が、前記加熱ジャケット内に配置されたコイル状の配管である、請求項15に記載の方法。
